Dessert Hub in Derby

I ordered last night, got chocolate cake which was dry and horrible, I actually ordered the caramel pecan cheesecake, how on earth do you get the order wrong, don't order from them

took my money never come be getting a refund as reported this company and there's a complaint being made also they have a mobile number that just rings out & no 1 picks up never again

If you are a waffle enthusiast like me, you would know what is a good milk chocolate sauce. The ones that Dessert Hub use is not milk chocolate. It is a weird, dark chocolate, syrupy tasting liquid and is far from milk chocolate. Writing this as a side of precaution for when you order dessert with milk chocolate sauce on top, it tastes weird.

Love this place! The owner is great with my kids when we go into the shop to order. Over the phone is also so easy to order, really happy service. The food is so tasty, always fresh, and always come warm when delivered (waffles). You can tell the people who work here really love their jobs! 5 stars all around!

Best place for desserts in Derby! Biscoff Milkshake was unreal, quick to deliver and helpful on the phone. My partner and I regularly visit!

Seems to be under new management. All new staff and brand new look, service is top tier now. The place looks good and the new revised menu is really good. Been having this a lot recently hits the spot everytime.

Ordered strawberry waffle, waffle was soo doughy it didn’t taste like waffle at all.I called back and they said they coocked it properly!!

Ordered a Milkshake was so disappointed. Was looking for a good thick tasty Milkshake after a long day. The ice cream used in the Milkshake tasted cheap. I orderd Ferrero and kinder but only could taste Ferrero .

Slightly disappointing the waffle wasn’t even warm, had better, can’t fault delivery though

Just got an order of Uber eats, spoke to staff before hand about a query and were more than helpful! Food arrive quick hot and tasty despite being a few miles away will definitely be ordering again

Over priced, ordered the turkish milk cake, it had a thin layer of cake and the rest was cream and caramel, sickly sweet. Strawberry milk shake was ok, one samosa cost 1.80. I was told it would be a good size samosa with lots of filling, altho it tasted good, it was not big enough so was not worth the price size wise.

Nice Ice Cream shop located in Vasai, an ideal location serves quality ice-creams which attracts many people.

Top notch service! I ordered a chaat and it was at my door in 10 mins! I'm a fussy one when it comes to my savoury and I must say, the chaat was spot on! Definitely woke up my tastebuds! Not only is it my go to place for desserts, but it's also home for my savoury snacks too! ❤

Oh' my goodness, oh'-my-goodness! Just ordered Dessert hubs Peanut butter stack - layers of delicious peanut butter, fudgy, chewy chocolate brownie, blissful perfection! Chocolate- check, caramel - check, peanut butter - check! Everything I want in a dessert and more - check! I've tried their old school puddings and on numerous occasions, their ice-creams, brownies, milkshakes, ordered bespoke celebration cakes from them that wow the entire family every time! Dessert Hub go above and beyond for their customers, their service is impeccable, we never come away disappointed - and I expect high standards! Dessert Hub really are a Derby treasure and a definite MUST for all to try!

Most of the stuff they sell they buy from Costco and sell on claiming they have produced it themselves When I commented this on a photo of a sticky toffee loaf cake that was clearly from Costco I got blocked from commenting on their posts on Facebook

Very disappointed. Ordered through there website for Delivery. I was waiting for over an hour. I rang up to be told they dont have a driver and wont be delivering. I was told to collect the food instead which i didnt! Very bad customer service. It would have been nice if they had notified me of this as soon as they recieved my order!! Not to make me wait for over an hour! I would have ordered from elsewhere. Evening spoiled thanks to dessert hub! Wont ever be ordering again!

I've tried desserts from many places but I must say nothing can beat Dessert Hub, their quality of desserts and services from staff are exceptional. I will not be going anywhere else for my treats anymore 😊 Keep it up and 100% recommended

Ordered a waffle and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive and it tasted very bland, very dissapointed with this place the service was slow and the staff were very arrogant and didn't seem to bother about their customers

Been there a few times. Ordered a Nutella Shake and nuttela waffle. The shake was well made and tasted great and the waffle although simple was piping hot and tasted nice and fresh. This place is a little more expensive than other local desserts shops but there is a reason why......because the quality of the desserts is better

Ordered cookie dough and millkshakes from here quite a few times always warm deserts are allways hot when delivered and they're milkshakes are out of this world definately Reccommend to visit or, order from this desert Shop! Staff are always pleasant also!

Beautiful food and milkshake which is well worth a 5 star review, same with the delivery of 20 minutes at such a late time of night. However, we ordered online from their website and our order came to £11.40. It says on the website to spend £0.60 more for free delivery and so we did. When the food arrived we were still charged for delivery charge of £1.50. After a small commotion at the door and after talking to the manger on the delivery drivers phone we got our food and drink for the price on the website. The manager was aware of the problem as it had happened before and is currently in the process of fixing it. The delivery driver was professional and down to earth which we highly respect and apraise. A 5 Star review is awaiting the website fix, and we will definitely be ordering from here again.
