--- I recently had the pleasure of visiting this delightful spot and I must say, it’s a little oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre. The place is impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. One of the highlights for us was the fact that they accept both cash and card, offering great convenience. My wife absolutely loved it, and I can see why. Whether you’re looking for a quick escape from the shopping crowds or a serene spot to relax, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended! ---

Lovely Place with Lovely Staff, everything was perfect and we had the best experience ever. The Pizza was excellent same as the Strawberry Mojitos. The Shisha which a member of staff recommended was perfect. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to go out in a friendly environment with nice & chill music.

This place is magical because the entire staff is amazing from start to finish, we asked to sit at George's table because he is a lovely and caring person. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to every single staff.

The member if staff was quite rude I had to ask for another latte as the one i got was cold I even put my fingers in it to test an was told we don't make it too hot in case it burns you I also had to ask for a spoon that seemed to be to much trouble I got a hot coffee I haven't been in there for awhile but its really gone down hill lucky I had a spare serviette in my bag as didn't get one of them either I will not return

My wife and I decided to take our Granddaughter to Thorntons. At the front door we were asked if we were going to the shop or cafe area. We said we cafe and they asked us to complete the Covid tracking details. The young lady then said we can go straight through and take a seat. At this stage we were still wearing our face coverings. We were almost seated when a lady approached us and asked us what we were doing. As we were in the cafe area we removed our face covering. She then demanded we walk around the main table to the front. This was very embarrassing as we had to walk in a circle back to the front of the cafe. Although we were in a cafe we were forced to put on our face covering or we will not be seated. This lady was so loud that most of the tables turned to see what was going on. We then decided to leave and go elsewhere. This was no way to treat customers. We did explain that the young lady at the door said we could take a seat but this lady just kept on shouting and demanding that we walk all the way around and go wait and the front entrance. While we always wear face covering and always follow government guidelines it seems like the staff are clueless. Embarrassing us by shouting and treating us like children is totally unacceptable.

did not even bring me my order after waiting 55 mins, so rang up and man was extremely rude telling me he was waiting for 10 minutes at my door when no one had been. he then started shouting down the phone and ended it on me before i could get a word in, rang back up and went to voicemail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Non existent customer service. They also don’t have anything you want to order - we tried to order a chocolate sundae, cookie dough, milkshake, chocolate fudge cake and was told they were all not available. This was after paying. The entire party had to then choose alternatives they weren’t entirely keen on because we had already paid. I find it hard to believe they didn’t know before. We also witnessed a staff member being quite unkind to another employee who was taking orders, and seating walk ins, telling him off and telling him to wash plates instead of seating walk ins. When our food did arrive, only 2 out of the 3 items came. We waited 25 mins for a Sundae to arrive, when it didn’t we told the staff who said it was coming. It then took 10mins for this to arrive. It really shouldn’t take 35 mins to put some ice cream in a bowl. Youre better off going to Heavenlys down the road. Don’t waste your time here.

The ‘team leader’ was arrogant and rude to our party, Guy in his 30s, head in the clouds. This then rubs up the rest of the staff, so we all suffer !

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I don’t even want to give it 1 star but I cant post a review without doing so. The food is dry and cold, the service is slow and I even found plastic in my burger .

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Not only was I overcharged beyond the prices listed on the menu, but when I brought it up, the staff responded rudely and began arguing with me about the menu. They claimed there was a new price, but this wasn't displayed anywhere on the table or communicated beforehand.Additionally, I was concerned about the hygiene standards. The cleanliness of the dining area and food preparation areas seemed lacking, which made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. When I finally asked for the balance to be returned, the staff threw the money back at me in a very disrespectful manner.It felt disrespectful, especially considering the attitude and behavior of the staff. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning. I would strongly recommend they address both their customer service and hygiene standards. This includes the detail about the staff throwing the money, highlighting their unprofessional behavior
