If anyone can tell me why goat curry is just pure oil as I've tried calling with no answer at all! The only thing that was nice were the dumplings and it takes some kind of special to mess that up.

Absolutely disgusting i ordered food when it was delivered my bell rang went to the door it was left on the floor with the driver in the car and driving off . For how much it costs now days for a take away this should be better service. Food was fair wasn't great for the price i expect some sort of taste and not slop will be thinking twice about ordering from here again.

Had a cheeseburger worst burger i ever had. No lie i think it had been cooked with a flamethrower. Out of all the food we ordered the only good thing was the can of drink.

I’d never even heard of this place before, but when a friend and I found ourselves in Derby for work we had a wander into the town centre and found Phat Buns. Ordering is via a touchscreen inside the restaurant and was relatively straightforward. Despite being only two other tables in use, food took over half an hour to arrive and one of the drinks was initially missing. The hot dog was really nice as were the nostalgic crinkle cut chips, but was quite expensive for the amount of food you received, though quality was good. Would consider going again.

I approach the counter and ask a member of staff for some hot water please he stated "we are not allowed to give hot water out" I then said I'll pay for the hot water he looked at me with a grin on his face and said "still not allowed to give you hot water" I then said I will pay buy a cup of tea and leave the teabag as this is ridiculous that I am not able to get hot water to feed my baby. He grind again then said fine you can have the water, I took the water and said be a human being next time he said " don't f ing talk to me like that" whilst grining at me again I don't know if he's on some power trip or he's racist but my point is why refuse when I'm willing to pay ?

Just spent the night bent over the toilet. Vile. Do not recommend to anyone.

I odered 4 pieces of chicken and only got 4 drumsticks.Why not put in different pieces why drumstick for all for🤷🏻‍♀️.im not happy and this is not the first time its happening

My sister and i both ordered one of the lage jacket potatoes that were on display in a dish. At over £5 with one filling we thought this was quite expensive. There was no cheese on offer especially cottage cheese which i need as a migraine sufferer nor was there an alternative to butter as i have to be dairy free for medical reasons. We had to wait quite a while and was asked to stand to the side whilst waiting. Both potatoes were put on one tray, alongside with my sisters bottle of water and my bottle of oasis. No condiments ie salt and pepper were given and were not even offered. The potato had obviously not been in the microwave long enough as both our potatoes were hard in the middle. We both only took a few mouth fulls and threw them away, Also as only butter was provided both my sister ( who also cannot tolerate butter ) subsequently suffered stomach pains and discomfort for the rest of the day resulting in having to take lansoprazole and omepresole each. We will never eat from there again.

Brought my daughter here for an ice cream after school. Waited ages for a drink only one person serving. We asked for a few things wasn't in apparently. Had to get money back for drink. Cakes wasn't very nice at all Don't waste your money or time!

pancakes were not cooked. owner rude and didn't resolve. complete waste of money. sloppy service and sloppy desserts should be the name.

My birthday was completely ruined after me & 7 friends had a bottomless brunch… food was freezing cold, so they did us more food, that was cold too so we said we were not paying for the food so they called the police!!!! Very degrading!!!! Never eat here…. It’s awful service from management!!!! No hot water or heating so we had to all sit in costs. Absolutely awful place.
