My birthday was completely ruined after me & 7 friends had a bottomless brunch… food was freezing cold, so they did us more food, that was cold too so we said we were not paying for the food so they called the police!!!! Very degrading!!!! Never eat here…. It’s awful service from management!!!! No hot water or heating so we had to all sit in costs. Absolutely awful place.

Delivery took over two hours and food was freezing. Paid for £40 worth of food. Failed to answer the phone for updates. Restaurant hung up on me while speaking once they answered the phone, chicken wings badly cooked and still pink. Do not get food here

Markeaton Park KingswayOrder was completely wrong and freezing Ordered a Sausage muffin meal with a hash brown What I got was a McMuffin with no egg or hash brown. Not the first time they’ve ballsed it up either. McDonald’s on St Peter’s street is far better.
