McDonalds in Derby

Order was completely wrong and freezing Ordered a Sausage muffin meal with a hash brown What I got was a McMuffin with no egg or hash brown. Not the first time they’ve ballsed it up either. McDonald’s on St Peter’s street is far better.

Ordered 2 Wrap off the day meals and a terrys orange pie through drive through and ate in car in car park , food was just warm chips cold ! The wrap should have had cesar sauce apart from a blob at the bottom they was none , terrible food !!!

I had food delivered and as usual loads of food missing it's an absolute joke should be ashamed of themselves!! Wouldn't bother save ya money cos u won't get everything you ordered !!

As always food missing and also food cold. Do not go to this McDonald’s it is a joke. Also made so difficult to feedback online.

Came here last night after being out since 4 am and wanting to get home! 8:20pm Ordered food and told to park up, OK fine how long? Five minutes 10 mins later I saw a lady come out of the front entrance with a bag of food, fantastic I thought Nope, she decided to turn to her right and talk to what looked like another member of staff sat outside, for over 30 seconds I thought that better NOT be my food, she then started to walk towards me, turned around, went back and gave her a hug! What the actual f##k? She then brought my food and even said sorry for it talking so long, my reply, perhaps if you didn't stop and talk to your mate with my food it wouldn't have been late, Seriously mcdonalds check the cctv for last night and have a word with this older staff member lady! It's not good enough! Would be around 8:20+ pm you'll see exactly what I did

Since when do you have to pay for dips? You don't even get one free with meal. I understand if I asked for 6 but I only wanted 1!!!!!!! Surely the meal come with 1 dip, no other McDonald's do this. BAD

Avoid! This is the worst branch!! Always get our order wrong. Staff are useless and incompetent and the food is always crap fries especially. I live 5 minutes away so this is why i go here but never again I'd rather drive miles to the next one than go here....

Filthyiest mcdonalds ever been. Unedible cold food fit for the bin. Dirty inside. Staff unprofessional need the sack. Dont risk your health here no matter what. A shock how bad.

Drive through for a late night hot chocolate- tasteless , awful , couldn’t drink it .How on earth can they not make a hot chocolate?

Disgusting this place Is got spoken to rudely by a member of crew and manager waited 35 minutes for two burger meals when I asked how long my food was gonna be the 2 staff started shouting at me never will I visit this store again plus majority of the staff had trainers on rather than non slip shoes absolute shambles

Awful. Long, long wait. Kitchen filthy. Food all over the floor. Very unorganised. Ran out of lots of the correct packaging. Burgers backing up due to slow service, all falling out of boxes. Staff in the kitchen swearing audibly (with young children in hearing range). I would recommend you avoid. I will be.

Doesn’t deserve a single star. Food was cold and fries were probably yesterday’s. Coffee was watery and weak. Isn’t junk food meant to be a guilty pleasure?

Enjoy McDonald’s coffee. Getting a little bit fed up of constantly being out of McFlurrys . Food generally average. The best thing about Mcdonalds is the breakfast.

I visited McDonald’s at Markeaton, Derby at 750am for breakfast with my son whilst I charged my car. We were pleased with the food and as it was a bright, sunny day, we decided to sit outside. Unfortunately, we were shocked to find all the tables were filthy and evidently the mess was from the night before as there were dried up and sticky coffee stains on each of the tables, along with fragments of stale food.

Had to wait 30+ minutes for food that was cold and overall not good, meant to fast food it’s embarrassing, saw somebody had been waiting over 10 minutes just for a cappuccino absolutely ridiculous

Horrendous. Waited over 20 minutes then asked for a refund. All the food and drinks all piled up. Hot drinks with cream cold and melted. Never again

Complained but was ignored by manager. Honestly appallingly service. I ordered to mcflurries, they were sent out with no sauce. I asked the manager if they should come with sauce, he said yes they should, I explained they were sent out with none. He turned his back on me and that was it.

Every time I order from here there always seems to be part of my order missing. I've always given them the benefit of doubt as sometimes busy nights mean items go missing. However tonight will be my last order with this mcdonalds. Never had a problem with the one in town. But maybe for future reference double check the items before sending them away.

Called in today to take away and eat in the car.Used the toilets and wish I hadn't, one toilet was clean but no loo paper in it. The other two were full of loo roll as they didn't flush, appalling!Sat in the car to eat our food and noticed the contents of the packet of red sauce were very dark, Very short sell by date so the reason was obvious, old stock.My husband's burger in his Big Mac looked like old shoe leather, mine was just cold and the fries a tad undercooked, soggy.I could have understood it had it been a slow time but this was mid day and very busy. I've always thought of my MacD's as an occasional guilty pleasure, not so now if standards are slipping this badly.

Our food was very tasty, delicious, hot and it’s local. Service was prompt with little waiting at the drive-thru. Will definitely come again soon.

Even for McDonalds they don't set the bar very high, service was slow indeed and the food, when it did arrive, wasn't hot.
