Large order, ordered on Uber eats. Food never arrived, shop denied we placed any order. No food, lost money.All the screen shots from the order have been sent to the media. There's a scam going on from here! Avoid

Friendly staff and the place is warm and clean. The food is fresh and the cookies are chewy, just the way they are supposed to be. No complaints!

Asfand and Zeeshan provide you the best customer service. This store is nice, clean with everything fresh and appetising.

The guys working there dont understand english and dont even know what goes in the sandwich/wrap even when they reading it they messed my order up

Normanton Road shop telephone number was incorrect and I was unable to get through to ensure my order was correct. I ordered from Normanton Road cause it is a halal subway. Was looking forward to it but no salad was added to the foot long sub.

This is the only Halal subway that caters for the Muslim community in the Normanton area of Derby. You walk in and the place clean, spotless. All the meats one would normally not have at any other subway are made of Halal meat. For example a ham sandwich would be made from turkey ham a substitute. The beauty is as a Muslim you can order any sandwich you want without worrying its not halal. The food is always spot on and the staff are friendly, courteous and polite. I would recommend this halal subway. There is also seating area should you want to eat in.

Food is generally ok when they remember to put what you’ve asked for but service is poor especially from the management or lack of! Took the P taking my order even though it was empty with 2 staff behind counter, then an issue with a toddler needing the bathroom which was conveniently locked (customer toilet), having used it before I know why they lock it (prevent non customers from walking in for toilet) anyway tell me it’s out of order due to a leak, when I challenge them they then tell me they’ve now lost the key - when I request to escalate the fact they (Asif) is clearly lying they conveniently don’t have any contact details for their manager 🤣🤣🤣

Used to be the best subway in the city, but recently I’ve found their standards have started to slip, for example putting vegan cookies in the same bag as non vegan, what if someone had a severe allergy? They also no longer clearly mark what sub is what when you get a delivery, what if I had accidentally ate the dairy version and was severely allergic? (Never mind the ethics if someone was vegan) Its not good enough guys. You could kill someone.

Ordered on Deliveroo and they sent everything wrong apart from the sandwiches. You should really call or reject the order if you don't have something in stock not just send whatever you pick up first.

Not suitable for vegan n vegetarian... use same gloves ....

I went to this subway for lunch, I was impressed that it was so clean and that the staff remembered to shut the lids when the salad bar was not in use. Also had halal meat which doesn't affect me but I can imagine might be beneficial to others. Great and friendly service

Sub was tasteless. Unfortunately the cup drink has run out of flavour so I got a cup of soda water. I love subway but this is probably the worst tasting one I've ever had.

I’ve been waiting for my food order for an hour and abit now and I still haven’t received it!! They are also not answering their calls... why say you are open if you don’t communicate with you’re customers

The cleanest branch of Subway I have ever eaten in at! Other Subway branches should be ashamed of themselves. Enjoyed the egg and cheese 6 inch breakfast sub with a coffee; all for £2.20 which is a bargain. Staff appeared genuinely polite and courteous. Thank you.

Of all teh subways i have been to this one make sthe worst subs. and ive been twice so cant even be said it was a one off. they hardly put anything in the subs and ya have to tall them on each occasion add more salad as if they are going to run out. i doubt they would survive a mystery shop. avoid and try the one in sinfin or chad those two are way better

Kind staff and patient, really good store. However, it is pretty pricy, but for the choices you get, that's fairly reasonable.

Sandwiches should be fairly prced..that is why most people would prefer a kebab for the same price...no real incentive to pull in regular customers..

It's a decent branch of Subway. The service can be a bit slow sometimes but all in all, it's alright. This Subway is Halal, which makes sense considering the fact that Normanton has a big Muslim population.

This is the only subway in Normanton Road. It makes a nice difference to have a halal Subway because it offers different types of sandwiches and salads. If you want to have something other than your normal takeaway this is the place to go to

Very bad disappointment as i come at mi break at 7:00 and i orders food to eat in i was not able as one off the staff member has said they have finished cleaning and there is no more eating in but they close at 10 so I don’t get why i was not able to eat in then i take ou come late back to work and food was not made as I usually have it it was kind off colde not too toasty very disappointed not going to come back !!

Healthy options available worth going

This is the only halal subway in derby, this is the reason i went to this subway. The subs are fine, although i do not think they are anything special. The service is adequate.

Would give zero stars for this crap takeaway if I could. Absolutely rubbish customer service. The staff is more interested in checking out women and making snide remarks about them. One woman was so uncomfortable she left without ordering. Haven't they got anything better to do, like serve their customers. Also, asked for meal deals but still got charged full price. Never going back here and will not recommend to anyone, even if it is the last takeaway remaining on earth.
