Fabulous as per, our favourite Chinese . Wouldn’t order from anywhere else.

I've ordered from here many times in the past but really didn't enjoy the food this time, too salty, soggy cold chips and the tom yum soup was awful, 5.50 for watery liquid, bits of tomato and tiny bit of chopped up prawn. the satay dish was full of garlic, couldn't taste any peanuts at all. disappointed I'm afraid. sorry.

chips were undercooked as were the peas that came with the steak

Piping hot and excellent as always. Enjoyed the food and will be back. Delivered early than expected and with a smile even in the horrible weather.

Chicken was pink Fried crab sticks not very nice

Arrived much earlier than expected (way before the ETA) but this was a welcome surprise as we'd ordered for delivery ASAP. On the whole everyone was very happy with their food, it was just the chicken spring rolls that were a disappointment (a strip of chicken enveloped in a spring roll casing, more like a fancy chicken nugget than a spring roll) I highly recommend the black pepper sauce though, that was superb

A tad too salty and a little heavy on the noodles and light on other ingredients compared to some other restaurants.

Really amazingly tasty food, lots of flavour, fresh ingredients. Bit pricier than a normal Chinese but well worth it for the quality (eg the sweet & sour sauce was a more natural colour and did not go gloopy when cold)

The chicken and sweetcorn soup not how I remember it but still tasty, was expecting prawn crackers like last time I ordered but this time I had fortune cookies which is nice but wasn't told of the change

Black bean sauce and the black pepper sauce both tasted the same. Ruined meals and were very salty. All meats in the mixed grill were poor.

The food was amazing, warm and so well cooked.

Not good sorry to say ribs over cooked chicken in garlic and chilli sauce no sauce sorry guys very disappointed ☹️

Great food. Managed a large order well. Maybe they could have done with labelling the veg dishes, as that would have helped us with our vegetarian guests.

Although my husband’s lamb chops were very good my crispy aromatic duck wasn’t. The portion was very small compared to other takeaways, it wasn’t crispy at all and having spent £29 didn’t even get a small bag of prawn crackers free. Very disappointing

First time ordering for a while. Unfortunately, food quality and portion size was not as good as we had previously received. Assume this is down to trying to keep prices down with rising costs, though prices have risen as well.

Cant say more than as usual and every time we order the food is fantastic, tasty, hot and the delivery is spot on

Ordered from JustEat and was missing an item. Already waited an hour for the delivery and was told not asked, to wait for another 15 mins for the item to be delivered. While our food was going cold no less, we waited. 20 mins came and went, called, was interrupted several times (they’re right I’m wrong sort of thing) and was told again to wait ANOTHER 15 mins. No ta! Not only were my kids hungry - this was a treat btw, I am now sorely angry. Made a complaint to JustEat to get my money back and ordered somewhere else! Don’t bother. Didn’t smell all too clever either. Lucky escape. Driver was pleasant though. Only gave a 1 star because I couldn’t comment without it.

Good quality Chinese and fast service

Food came in 16 minutes which was surprising, food was nice but nothing special, they advertise the salt and pepper chips and chicken as spicy or hot but they were very mild. Not the worst Chinese I’ve ever had but not the best. Probably won’t come back again.

Not sure what say was not impressed to say the least after spending £27 I only got a handful of chips I mean about 10 chips and then spent £4 on a bottle of coke which was a 1.25l and the food just was not great for the price 🤔 I am somebody who eats take-a-ways alot so I know a good place to eat and not, but I got say I will not be ordering from here again I just think overall high pricing and not so great quality on food had a few other Chineses around the area that are much better just wish I could upload pics on here but I will be posting on Google aswell so check it out on there.

We used to be loyal customers of QQ but will not be ordering from them again. I have just called to let them know that the food was so salty that over half of it has gone in the bin. Chips were dried out too and prawn crackers were soft and stale. Massively disappointed and will avoid from now on.

Lost loyal customers tonight. Not only have QQ HIKED THEIR PRICES UP CONSIDERABLY, the dishes were so SALTY we left over 50% of the meal. A waste of food and money. Will not be returning.

Disgusting customer service when you have a complaint food OK but service socks the manager is uncouthed and rude would not recommend this place vile service laugh at you when you have a complaint and put the phone down

I wrote in notes no veg in the curries and no onion in the chow mein and they did not read it . My curries both came full of onion and peas

Overall the food was good and it arrived hot. The main downside was the chips, overcooked and hardly any potato inside. Will order again to give the chips a second chance, but if it happens again, plenty of other Chineses to go to.

Not quite sure what’s happened to your prices but there seems to have been a 30-40% price hike in around a week. I appreciate prices have gone up but not that much, especially considering your chicken balls have shrunk, there is less meat in the dishes and delivery is far slower than it was before. Your food is fantastic, but sadly its time to fine a new Chinese takeaway.

I love this place but the £2 per ITEM price increase is too much for my budget now. What used to cost £38 now costs a whopping £51. The food is fantastic and I get that overheads have gone up, but a 34% hike in my total bill is too much. £4 for a bottle of coke!!!!!

I ordered Singapore Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice and BBQ Spare Ribs. The first two arrived (lukewarm) but when I opened the third container it was a large fried rice and not the spare ribs I had ordered. I rang the takeaway and they sent out my ribs but I'd already eaten the chow mein and rice. I gave the second delivery driver back the unwanted large fried rice to show I wasn't trying to trick anyone. Someone tonight paid for rice and got my BBQ spare ribs.......a big difference in price. Hope they enjoyed them. Really disappointed as this is a nice takeaway. They have put their prices up quite a bit but the food is worth the money. More effort on delivering what people have ordered and delivering the food hot. Maybe use insulated bags like the pizza businesses use. Not sure if I will use this place again in a hurry. That's twice now the food has turned up lukewarm and had to be microwaved.

Lovely food but it was luke warm and arrived really late. We had to microwave it.

App said food was delivered when it wasn't, couldnt get hold of restaurant for 15 minutes to find out what was happening. Only to be told that there was issues with drivers and couldn't provide an eta- this is 1.5 hours after the original order. So food was collected from restaurant and was cold. Very poor experience from order to quality!

Very poor delivery and quality. Waited over 2 hours for meals to finally arrive and all were cold. Rang the restaurant 90 mins after placing order and was told food was cooked and awaiting delivery. Original delivery estimate was 60-80 minutes and so no where near acceptable, even for a Saturday night.

Food was cold when it finally arrived, arrived over an hour too late. Rang up the restaurant and they could never tell me how long my food is going to be. All they said it was in the kitchen. Will definitely not be ordering again.

Always order from here and never ever had a problem before but this time the whole order was cold, the onion rings were actually black and rock hard, and the spare ribs were so hard chewy, really disappointed 😞

There were things missing from the order

Amazing. Loving that they’ve returned to the cubed bean curd instead of strips 👌🏻. Tried a new dish outside of the usual order and it was lovely. As always, hot food, delivered quickly, and tastes incredible.

As always: Amazing food. One criticism is lately they’ve changed the Tofu to be cut into strips rather than the normal cubes. Not quite as nice. But still great dishes. Would love the return of the cubes 😬✌🏻

I'm never disappointed with the food im yet to find another Chinese I like better. The food is beautiful and full of flavour 🙂 They are slightly more expensive($$ )than others but they make up for it with quality. As they make everything fresh there will be a 30- 40 min wait but in my opinion that's well worth it,🥘🍚 Just order 30mins before you want to eat. Remember that when you order a main and a side its intended for one person. If you want to feed more ensure you order accordingly to the mouths your feeding.🍜

Good quality Chinese food. The food arrived quickly and was hot. Nice delivery driver. The Singapore Chow Mein was nice and spicy as it should be. Beautiful. The spare ribs in sweet and sour sauce are to die for. Our first order from this establishment and we will definitely order from them again. Overall conclusion. Excellent.

Food was freezing poor customer service as had to call twice and lady was rude food was mega late not satisfied at all
