My sister and i both ordered one of the lage jacket potatoes that were on display in a dish. At over £5 with one filling we thought this was quite expensive. There was no cheese on offer especially cottage cheese which i need as a migraine sufferer nor was there an alternative to butter as i have to be dairy free for medical reasons. We had to wait quite a while and was asked to stand to the side whilst waiting. Both potatoes were put on one tray, alongside with my sisters bottle of water and my bottle of oasis. No condiments ie salt and pepper were given and were not even offered. The potato had obviously not been in the microwave long enough as both our potatoes were hard in the middle. We both only took a few mouth fulls and threw them away, Also as only butter was provided both my sister ( who also cannot tolerate butter ) subsequently suffered stomach pains and discomfort for the rest of the day resulting in having to take lansoprazole and omepresole each. We will never eat from there again.

VIILE, DISGUSTING, A SHAME ON ITALIAN "FOOD" Visited this shambles of a pop up in Derbion with my young family. The food looked anemic and not fit for purpose (I wouldn't feed this to my dog) I asked the rather pleasant lady (sarcasm) for mac and cheese and was horrified with the way she was handling the food by just dumping it into a container. The sauce looked like gloopy custard and it was at this point we asked not to continue with the order as we were put off by the quality of the food. The lady and her little minion then started being rude to us in front of our children by stating that we have to see the order through and making my children feel bad for not wanting to have thier food. The fact they only accept cash is dodgey in itself. I would strongly reccomend you avoid this shambles of on a outlet at all costs. The service is shocking and the food looks vile.

We arrived at 3.45pm and asked for 2 gluten free pizzas to be made. The girls behind the counter, who actually rolled their eyes and looked fed-up at the sight of any customers approaching told us gruffly that the only food on offer were the few bits of dried-up pizza already out on the counter. I asked what time they closed and the first girl, sounding embarrassed, said they closed at 5pm. Bearing in mind this was 3.45pm, I asked why they wouldn't make any food (bearing in mind they were open for over another hour) and the other girl just rudely said 'no, it's too late'. You have to wonder what the point of this outlet being open is, and if the owner knows how many orders are just being turned away because the lazy staff who work there can't be bothered to cook anything.

Went on a busy Saturday lunch, the wait was about 20 minutes but when the food arrived it was inedible. The chips were still hard and frozen on the inside. The burgers looked nothing like advertised my partner and I were so off put after one bite that we just left. No refund given. Would not recommend.

We went for a slice of pizza. When we were handed a limp piece of mainly crusted Luke warm margherita for £3.99 I was astounded. Especially for an establishment I would hope is trying to raise itself up from a 1 star hygiene rating ! Asked for a refund and was told aggressively “thank you for wasting my time”. All of 30 seconds ? So rude ! I suggest you eat elsewhere as neither the food or the service are worth it. He did say the prices were clearly displayed above but the screens were blank. There are some lovely eateries in the food hall so do yourself a favour and try any of the others

went here for the first time because of the gluten free menu for my friend, her bolognaise was watery and greasy. i tried the vegan burger which didn’t even have a bottom piece of bread. customer service was awful! overpriced for awful food!

I had the gluten free pasta with bolognese, it was so so bad. The sauce tastes horrible and there is a pool of grease and water at the bottom. My Vegetarian friend had the vegan burger, didn’t have the bottom half of the bun and came with a few sad leaves as a salad. Really bad customer service, food took way to long, man who looked like he was the manager left rubbish lying around and was just rude. Also very overpriced for such horrendous food. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Called in today for a quick bite. I asked for lasagna but was told they had none. I was going to give it a miss when the employee told me they had some “home cooked” pasta bolognese. Well I kid you not a 3 year old could have put together a better meal! It was absolutely disgusting! The pasta had obviously been hanging around the kitchen for ages, it was just like chewing on a piece of rubber. As for the bolognese, it was bland and so acidic. All this for just under £10!!!!! Cheap ingredients zero care. Never ever again!!!!

We had some food from here on our day out and it was vile! dropped the pasta container on the floor and still served our food in it. The pasta and bolognese was lukewarm and was soggy, in fact not edible as we couldn’t even finish a mouthful, we ended up throwing it away, overall we wouldn’t recommend eating here as it’s terrible. Staff weren’t wearing masks and made us feel uncomfortable. Looking at the back of the shop it was dirty. £20 worth of food in the bin! Would never eat here again.

Had chicken tikka panini meal for the first time. Was served with wilted salad and overloaded with spice. We needed extra mayo to mellow the flavour. Customer service was poor. This could be due to the fact we complained about it being too spicy and it was not mentioned on the menu. Appalling! Not recommended 😕

Avoid avoid avoid avoid, do not eat at this place the food was horrible and hard, the chips tasted funny, tried to complain but the staff were very rude and unhelpful and basically tried to say it was our fault that we didn't like his pizza and food, no compensation was offered, he refused to give us a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN!!!.

I freaking ordered macaroni and cheese but instead they sent me tomato pasta ! Not worth spending your money.

Horrible burnt pizza, very expensive for what you get. The service behind the counter was poor too. Won't be going there again.

Ate here on Saturday 19/1/20 . would recommend you save your money .The whole experience was a shambles.Service was awful.Staff very rude .And as for the food we ordered we should avoid gone to Mac Donald's. I went to complain about which is something I rarely do.Took the tray back to show them and was told the tray does not go back to them by a very rude member of staff and to remove it myself as it's not there job .just wonder what there job is then .As they certainly have no people skills and certainly cannot cook . AVOID THIS PLACE . HORRIBLE PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY .

I'm vegan and really fancied a tasty bowl of pasta and that I got! The roast vegetable was good quality, with lots of chunky veg in. Tracey was knowledgeable and friendly and gave really good customer service. I felt a bit bad for her cos the boy and girl that were on weren't a lot of help at all, chatting to friends instead of helping. Despite this she gave us great attention and informed me about the vegan burger and vegan cheese so I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Ordered pasta which stunk like it had gone off. Asked for a refund and was told nothing wrong with it and the smell was from the basil in the sauce?? I've had pasta many times before and know what basil smells like!! The girl serving me asked if i wanted to speak to a manager to which i said yes. She put my pasta on the side and carried on serving!! After a couple of minutes i asked how long is the wait, where is the manager? Only to be told "i don't know" the manager is currently on break. What a flipping joke! In the end i decided to order else where but i lost my money as they simply wouldn't give me a refund even though i had not touched the pasta. Very rude staff, no customer service, poor quality food. Very disappointed, won't be going there again!

Me & my mum thought we’d give this place a go after passing by it for so long...Wish I’d stuck to my usual and got a Harper’s! I ordered pizza & chips, my mum had a pasta & sauce. After eating a few chips I noticed a thick black hair on my pizza URGH!! (I have light brown hair). My mum then found not 1 but 2 black hairs in her pasta (she has blonde hair). Made us feel physically sick. We almost just left it but my mum decided to take the meals back & ask for a refund to only be made to feel awful & laughed at by the man in charge that day. He held up one of the hairs, smirked and looked around at his staff and said ‘well it isn’t any of our hair’ when clearly about 3 of them working had black hair, funny that!! ...he had a very bad attitude and tried to refuse a refund but my mum wouldn’t leave until we had our money back. Extremely rude staff & disgusting food. Save your money & the chance of getting a hair ball.... go else where!

Obviously you pay more for food when eating out but for what you get here, I just can’t see that the prices are justified. The food was pretty disappointing and then to charge almost £10 for it (plastic tub of pasta, a slice of garlic bread and a small drink) is ridiculous. Definitely won’t be returning here as the high price and low quality just doesn’t make sense.

I visited Derby for the day with one of my friends and I decided to go to pasta 4 u for dinner as they had gluten free option on the menu As I’m gluten intolerant. I ordered gluten free tomato and basil pasta I asked about the meal deal they said gluten free pasta isn’t included in the meal deal so I paid extra for the curly fries and drink. The pasta didn’t have much taste to it and was in a very watery sauce the curly fries were nice. 10 minutes after eating i got a severe stomach ache (like I do when I’ve eaten gluten) and needed the toilet.When we were on the way to the train station to go home I started to feel sick and once I was sat down on the train I felt a little bit better. As I was walking with my friend from Leicester train station to the bus station to get the bus home I started to feel 100 times worse my stomach ache was agonising I could hardly walk I was in that much pain and I got a headache then the need for the toilet again.From that experience I believe they got my order wrong from looking at the pasta on display after ordering and the pasta they gave me it was the same type of pasta if it was gluten free it wouldn’t have made me that ill. As I eat gluten free pasta at home. Intu seriously need to teach the staff how cross contamination when dealing with allergies and intolerances is a serious matter. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT THERE !

My experience was amazing I was really pleased with my food and the service that I have received. The lovely girl that served me, Barbara, made sure that my food was how I asked. This place has good quality food and also affordable. Very recommendable!

Went for breakfast today ordered a 12 and 8 item breakfast along with 3 fried eggs which when i asked could i wait till eggs were done as didn't want my food to get cold was told it went in a heater whilst they cooked the eggs. Girl had a very bad attitude but we forged on she then just put the meals on the side there was no heater. Manager got involved saying we were being abusive refused refund and actually said " people like you 2 shouldn't be out" absolutely disgusted and having read previous reviews realise they will all be unemployed soon as it won't last treating customers like rubbish DONT EAT HERE !!

My fiancee and I stopped by this place to get a salad for lunch. Our order was taken and the pasta for the salad was left out on the side while 3 members of staff were chatting doing nothing. I asked for a refund and the manager came out. As soon as he heard we wanted a refund, he immediately put the pasta in to cook so he could argue that it was being done. Completely refused to refund me. Complete joke tbh, will never go back and I wouldn't be suprised if this place shuts down soon, you cannot run a business with zero customer service skills. Shameful

me and my son went for a quick bite to the food court and saw this place that looked appealing. ordered a 10" pizza, fries and couple of drinks. after 10mins the pizza was ready first so i asked how long will the fries take, the lady said 3mins. so i bought some sauces for the fries and started slowly eating the pizza. after 15mins i had finushed my pizza and asked the lady where are my fries which i wanted with the pizza and that was my 3rd time asking (1st time as i ordered, 2nd time when the pizza came and 3rd time mow). she said she can add some fries to my order? i told her no i asked twice for it befofe and already paid for it and now i dont want it anymore. she apologised and that was it. service is silly and unfortunatly i had to give it a bad review becausw of the service. i ordered fries for my son as he doesnt really eat pizza and he didnt get what he wanted. however the pizza was really nice its just a shame the service was poor.

We visited as our daughter was hungry and we just wanted something quick for her to eat on the go. We order a slice of pizza which was £3.99. It was dry as if it had been sat there all day. There was two women on the counter, 1 was eating in full view of customers and the 2nd was talking to what appeared to be a friend playing on thier phones for the duration of our visit.

Pasta 4 u is located on the upper floor of the shopping mall inside the food court. So handy for picking a bite to eat during a shopping trip. Pizzas and paninis are lush! Pasta is nice. very cheap.

I had the vegetable lasagne... it was a very bizarre lasagne! It was some pasta strips held together with some cheese, floating in a very very runny tomato sauce...

Daughter fancied a breakfast on an early morning shopping trip.

Quite nice here actually I like it, pasta is nice and good to say it’s part of a good court! It is cheap too really

Visited here today (Dec 18th) with my partner, she choose the lasagne and i the sausage pizza. After waiting 20 mins for the lasagne to be done we were presented with a plastic container of sauce and a dollop of pasta on top it looked disgusting. My pizza which claimed to be authentic Italian had chip shop sausages chopped up and thrown on top and was dry and tasted horrible. We paid £16 for this, the same you could pay for two meals in a restaurant. When we complained the manager said the food was good and wouldn't give us a refund instead offering a credit slip. He wasn't helpful at all complete rip off DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE..

Ordered a pasta salad for a late lunch mid week. The staff member who served me was surley & stand-offish (maybe she hates her job, who knows?) I asked for the food to take away as I felt really unwelcome & just wanted to get out of there. The pasta was utterly revolting; totally tasteless tuna with mushy overcooked vegetables mixed with mayo, served luke-warm. Went in the bin as it was inedible.

Best Italian in town! Freshly made everyday, staff is nice and helpful. I recommend it :) I come here every week. It offers gluten free pizza which is nice

They offer gluten free pasta and pizza I had pasta with spicy tomato and basil sauce it was nice and filling good to be able to have something decent whilst out. Friendly staff. Thanks guys.

Se levantó a esperar 10 minutos para 2 perros calientes cuando tenían nuestra orden equivocada y nos dieron patatas fritas, que específicamente dijo que no podía haber debido a alergias. Esto condujo luego a que el miembro del personal diciendo que no decir nada y nos trataron como si fuera nuestra culpa. Luego de esperar más de 15 minutos para la comida nos tarde al teatro. Nos cobraron mal, me hicieron sentir incómodos por menos de comida aceptable. No hay disculpa. No estaba lleno y que no volveremos.

Preciosa mano pizzas elaboradas en la tienda a un precio muy bueno. El personal fue amable y me ayudó en mi decisión, yo sin duda alguna!

Tenía la ensalada de Roma hecha cuando pedimos y queso macaroni, ambos grandes porciones y muy abundante. Las ensaladas son por lejos las mejores ensaladas que he probado fuera de Grecia. Voy allí la mayoría de los viernes y el personal siempre fue muy amable y servicial.

Muy agradable comida italiana tenido pollo asado panini mi esposa tenido pasta penne con albóndigas frescos y en buen precio, sin duda volveré :)

We stopped here for lunch as we were visiting Derby for the day. We ordered pizza and pasta. Pasta was OK, but the pizza was not properly cooked. Took it back to the counter and they said it looked cooked. Eventually agreed to give us a fresh slice. This was also not properly cooked! See photo. Would certainly not return. Very expensive and especially so for not properly cooked food!

Me and my friend ordered a milkshake ( which was very expensive ) and we waited 15 minutes for 2 small sized milkshakes! The milkshakes hadn't been done properly either as I had a millions milkshake and they was all sat at the bottom and had not been blended properly! Very poor service!

Had a full English but it was far from full! Don't get fried bread, black pudding or toast (the toast was just warm bread). All served on a plastic party plate... Absolutely disappointed!
