Really good food & service as always! Fern was attentive & helped make it an enjoyable experience!

The staff went above and beyond to make a meal for my daughters 16th birthday special. The atmosphere was wonderful, food was tasty and service was second to none. Thank you so much Syanne and the other lovely lady ♥️

Went there 15th April, my hubby gad meatless meat ball starter and pepperoni pizza main. I was apprehensive as I'm not a fan of pizza, other options but he was trying to get me to have the pizza as he was a fan, assured me I'd like it. I had the 3 course for £24.95, excellent value, calamari starter delicious, had the ? Pig pizza , oh my what a taste sensation, saved half to bring home , the chocolate brownie with espresso flavour dessert again delicious. Never have I ever eaten pizza as breakfast until today , warmed in airfryer tastes exactly as last night .our server Paige was very attentive, really lovely girl. I am no longer a zizzi virgin, I'll definitely be back really soon to try more of the menu. 100% recommended

Always a great atmosphere in Zizzi’s, the food is always delicious and fresh and never any mistakes on my orders. I am consistently pleased with the service and how fast my order arrives at the table, 0 complaints. I would like to give a special shout out to Holly who always goes above and beyond whenever I have had her as my server. She is very friendly, professional and always makes the experience enjoyable :))

Syanne looked after us brilliantly all night with quick, attentive service, having fun with us which really made the night even when we had an issue with the belly pork which was poor quality and lacking in meat quantity. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was left to graze on the other items on the plate whilst another main was sorted quickly for two of us. She checked with the kitchen who found the other bellies were equally poor quality in order to help determine whether it was worth ordering again. We were able to order two new mains irrespective of what it was and from what menu. There was understanding and empathy throughout. Despite this, there was lots of fun throughout to cap a great night. Very deserving of the tip. Thank you Syanne - a credit to the business. Great atmosphere too. Good food and drinks too. Thanks! See you again.

Visited the intu Zizzi on Wed 3rd of April - we had a wonderful meal , starting with the favourites sharer , then for mains my wife had the rainbow lasagne ,and I had the Wagyu meatball Arrabbiata. All were wonderful and perfectly served and hot . Many thanks to our wonderful waitress Orshi who helped make our evening excellent.Many thanks Rich and Lynne

We just got back from a lovely trip to Zizzi's in Derby. It was made perfect by our server Cai who went above and beyond to make dining with 2 young children a relaxing experience! Without ever having to ask Cai was there with paper towel when my 3 year old split a his drink, picking dropped toys up off the floor etc. He was efficient and friendly. We will definitely return for excellent service like this! Thank you Cai for a job well done!

My husband and I came to Zizzi for lunch today. We were seated instantly by our very friendly host, Holly. We both had the vegan meatball pizza and fries which was all delicious! Highly recommend Zizzi for vegan options! Holly was super polite and helpful - thank you :)

Great food, atmosphere and service! We went in with our little one and they were great with him, and he loved it! Great vegan selection and it was delicious, I would definitely recommend.

Expensive, but the portions are small and the quality is not as good as their competitor upstairs. We paid about £14 for a bland Margarita pizza which was just 25cm in size. I thought they had sent me a child’s pizza!

A lovely location with fantastic service from Fern.

Staff were good, however food took 1 hour to arrive after ordering and the avocado was rock solid in the salad. Food its self was mediocre. Would not recommend if you don’t want to wait a while.

All of the staff never fail to impress.. i only ever go to this restaurant, it’s absolutely amazing, really good deals on the app too and would recommend getting the taste card :) Fern served us today and she was so lovely bless her! As are all the staff.. very chatty :) silly how people are leaving bad reviews because i have been there so many times and its always been 10/10 we even got a free main and dessert!

Came here for a desserts and the service was wonderful. didn’t complain that we only got desserts and they even wrote a birthday message on the dessert belonging to who's birthday it was. I think our server was Fern and she was lovely, she was really sweet and soft talking and made us feel really welcome

Jo and Zoe were incredible and made Mother’s Day so special! The food was excellent but the staff makes it the best! Loved it and will be coming back as soon as we can

Firstly we were sat opposite the bar, we were frozen. It was the coldest place in the restaurant as it was right opposite the door. Eventually after being sat there for 30 mins we were moved to a 'slightly' warmer table. We ordered our food at approx 1910, yet we didnt get served our starter until after 2000, this was way too long to wait, and we didn't get an apology or anything. When it came time to pay my partner asked for the bill, I informed the waitress that I had a 'Zillionaires' card to scan, I was informed that I wasn't eligible to use this as I needed to have informed them before we sat down and ordered. I felt this was a bit ridiculous. Then, when the bill arrived a service charge of 12.5% had been added. There was no option to remove this from the bill.

Visited for lunch in the Derbion shopping centre with friends and my daughter. Our server Jo was lovely, super friendly and helpful. I had the Chicken Calabrese which was succulent and delicious! Really good meals had by all and the service was great. Thank you.

Brilliant night out with friends on Saturday! Would highly recommend the garlic mozzarella bread with caramelised onions and the spicy chicken pasta. Pur waitress, Jerry, really looked after us made sure we had a fab night. Thank you Zizzi!

Came here for a birthday meal with my daughter , had the 3 course offer , lots to choose from .. the service was above and beyond , not pressured to order too quick but also not left waiting either .. very friendly and attentive , manager is absolutely lovely 😊 , the food was really really good ! Can recommend the beef and chianti ragu!! And the lemon cheesecake was the ideal pudding ! Will definitely will be returning x

Came in today around 4:30. Service incredibly slow. Only one wait staff on for the whole place, doing orders, drinks and running food. Waited ages for an order to be taken, food took a long time, waited a long time for the bill. No check back. Food was pretty average, pasta was bland. Pizza was so thin it was like cardboard. Glasses were dirty, cutlery was dirty. In a highly competitive market this place needs to pull up standards

I came in for some food with a friend before going to the cinema. We were served by Jerry who was lovely and very attentive. Food came out in good time and was delicious! Good gluten free options for my friend too.

Went here for lunch on Saturday. The restaurant was packed and bustling, but not overly loud that you couldn't hear each other. We were shown to our table right on time. It is busy for good reason. Zizzi for a chain offers very high quality food. We had the fonduta formaggi to start and some cheesy garlic bread, which was a master stroke as you get quite a bit of the cheesy dip so were able to dip our cheesy garlic bread in the extra cheese left over from the bread that is served with the dip. I had the triple cheese diavola pizza for a main which I was very impressed with. The contrast between the spicy and cheesy side was exceptionally good and the toppings on the pizza were clearly high quality. The base was really thin but still substantial. It was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Please don't take this off the menu. Service was efficient without being intrusive. We were given multiple complimentary servings of pasta crisps. Used to be good but visited today and was not welcomed with a smile. Told we'd have to wait 45 minutes for a table, ok, fair enough. Upon ordering our vegan meals I clearly ordered green vegan pesto and was given some chicken pasta. Please do not give vegans meat, green pesto looks nothing like chicken pasta. Ridiculous mistake to make. Whole thing was rather lacklustre. Will go back to Wagamama next time.

It was cold, pizza was nasty - pizza sauce was bland, chicken was half cold, not defrosted properly, weird after flavour.

Not even worth one star! Service was appalling. Waitress took our order for drinks whilst we looked at the menu. Drinks never arrived had to ask for them when our food arrived approx 35 mins wait for food. I ordered the pasta carbonara with salmon and prawns. I think they forgot to add the carbonara sauce (was very dry) pasta was hard and hardly any salmon. However there was plenty of prawns. My husband ordered calzone which he was happy with. Nobody came to ask if everything was ok until we had stopped eating! I told them I wasn't happy and they took my meal off the bill. We wasn't even asked if we wanted dessert. I think they wanted us to leave as other customers waiting. Will not be going back any time soon.

Today on 30th January me and my friend planed for trying a lasagne so we checked on google last Saturday but we went over there today. And we ordered a vegetarian rainbow lasagna and it was so yummy.... I eat it today for the first time... And I am so happy that I tried today and it was so delicious... And we got free garlic bread after scanning the bar code... The garlic bread was also yummy.

We tried zizzis for the first time 7.30 evening meal, sorry but the restaurant was absoluty freezing, uncomfortably cold. Starters were out before we even had our drinks, service was slow, I don’t think we will revisit.

No cash sales ,bad idea, not happy with that especially after eating, with no info as to the fact .

Lovely family outing tonight - theatre followed by Zizzi's. It was very busy I think everyone had the same idea! This held up the food but we were served drinks and the kids got their starters really quickly so were happy. Lovely waitress, Jo, was very attentive and was great with the kids.

Good service, they had not put enough chicken on the pizza, one of the guys get it sorted very quickly.

The restaurant had about 3 tables as well as us. Waited a while to order, food and drinks came out quickly. I had the arancini for starter and it was awful. For mains my boyfriend had king prawn linguine, with about 3 prawns in. The whole time we were there, one staff member never smiled at us, always glaring. Made us feel a bit uncomfortable. As we were eating, people came to the entrance and we heard our waitress say “no i don’t want any more tables”. She only had 4 to start with! Especially with it being January and restaurants are not too busy at the minute. Was let down by the evening so won’t be returning.

l had calamari and a prawn linguini. Really enjoyed the calamari, the prawn linguini was good for a restaurant chain. The servers were cheerful and service was good, food took some time to arrive but it was christmas and we were a very large group. Nothing much to complain about, would visit again.
