Zizzi - Derby Intu in Derby

Started off good, but went slightly downhill due to wait times , long wait on drinks food came in good time and tasted good , but it was very cold had to wear my jumper and needed a jacket that I didn’t have, and unfortunately that’s enough to make me not want to return

Amazing Food was absolutely delicious, one of the best meals eaten out in a while. Good value for money, even our 15 month old loved it. The staff was amazing and just overall great service.

Danny, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations of the menu. The service was really great. I started with a cherry mocktail- a lovely refreshing drink. My starter was a delicious mushroom brindisi and my main course was a speciality venison rustica pizza.The flavours in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The food and service was truly exceptional, I cannot wait to come back.

Came here for a desserts and the service was wonderful. didn’t complain that we only got desserts and they even wrote a birthday message on the dessert belonging to who's birthday it was. I think our server was Fern and she was lovely, she was really sweet and soft talking and made us feel really welcome

50 minutes for one pizza, one sea bass and one child's menu when the restaurant was not even half full. For us it meant that when the food arrived, our kid was tired and only wanted to sleep. He barely touched his food and we had to quickly finish ours as he was getting grumpier and grumpier. Food is nice, but no way a flat medium-sized pizza with all it's ingredients right on the middle (guys, you were given hands to extend ingredients; do not be scared of using them) and 50 minutes wait is worth almost 18 bloody pounds. Ridiculous. Just another posh and pricey place for your pictures on Instagram. We had to ask twice for the bill by the way.

Absolutely appalling customer service. My pizza was missing ingredients and the response from the management (Beth?) was absolutely shocking. Such a shame as I have been a regular customer of zizzi over the years. But recently there has been too many issues.

food was wonderful! had a complex order and they worked around it very well. Would definitely come again (ordered the margherita rústica and the brownie sundae)

Had a lovely night. Food and staff were great and very attentive although a little disappointed they had no starter, main or drink for one member of the party.

Visited for a family birthday this evening in a group of 12. From start to finish a terrible experience. Sat down at booked table just after 4 and didn’t leave till quarter to 7. After 10/15 minutes when she eventually came over our first waitress who I think was the manager was rude and stood at the far end of the table to take drinks orders struggling to hear us and failing to smile once. Food was extremely slow and came separately so that for all three courses we felt like we were eating separately. Kids starters arrived before adult drinks, two kids meals arrived first, then the other kids meals and they had all nearly finished by the time adult meals arrived. Not all plates were cleared. Four kids puddings appeared but we had to ask for fifth, one of adults puddings was forgotten. We gave up on the kids hot drink that was included as kids very unsettled after so long in restaurant. No apologies at any point for the wait or serving meals separately. Family member paying felt too nervous to say anything but on getting home we have noticed we were over charged as they had not put through the set menu properly. We were never asked we wanted more drinks, we had to ask for everything including cutlery and napkins after each course. Food was ok but nothing special and the poor service spoilt a special occasion. Would never return or recommend.

Went to Zizzi Intu Derby for a night out / time out after having a stressful week. Amazing atmosphere on arrival. Great menu with so much choice. 6 layer lasagne deceptively filling, flavoursome, lovely. Gorgeous sweet potato fries and fresh green salad as accompaniment. Spaghetti Bolognese also classically delicious and satisfying. Zoe was so cheerful, lovely, helpful, kind, giving good advice re potential menu choices which suited our dietary needs. We’re so impressed that we’ve signed up to the Zizzi Club which has great rewards and offers currently. Looking forward to returning in the future.

A really enjoyable visit. 4 of us & we had an enjoyable time. Wonderful food & drinks. Very good service too. We had Tesco vouchers and they were gladly accepted. Highly recommend a visit.

The service was of a high quality and it was a good ambience. The staff were attentive and we were served without delay. The drinks arrived quickly.

Had a great late lunch, food was good, warm, and plenty of toppings! They also have some vegan options which my friend really enjoyed (Vegan Harissa Meatball pizza and Bruchetta pics are the vegan options.) Our server Jerry was attentive to our needs, she made sure we had everything we needed, and was friendly : )

Really nice restaurant and service was great😄. Lasagne I had was seriously delicious, the calamari I got with it was nice but pretty cold (had obviously been left out) but waitress reheated for me very quickly so all good. Also pizza order for my friend was messed up but was handled really well by the staff: she was ecstatic to go home with an extra pizza 😆 🍕. Overall really nice food, and although some issues they were dealt with well so was happy to leave a tip 😌 and would like to come back.

Went for some me time. Had a gorgeous carbonara and calamari. Was served by the lovely Lacey who was so attentive and helped me out with a discount due to a misunderstanding on my part even when she didn’t need to. As always, Zoe is also brilliant, I believe she was the manager on shift and I just think she’s ace!

Syanne was lovely, attentive and gave great customer service, as did Zoe. The food is always excellent but we really enjoyed the sharer! Even got my tomato hating husband to like tomatoes! Overall excellent meal! Thank you very much ☺️

Visited Zizzis at Derbion twice in six months on visits to the area. On both occasions we were served memorably by Zoe. She is knowledgeable, funny, engaged, and hugely enthusiastic. She makes the dining experience a pleasure, and will ensure we continue to visit when we make our twice-yearly trips to the area.

Popped in for a family meal was pleasantly surprised , the service was good. Our server was very knowledgeable. We were served quickly and the food was delicious. We look forward to calling again soon. Many thanks.

From walking through the door being greeted by the friendly staff to the delicious food that was served. Our experience was amazing. The Manager Zoe was very attentive and welcoming and this is even before the food even came out!

Loved the food, had to wait for mains. 3 courses meal deal is epic. Loved Chicken Spiedeni, pizzas was great. Bread formaggi was out of this world. Ice cream was equally full of yummy flavours. Recommended strongly. If not for the wait, it was 5 stars all the way for all 3 departments.

Met up with a friend for a well overdue catch up and honestly had the loveliest time! Our waitress (Jerry/Jenny) was so lovely, informative, and helpful with the menu recommendations and helped us select the perfect meal. We both had the set menu, and tried their new Sticky Pig Rustica pizza- which was absolutely mouth watering- highly recommend! We followed it up with a honeycomb cheesecake- which is the main reason I'd go back again. Overall, 5/5 stars all around ✨️

terrible food and service I have intestinal problems (IBS). If I tell the manager I have IBS and she says I have allergies and I should check for allergies myself. IBS and allergy are not the same,!!!!!! I advise you to undergo training!!! the manager is terrible, rolls his eyes and refuses to give any advice!! disgusting defrosted food!!🤮 I do not recommend, terrible food, poor service and expensive!!!!!

Great customer service amazing food.

The worst white wine for £24 and pizza was borderline. Pretty sure they source the wine for like £1. Sugar juice and the type that makes you sick, not proper wine. Not worth it.

The staff was very welcoming and made you feel welcome they went above and beyond. We both felt the atmosphere was calming and the lights give a good effect. Toilets are clean and well maintained. Food was amazing and served well looks very aesthetic while also tasting so good. Best pizza as of yet. Definitely recommend prices are great for such a large pizza size :)

Had a lovely experience here for lunch today. Got served by a lovely waitress called Holly who ensured our meal and experience was 10/10 and she definitely succeeded. Food & atmosphere were fab too!

Pleasant atmosphere within the restaurant and enjoyed the open kitchen. Staff was fast and efficient and the food arrived at the table pretty quickly. Wide selection of starters and mains. Tried the 6 layer beef lasagne and it was pretty good. Portions were small but very filling. Did not try the pizzas, but they looked interesting as well.

Had my 60th Birthday celebration here with my work colleagues. Our waitress Jerry was very friendly and helpful. She was also very efficient and I would recommend this restaurant.

Lovely restaurant with incredibly welcoming staff. We were served by two lovely people called Holly and Lacey, it was Lacey's first shift and she was extremely helpful and very pleasant. 10 out of 10 would come back again!

We went for a meal at Zizzi with the family on 17th May, we were well looked after and the food was delicious. There were 6 of us and had a variety of meals, (pizza, calzone, salmon and others) and all were cooked perfectly and presented well. Our waitress was Fern and she was very attentive. Good atmosphere and friendly staff, will be visiting again 🙂

Came to zizzi for some dinner before the cinema. The food and service was spot on! Shout out to Paige and Syanne for looking after us! They were brill! Food was delicious as always. Would recommend the calamari, ravioli di capra, garlic bread and cassarecia pollo picante dishes.

Excellent Sticky Pig pizza. Delicious tiramisu. Really good wine, Looked after by Beth who was her usual lovely self - friendly, helpful, and almost telepathic.

I ordered and waited 2 hours for my order and I haven't gotten it and it says delivered very bad place I want a refund I paid 23 pounds

Visited 8.6.2024 Our server Jo was superb. Very attentive and helpful throughout. Couldn't have asked for better service. Food hit and miss. Sharing fondue to start was really nice apart from the bruschetta which was very soggy. My main of Pork Belly with beans was tasty. My wife's 700kcal pollo pizza was a bit dissapointing. 4 tiny pieces of chicken on a pizza. Not good. Good job she paid extra for the crispy ham on it otherwise it would have gone back. All in all OK. With a wine and a beer the bill came to £70 so be mindful.

Absolutely amazing! From the lovely warm welcome to the delicious food. Our host Jo was so attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble for her. We were full after our meals. So Jo packed our puddings up so we could bring them home. Thanks to all the team 💜

First time at this particular restaurant and we were very impressed. From entering to leaving the service was very good. We both had the rustica pizzas with the tasty courgetti frittas . The triple chocolate bomba was delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the quality presented. Special thanks to Radka for looking after us on our visit, which certainly will not be our last.

Cold meals at £34 for 2. Long wait even at 4pm. Unprofessional waitress who took the payment and stunk of sweat. Wont be going this branch again. Better places to go for the prices

Wanted to use my zizzi millionaire points but for some reason the last 3 visits hadn't registered and the points didn't go on. They went above and beyond. Free Garlic bread and top notch service. The quality of the food is always fantastic and why I will always go back again and again. Thanks guys for making tonight special. Its hard in this day and age to get kind and respectful service with excellent quality food. Zizzi Derbion smashes it every bloody time. Looking forward to the next visit <3

I recently had a pizza at Zizzi’s my usual choice is pizza express but I was presently surprised at how good the food tasted and our server Holly was great very welcoming, polite and attentive. I will be going back again.

We had a lovely meal here cannot fault the food and service, but what did let it down slightly was at the time there was a staff shortage, we had sat down at 5.00pm, had a starter, mains and dessert, during this time we had to wait a long time, a member of staff apologised for the wait, but at no point was offered a complimentary drink and even when paying for the bill, which was £175.00 we didn't even get offered any discount on the bill, we finally left at 7.30pm Two and a half hours later.

Popped in for lunch and had great service by our server Holly , she was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble,will definitely come back

Staff were so lovely, couldn’t do any more for us and went above and beyond to make sure we was happy! There was another table booking where we was sitting and for our inconvenience (not that there was any) they kindly offered to give me and my partners desserts on the house!!! which really wasn’t needed but was extremely kind, so thankyou so much. Food was brilliant as normal and atmosphere was 10/10 like usual❤️
