Sadlers Halal in Derby

Had a cheeseburger worst burger i ever had. No lie i think it had been cooked with a flamethrower. Out of all the food we ordered the only good thing was the can of drink.

Why is it sometimes you order a kebab being a regular the meat is very small pieces as if they are the scrapings from the bottom, if they bought a loaf of bread and it was in bits they would soon be taking it back.

Been going Sadlers for a while now. Thus has to be the best chip shop. Fish and Chips are amazingly tasty and the fried chicken is fab. Only negative is that there us no queuing system, it is every man for themselves, which can be really frustrating for customers. Some of the staff run around like headless chickens, don't have a clue what they are doing. On the whole great food.

I enjoyed visiting Sadlers in Derby on Normanton road, great place with a superb atmosphere, The service was remarkable and the food was quality, I have to say I am very impressed with sadlers and the great staff who run this shop. Top blocks very hospitable, really know how to treat a customer well, I was told Sadlers is unique as all produce is freshly delivered daily, all in was a very plesant experience, Food was top notch if i had to rate this place gets 12/10 for service 12/10 for food. I am a critical person but for Sadlers I have have no criticism or complaints, everything was presented to a high standard, Carry on providing a brillant service and providing quality food I will be back for sure!!!!!

I wouldn’t even rate your food one star, absolutely disgusting and off putting, hair in the food stuck in the batter of the fish. Maggots in fish a year or so back... Greed has taken the better of you over the years and you have slipped in quality. Disappointed. Please use gloves and hair nets even over your beards when handling food 🤮🤮

Without a shadow of a doubt the finest halal food in derby, friendly staff, highly professional service and excellent food with a clear focus on top quality hygiene. Not enough superlatives to describe the class of this place. Hugely popular amongst locals fair to say quality over quantity produces the best customer base, fair prices all round which is vital. Shoutout to all the staff there especially Matty n Archie, top blokes based fittingly at the heart of normanton road. Keep it up!!

Ideal for lunch break , pretty busy Saturdays and Fridays night do order before you go. Good fast food , best in pizzas and mixed shish kebab . Good quality fish and ships Pretty clean and fresh made naans Good service and fast if you are in a hurry. Halal food available

Told to fetch phone order in 20 minutes, went 30 minutes later, order still not made. Rude staff member told me not to phone for order as they get confused and mix order. Was spoken very rudely by old staff member clearly he need customers service training. Be prepared to wait ages for order and be treated rudely by staff.

Food and Hygiene rated at 5. Good fast service and pretty good. Best thing to order is pizza any type and can request more spices if you want. Best fish and chips on Normanton road. Reasonable prices compared to other shops on same area. All fresh and no pre- cooked or left over food reheated as sons shops do on the same road . Would highly recommend if you Davy chips with peas, fish or nice mix sheesh kebabs with salad on man bread.

They serve those people who they know first, no matter who comes in first, crap customer service for anyone that is new, rude people seen them makibg fun of a customer

I go to this takeaway on a regular basis. Usually at least once a week. The food is simply some of the best in derby. In general i would advise you to allow plenty of time for a visit here as it is incredibly popular amongst the locals however it is 100% worth the wait. Prices are very reasonable in comparison to other takeaways that surround it however the taste is very much unique.

Arrogant staff waited 20 mins nobody took our order instead serving there mates while ladies waiting to order. Typical male dominated.

They had a good variety of food, there pizzas were small and expensive. Staff were friendly and quick.
