Caffe Grazia in Derby

The member if staff was quite rude I had to ask for another latte as the one i got was cold I even put my fingers in it to test an was told we don't make it too hot in case it burns you I also had to ask for a spoon that seemed to be to much trouble I got a hot coffee I haven't been in there for awhile but its really gone down hill lucky I had a spare serviette in my bag as didn't get one of them either I will not return

Once again … just look at the spoon . How can they even bring it out to customer ? Last time I was here they have served coffee in a mug covered in bright pink lipstick stain 🤢

I was having a coffee on Saturday 30th , and two staff were stroking a dog near the door , not one of the staff washed their hands an kept on serving also 1 picked the dog up

Unfortunately I cannot offer any praise to this cafe. We went just for a coffee and decided to have some toast with this. On the menu board it stated 2 slices of toast cor £1.25 and apparently on another one it stated 1slice was £1.25. I only saw the menu which stated 2 slices for £1.25. When our order of one slice of toast each arrived, I queried this with the waitress who said she'd enquire as to the amount of toast we should have. She came out and said, unfortunately it was only one slice which cost a whopping £1.25. I thought this was extortionate...I appreciate this is a cafe and you pay for a service blah blah blah, but £2.50 for two slices of toast is ridiculous. Incensed by this, l checked on their Website which also stated 2 slices so,once again, I queried this. I waited quite some time whilst they checked and after 15 mins went and approached them again asking if there was any update. She replied with, unfortunately the menu board was old and the website hadn't been updated... she was not really apologetic, especially when I mentioned how misleading this was..one girl said we don't set the prices...a very disappointing response and we will not be visiting there again. Cafe Grazia, a bad review for you all for just two slices of toast...I hope it was worth it!

Called here for the first time today Friday 26th may 2023. Only used as we could sit outside in the sun. Went and ordered 2 rounds of toast each and a lattee. We got the coffee ok but just one round of toast which was barely toasted and was just like a normal slice of bread. Lady opposite was complaining about a pice of cake which she said was tasting funny and returned it. The service was useless, no customer service at all. will not be going again

Super coffee shop in the Derbion shopping centre in Derby. The staff are lovely and the coffee is delicious.

New staff member, young lad makes the best Decafe Oatmilk Latte

Just been here not been for a while and won't be back. 15 minutes for 2 coffees 1st one came and waited for the second for ages while staff were standing around they left the poor trainee to do the orders. The upholstered chairs were filthy and stank. Really would avoid this place and maybe try Costa or Caffee Nero. I've given 1 star as I couldn't do zero stars 😔😔😔

Best place for a coffee in Derby. Friendly staff and nice clean atmosphere with quick orders for a quick business stop with colleagues. Try it yourself to see it's true

Had a coffee from there and it tasted sour and it was cold I had to wait like 20 minutes for it to be made it was ridiculous

Just had a drink and snack from this place. The place stank of cigerettes smoke blowing in from outside. The seats were filthy with all sorts of curious looking stains and the food was ok at best. Only reason its got 2 stars was because staff were curtious.

Was closed at 4.30pm, not sure why. The staff stood inside watching me try the door several times saying nothing 😡🙄

I had an excellent soya milk cappuccino and was pleased with the airy, spacious feel in Caffè Grazia. The best thing however was the really helpful, friendly young staff. I'll be returning for food next time.

Excellent customer service. Staff members offered up own WiFi to use, plus assisted someone else with a headache. Automated doors and level access make it very accessible too!

Absolutley disgusted wont be using this place again called in for a coffee & a snack 4 adults two babies & a toddler . No menu available to look at board inside only we tried to take a picture so it could be relayed to our guest told not to.Hax to keep repeating our order never again.

My first visit to this coffee shop and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Friendly staff, comfortable seating and delicious coffee. Will certainly visit again.

This coffee shop was one of the best coffees in town just couple of month back but now it's starts to become a disaster price it's going in stratosphere for an orange juice that costs 50 penc on a local shop they are charging 2.85 and the standards are dropping down its not about the quantity it's about quality if u want to put your prices up upgrade your drinks as well buy better drinks and sale better drinks no issues with the costumer service issues with what they serve thanks from one of us hope the owner will have a look at it and changes stuff around otherwise it's done

Got a takeaway coffee here once.As cappuccino goes,it was okay. Reasonable price.

Coming to this place regularly and started to notice that the service is beginning to be slow as the time passes by. There are barely any costumers and it wasn't like that before. Food and drinks are very good, especially coffee and tea. Also noticed place is unhygienic, outside of the place where you can sit is often dirty and tables are full of dirty cup and dishes. Floors are even more dirtiest and no staff members taking care of that. Staff members however, they are friendly and welcoming. Hopefully they'll manage on cleaning more often...

Great breakfast cobs and really good coffee. Staff are friendly and provide a good level of service. I like the trays 😁

Consistently slow. The coffee is really good. I have to go and ask if my drink is on it’s way. This is happening too often. I nip in on my break so getting a good coffees and being able to enjoy it is important.

We went for coffee and a snack and we had a great time. Nice location, good coffee, very friendly and helpful staff and a good variety of snack options. Will go back.

Called in for coffee’s and tea cake / pancake .. sat inside as it had just started to rain cannot believe how dirty the armchairs were . Coffee average food awful . Won’t be coming back ...

Good frappe and nice trainee server. Don't mean to sound snobby, it's a nice cafe, but just attracts chavs, fortunately some nice people about too. Feels very Romanesque until you clock the Jeremy Kyle brigade.

Went to Caffè Grazia as I was waiting for Wilko's to open decided to have a sausage bap and a latte ordered the bap the girl behind the counter she just kept repeating when I asked her so I couldn't make out what she was on about so in the end I just ordered the coffee waited nearly 10 minutes, other people came in after me were getting served when I finally got my coffee the cup was dirty so I gave it back to her and asked for a clean cup all she did was wipe the marks and gave it back to me decided to sit outside don't know what they wiped the tables with but they were filthy, used to be a nice cafe isn't now.

Good coffee and friendly staff. I can't fault the service as it was fast, efficient and came with a smile. Would happily come back. Smoking area had heatlights on and good quality chairs - plastic of course being outside but comfy all the same.

Amazing experience and wonderful customer service, especially from the two girls who worked on the saturday morning :). Highly recommend it.

Called in here for coffee and two omelette, wanted some beans with the omelette, but as it wasn't on the till they couldn't do it, they do omelette they do beans, just not at the same time. That's when you need a manager on the premises to make an executive decision... It was rather sad really felt sorry for the staff, I used to come in here a lot 3 years ago, it's really gone downhill,I don't blame the staff, it's a management problem

Good cappuchino...nice and frothy. Stayed a couple of hours chatting and seemed to be fine about it. Would definitely go there again

3 customers inside. 2 outside. 2 staff: one new, one stressed and sour. Ordered: a small cappuccino with extra shot. Payed with debit card (...no contactless option available in this "cafe"). Waited... More experienced staff member brought coffee without a smile (and I'm being lenient here...). I verified politely "an extra shot right?" to which she shrugged, said she was sorry and chastised new foreign employee (who wasn't trained). She took coffee back, I even said just pour a bit out snd add a shot but she said she couldn't do that. Then! Original order taken came to table and asked for money for shot, which i was not charged for.. She knew i wanted it but didn't charge and it wasn't told to other person making it.. I said no, i will take a single capu instead. My last visit.

Stopped here as has outside seating and surprisingly for January it was a nice day. The Flat white was really good so I had another one as well. Staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Great little Café spot, with tasty coffee and bites. FYI we found best value nearby parking at Hudson Way, DE24 8JE!

Vile over price coffee which is Infact not what it claims to be. The staff are rude and lack any kind of customer service training and that aside just plain manners towards people would be a start. I do not rate this astablishment in the slightest I would never entertain it again, personal choice make up a your minds but I rate Neros opposite primark as after this experience I went to trial it and the service coffee and lovely surroundings far out weighted GROTZIA.

Nice little place, service with a smile, even though they were very busy, nice atmosphere, worth a visit after a long day shopping.

Paramos aquí por primera vez café hemos estado aquí. El lugar no estaba muy lleno y nos sirvieron rápidamente. Sólo tuvimos bebidas, así que no puedo comentar sobre la comida. El café era bueno en una jarra de vidrio de buen tamaño y mi pareja también era agradable. Nos decidimos a sentarnos afuera, ya que el tiempo era ambiental y fue es insoportablemente caluroso en la cafetería. Dos cosas aquí, me imagino que en días ocupados están como sardinas en la cantidad de mesas en el exterior deja poco espacio para el codo o un lugar para tener una conversación privada ya que son prácticamente una encima de la otra. Y odio, cuando el personal limpia las mesas con las botellas spray justo al lado. ¿Por qué tienen que hacer esto? No puedo ponerte en un paño en un hueco en sus manos para mantener el antibacteriano en el paño y no flotando a nuestra mesa, nuestro café y nuestras caras, especialmente cuando se llena en tan apretado. No es buena práctica para cubrir sus clientes en pulverización fina de 10 micrones, por lo que muchos lugares no esta, mantenga el spray en el paño y no sobre nosotros tratando de tomar una copa.

We enjoyed a great coffee along with a light lunch, sitting outside with our dog. The coffee was of a high quality along with the lunches.

Le dije a mi compañero que me responden a él en café Grazia como me encanta su café. Cuando llegué por dentro me pareció que necesitaba desesperadamente un pee. Le pregunté al personal si podía usar el inodoro y una joven chica rubia me dijo que los clientes sólo. Mi familia me explicó que se está siguiendo y me iba a estar para el café. Yo era absolutamente impresionada con su respuesta, ella se negaron diciendo que no importa si yo estaba desesperado, tuve que comprar uno primero antes de ir. Me mantuve calma y reiteró que me vienen a menudo y que iba a estar y necesitábamos el inodoro primero. En este punto llegamos mi familia, me señaló a ellos y resultó su diciendo 'Mira aquí son'. Ella solo se rió en mi cara y me totalmente perdido y le dije que quería hablar con el director. Ella dijo que no estaba en pero me dio un número de contacto con ella. Cuando llamé al número la misma chica respondió el teléfono. Nunca me he vuelto y nunca lo hará.

Tengo sólo comimos y bebimos café en este lugar una vez, pero como impresionante la primera vez que me encantaría volver!

Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. There is a quite adequate menu for a nice filling snack.Its a lovely l;itle place to rest up after a long days shopping or just to pop in for a wlcome chat and lovely coffee.

Cappuccino coffee which taste's and look's good, if you want a good coffee this is the place to go. Service is quick and efficient, no hanging around at the counter waiting for your coffee like other cafe's, service is to your table. Grazia is well decorated with comfortable sofa's inside and plenty of outside seating.

What kind of mentality is it when this shop turns away my 3 year old granddaughter from using the toilet citing "Its for customers only". Even when her Mum pleaded that it was an emergency, THEY STILL SAID NO. Dont know about you, but I wont be spending any money there again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I love the coffee there, the cappuccino’s are one of the best I have ever had, they sprinkle it with luxurious smooth chocolate, absolutely fantastic. I had this with an Italian chicken Panini with sundried tomatoes, you will not find better anywhere. The staff are very friendly and sitting outside watching the world go by, makes you feel your somewhere on the continent. Fantastic place, wholly recommended to visit when you are in Derby!
