Food too cold to eat . I threw food away . I disappointed with this service

A whole meal was missing from the order, and the food turned up cold! £40 for this…

Food was cold and very late, half an hour past the original time. Time before ordering said 15-30 and took nearly 1 hour

I did not receive everything I ordered. this is fourth time I am experiencing this with KFC. if you do not have what was ordered please refund my money instead of giving me incomplete items everytime!!!!!

ordered boneless bucket. missing popcorn chicken and that's what the kids would of had so now kids upset that was there favourite as a treat for being in temporary accommodation.

Randomly got a craving for some KFC gravy. Given, it was a Friday evening but had to wait 20 minutes for my small order, got some entertainment in the interim in the form of one delivery driver kicking off and being escorted away by security. Another kicked off and was repeatedly yelled at by a member of staff saying "don't come back! Don't come back!" The punchline to the story was that when my order was finally ready I was told there was no gravy, bit of a shame given I ordered a "*Gravy* Megabox" and that the gravy was the only thing I wanted, if they had told me earlier I would have ordered elsewhere. Not really the staff's fault but won't ever return.

Ordered a sweet chilli dip got the garlic buttermilk mayo instead.

No delivery received my order never made here

some parts of the food was cold probably due to the fact the delivery driver was on a push bike

Couldn't or wouldn't serv us at the till,we were told to use the kiosk.Explained it wasn't possible to request what changes we wanted to be smirked at and a shrug of shoulders. We were with our Grandaughter and we always treat her to kfc . Staff were stood at the front doing nothing while the queue for the kiosk grew. Sorry but no thanks! Had 5Guys instead kfc need to train their staff in customer services Maybe the staff at 5 Guys could demonstrate!!

Freezing cold, driver cannot read door numbers he was across the road and kept asking for a code which I tried to give him 3 times.

The food arrived in a bag that was falling apart. The food was spilled in the bottom. The order was wrong and cold. Tge driver was gone before i could talk to him.

Unfortunately some of the staff are incompetent especially towards delivery driver's they are rude and they don't care about giving good customer service all staff are meant to be professional and courteous however the few bad pennies let down the rest of the staff and they fail to realise that without delivery driver's they probably wouldn't be in a job and we should be working together

Everything was fine apart from the fact that the popcorn chicken was missing. Although this was supposed to be an extra free item it was still something we wanted to get because it's the only thing my daughter really likes from KFC. So all she ended up with was a small wrap which isn't very filling. She ended up having to raid the kitchen afterwards which defeats the object of the takeaway really. Very disappointed

I just like to say I am disappointed with all the new computer systems for ordering our food .I couldn't ask for no ice , it took me longer to work out and order my food than it would of if I had been served.long ques no service !!

Some of the order was missing and one item had opened in the bag and was loose. The delivery driver touched the loose items (because the bag ripped) so we couldn’t eat them for hygiene reasons.

Orderd 2 XL gravy never got delivered and told me no refund

Chicken is way too salty. I thought it was a one-time mistake the first time I ordered but all the multiple times I bought it, it felt like I’ve been eating whole salt with a sprinkle of chicken. Not good at all, and it’s peculiar to this particular KFC in city centre compared to the other ones I’ve eaten. Look into this please because I really love KFC but just can’t stand the salt, extreme. I haven’t bought in person before so can’t say about service and atmosphere.

The food was cold , the gravy leaked all over the bag .. the wrap was separated everywhere not happy at all

We placed a £100 order and expected it to be incomplete based on previous experiences

Disgusting place the food is below standard ,and not hot enough to be served to the general public this place should have a food inspection, the manager is extremely rude and none receptive to customers and should be replaced emedeatly

You can't usually go wrong with KFC and the Westfield KFC is no exception. Tasty food, delivered hot and on time. Bargain Buckets are great value, compared to meals from other places and left-overs freeze well too.

I am unhappy with the order. All the chicken in the bowl are extremely salty. My family's night was spoilt yesterday as our mouth was watery before we received the order. The order came and was horrible.

I ordered hot wings however come up an original recipe chicken! It made my son feel disappointed!

Missing x2 corn on cobs and a whole order of large popcorn chicken AND they've charged me twice through JustEat and Google Pay! Furious.

Food was cold as delivery drivers haven’t got a clue and don’t know the streets of derby and can’t follow a sat nav to a address I had to send a member of my staff to fetch the food as driver was in wrong location this was not the first time this has happened

The driver ripped the bag and all gravy poured out on my front door and on my carpet as i bought it in 🖕

the food arrived late because the guy went to the wrong address and couldn't follow simple instructions, such as turn around and you'll see me. he just said went further away and down another street. Service overall was apauling and is freezing cold. worst delivery experience ever. I expect a refund

Food ok getting the beans and gravy I’d ordered would have been nice though. I guess it’s my fault for placing an order on Boxing Day and expecting people who work in hospitality to do there job correctly on a day they’d much rather be at home Now I’ve got to work on Boxing Day by going into battle with just eat to get my refund

Pre ordered my food and delayed delivery until 12.30 but arrived about 13.45. All items were there but quality was poor.

Took over an hour to assign a driver, then another 30 minutes to send the order, then it seemed like the driver was on multiple drops as they kept stopping in random places for a few minutes at a time, eventually took 30 minutes from being ‘out for delivery’ to get to me. The delivery driver didn’t know where he was phoned me up twice for my postcode I sat to waLk up the street and around the corner into another street to pick up my food when I did meet the deliver man I was told what is your postcode i said you have it on your contacts with my address and phone number I said my food will be cold at this rate he replied so what !!!!

The driver had all the details in the delivery note and i found him on another street... when he called me I told him to come on the main street, he didn't.. i had to go and look for him

I phoned the store up and they said they had closed and the courier had picked my food up a while ago! Obviously had picked food up from other placed. The food arrived freezing cold with no apology, this shouldn't be allowed.

Got boneless chicken and they were ok, chicken Wings were ok, but the big Wings Where not very tasty. The sauce(gravy) i got was not good. I asked for a sauce and got told they only had simple mayo and ketchup which is not good for chicken. After i ate i saw they had like chili mayo and stuff. Also i got hair beside my food. Overall a pretty bad experience. Some good more bad
