Absolutely horrible experience....food was dry but also sweaty as it was in the box for so long...the driver forgot to give me my Fanta as well ..I was to upset to check the order so when I claimed it back KFC refused to refund me. Awful place

The food came and everything was soaked in gravy and the paper bag was in bits all over the food couldn’t even carry it into the house, diver seemed to not care, along with that it was all completely cold, and the beans had popped open all gone all over along with the gravy

Food was late and then when arrived it was stone cold because it gets delivered on an electric bike and takes too long to get to customers and it’s not good. We pay money for nice warm food we get that when we have proper deliverers!

Driver was rude and missing an item

We ordered 2 large family feast buckets for our son's 8th birthday. The staff prepared everything in less than 10 mins and gave plates, cups and straws. Fantastic job from everyone thank you!!!!

Forget the gravy sauce and 4 uneaten burnt hot wings refund asked!

Shocking... the staff were mucking around behind the counter. One lady staff was serving everything whilst standing backwards..the other staff thinking it's funny. Food cold , took it back to be told the toaster wasn't working and no one else complained.. the chicken was stone cold as cold as the attitude of the staff

We ordered online from meteor centre at first, because it is always nice from there. But for some reason the order got cancelled and we were refunded straight away. So then we obviously ordered from KFC derbion. We will never order from here again. After waiting for quite some time for the food to be delivered ( If you could actually call it food) !!!! Totally stone cold on arrival, and DEFINITELY Not fresh, it looked like it had been saved from the day before. This is totally unacceptable and you should be ashamed that you think it's perfectly okay to serve any old crap to the general public, especially after parting with £40. We couldn't even get a refund, because apparently it comes under a meal deal, and the drink would be cold anyway. It is almost laughable. Looking at some of the reviews on here, you would think you'd up your game to provide decent food. Clearly you don't give a crap. 🤷‍♀️

I ordered tower zinger burger meal and zinger rice box today at 11:00am , its so disappointing from kfc that in burger meal they missed burger from burger meal , i complained about that from uber but i didn’t got refund , its really below average service , its really will be my last order from kfc now.

Food for beyond greasy, chicken and fries soaked in grease. Sloppy chicken that you couldnt hold without melting. The most awful KFC i have ever had. I will not be ordering from this branch again, most likelu KFC in general. To pricy and abysmal.

Service by obviously stupid and selfish staff is just frustrating

ordered food around half 7, didn't arrive until after 9, turned up freezing cold. also didn't have everything we ordered, they did ring to advise this but had to choose something else and wasn't compensated thedifference. would not order again as quality of food was very poor

Wrong order delivered so ended up trying a zinger burger rather than what I ordered. Also missing 2 pieces of chicken and gravy. JustEat refunded £7.48. So I ended up paying £12 for chips, a coke and some potato mash.

ordered boneless bucket. missing popcorn chicken and that's what the kids would of had so now kids upset that was there favourite as a treat for being in temporary accommodation.

Randomly got a craving for some KFC gravy. Given, it was a Friday evening but had to wait 20 minutes for my small order, got some entertainment in the interim in the form of one delivery driver kicking off and being escorted away by security. Another kicked off and was repeatedly yelled at by a member of staff saying "don't come back! Don't come back!" The punchline to the story was that when my order was finally ready I was told there was no gravy, bit of a shame given I ordered a "*Gravy* Megabox" and that the gravy was the only thing I wanted, if they had told me earlier I would have ordered elsewhere. Not really the staff's fault but won't ever return.

Ordered a sweet chilli dip got the garlic buttermilk mayo instead.

Couldn't or wouldn't serv us at the till,we were told to use the kiosk.Explained it wasn't possible to request what changes we wanted to be smirked at and a shrug of shoulders. We were with our Grandaughter and we always treat her to kfc . Staff were stood at the front doing nothing while the queue for the kiosk grew. Sorry but no thanks! Had 5Guys instead kfc need to train their staff in customer services Maybe the staff at 5 Guys could demonstrate!!

Freezing cold, driver cannot read door numbers he was across the road and kept asking for a code which I tried to give him 3 times.

The food arrived in a bag that was falling apart. The food was spilled in the bottom. The order was wrong and cold. Tge driver was gone before i could talk to him.

Unfortunately some of the staff are incompetent especially towards delivery driver's they are rude and they don't care about giving good customer service all staff are meant to be professional and courteous however the few bad pennies let down the rest of the staff and they fail to realise that without delivery driver's they probably wouldn't be in a job and we should be working together

Everything was fine apart from the fact that the popcorn chicken was missing. Although this was supposed to be an extra free item it was still something we wanted to get because it's the only thing my daughter really likes from KFC. So all she ended up with was a small wrap which isn't very filling. She ended up having to raid the kitchen afterwards which defeats the object of the takeaway really. Very disappointed

I just like to say I am disappointed with all the new computer systems for ordering our food .I couldn't ask for no ice , it took me longer to work out and order my food than it would of if I had been served.long ques no service !!

Some of the order was missing and one item had opened in the bag and was loose. The delivery driver touched the loose items (because the bag ripped) so we couldn’t eat them for hygiene reasons.

Chicken is way too salty. I thought it was a one-time mistake the first time I ordered but all the multiple times I bought it, it felt like I’ve been eating whole salt with a sprinkle of chicken. Not good at all, and it’s peculiar to this particular KFC in city centre compared to the other ones I’ve eaten. Look into this please because I really love KFC but just can’t stand the salt, extreme. I haven’t bought in person before so can’t say about service and atmosphere.

Disgusting place the food is below standard ,and not hot enough to be served to the general public this place should have a food inspection, the manager is extremely rude and none receptive to customers and should be replaced emedeatly
