My Cookie Dough in Derby

The lady serving was extremely quite you could not hear what was being said.Cookie dough was still roar and gritty -tasted horrible.The chocolate chips had not melted nor had the Nutella on my friends cookie like shown on photos.Overall my experience was horrendous ,I still feel sick now from eating a spoonful of it,I would not recommend!!!!!!

I have walked past this store since it opened and have never had a chance to actually buy the cookie dough. Every time I walked past, I have always been smiled to by the staff and even made acquaintances with the supervisor, when I finally had a day off and tried it...it blew my expectations! I had tried a little taster of cookie dough prior to buying it to make sure that I was invested and my god is was delicious. The perfect mix of soft, fudge cookie dough with crisp edges, covered with decadent toppings and a side of cool ice cream. I ordered the kinder and Nutella stack, which includes two cookie doughs topped with melted kinder chocolate and Nutella to a warm perfection! it was heaven! Now, onto staff... one young lady was amazing at her job, especially on a busy saturday, handling many orders all on her own, blending milkshakes and topping cookies! The best part is that every single product that she handed out looked so picture perfect and instagram worthy and her customer service did not change at all, still chirpy, helpful and kind even in a busy period. She was so helpful with my indecisiveness as well, suggesting the different flavours used in what I prefer in general, turns out I'm a chocolate loving gal! She was a gem, so helpful and knowledgeable about allergens ( the hubby is allergic) and other dietary information. I am going back next weekend and trying out the biscella brownie stack! Can't wait! Love This Place. :)

So I use delivery to order this, and the cookie dough is second to none. HOWEVER. They have got my orders wrong several times, not sending an item/sending the complete wrong item. However this is usually rectified.

The cookie is grainy and taste like eatimg sand. The nutella i had with mine was very nice and the ice cream too

I really like the menu choices at my cookie dough, and they are priced really well too. My twins tend to choose their favourites, kinder melt and Nutella then swap half and half. Each dough is freshly prepared and hot with swirls of ice cream. We have tried the milkshakes too they are thick and creamy and made to order.
