Awful experience no one using gloves when preparing food, snoods not being used. 10 minute wait after being told was ready avoid

Order from here last night costing over £40 the staff was rude owner was rude on phone I placed order and forgot to change the base on pizza to bbq very rude on phone rang me back to tell me our pizzas was already cooking when I literally rang 5 sec after placing the order lol anyways me and my gf woke up this morning with sever stomach pains and haven't moved off toilet most of the day don't know they did to the pizzas either using really old meat or what ever they did I don't know will never EVER order from this domionos again if I could put 0+ stars I would avoid trust me

Usualy the pizza is good from her but ordered tonight and it was like eating cardboard couldn’t even taste any tomatoe base and arrived stone cold waste of £30

Thanks to Aman my day was save BUT I was asked for email after placing the same request for last 8 years by so called area manager or so what he said on the phone Akhil. So not just and email but here's a whole review to you Akhil MrAreaManager Akhil. This is Moksha, I consent with you to make my pizza as instructed via phone call. You are new at stension field welcome. But please ensure that in future you do not mess with regular customers. When I requested to speak to a regular staff you said you are the area manager I don't care of you are the god damn Owner... When asked by a customer to speak to a regular employee you should hand the phone to regular employee. Today you have tortured me on my day of breaking a fast from 3 days on GANESH chaturthi that means so much to some Indians and made me break down in treas and beg for food in order to follow your new made rules. Not every customers is aware of your so called team meetings and changes that happens every week. Ordered cheese fries, no cheese and fries tasted old and were like warm. Pizza was over cooked. Not had an issue when I have ordered before but not impressed today .

Never had an issue here before but the pizza was absolutely awful today. I ordered extra pizza sauce and it was as though they’d put half the usual amount instead of double some areas had no sauce at all. Pizza was overcooked and chewy. A shame when you’re spending the best part of £50 on a simple tea.

Parking is a big issue here. Pizza was OK - but the chocolate dough balls only 2 had chocolate on them the others were missed. Thr chocolate was just spurted into the box

Very disappointed. Tasteless. Asked for extra cheese got home and there wasn't any. And got charged for it. Rubbish. Won't be going again

Waited for one medium pizza over 40 min placed online was shown ready for collection, at arrival guys ignored my presence after 20 min they ask , I said my order is ready , they answer sorry we been busy is not ready yet , after another 20 min waiting just asked to cancel my order as was pointless waiting longer , its like they don't care whoever wait, so my question is who they care as they so busy 😀

I enjoy my food from here. Very rarely have any issues and if I do have, they are sorted.

Just ordered a personal tandoori pizza, garlic bread and chips. The pizza was lovely and so juicy, the only thing I will say could do with more chillis on it.

The service is so poor . Went it to buy pizza and was told 15mns .. I eventually waited for 1hr before I got my pizza . Apology was not made rather they were laughing and smiling at themselves. All because I’m a Blackman . Racism

Order most weekend as a treat. Never had issue. Only down side garlic bread very doughy and pizza topping ratio never looks like it’s pictures

This is the best Domino’s Pizza outlet in Derby, all members of the staff team are super friendly,. Dominos has got FAR too Greedy!!! After coupons, the price just went up a further £8.00 to £78.00. Recently found a private local takeaway providing same size delicious pizza for almost HALF the cost. Dominos driver told me their business is down by 50%. I can understand why!!! In addition, the last order turned up with very minimal toppings on. Economising on toppings at these prices is just a slap in the face. You have lost a long-term customer, Dominos. Time to pull your socks up.

Just ordered a take away pizza to be delivered tonight. It took nearly an hour and was stone cold when it was delivered. They kept telling me driver was stuck in traffic. . Only delivering to Normington in derby.

I walked into dominos stenson road, pizza was nice but the customer service is zero, staff doesn’t greet and doesn’t respond in a friendly manner.

Absolutely amazing service, I completely messed up and ordered collection, a quick call to the store and they sorted everything out for me with ease. Honestly saved our holiday as food was for the children who couldn’t eat anywhere as it’s all 18 or over past 9

Ordered a gluten free pizza (veg supreme with jalapenos and pineapple. Worst experience ever... They literally had all the vegs thrown on top of the pizza raw - nothing was baked apart from the cheese and the sauce.

I think the pizza from Tesco are better for £1

Worst dominoes I’ve ever been to. Messed up my order a couple of times. Delivered pizza cold in the middle. The staff were rude and couldn’t care less about the fact their food was disgusting

Called to change my order after I’d just ordered online it would have been 60p more which I offered to pay - they refused then cancelled my full order - I will never use them again and Mohammed is the rudest manger I’ve ever spoken to and isn’t bothered about my business

Poor service, got order wrong, missed part of the order and no offer to correct it because they were “too busy,” delivery guy rude and gave me the phone to speak to manger who was also rude. Offered to give me extra pizza next time which is no good when your staying 3 hours from home in a hotel. Food good but meal spoilt cos only half the order turned up.

Ordered a pizza and placed online, but unfortunately unable to do me a pizza which was half and half, I only asked for the other half to be a margarita and had paid for a full meat feast, but got told no they will not be doing that for me, how rude and then I get told they will process my refund but can take 5 days 🤬 Main reason was probably because it was 30 mins before their closing time they couldn't be bothered!!

I'm not sure if this place has changed hands but the pizzas are fantastic, piping hot and delicious.

Quick service and tasty food!! We gave an initial feedback on the food on pizza toppings not as expected. The staff contacted us promptly and ensured an excellent service going forward. Thanks to all employees at Stenson road, derby inputting a tremendous effort during the COVID times!!

Pizza was not hot and was dry barely any cheese. Dominoes seems to have gone downhill.

Good if it's hot, cold pizza is like bread with cheese from fridge...

Pizza ready on time, buy one get one free

Ordered a meal deal with pizza, chicken dippers, garlic bread and cookies. Delivery came relatively quickly but cold. The chicken dippers were replaced with wedges. Really disappointed as not ordered from there before. Phoned the local Domino's who said next time you order we will not charge you for chicken dippers. This wasn't the case as when I tried to order a pizza and dippers they hadn't been deducted. Really let down especially in this lock down period when I thought I could rely on a take away!!

Waited 3 HOURS for my food to come. When tried phoning no one even answered. Disgusting

We order from here all the time. Swift delivery, always arrives piping hot and always correct with generous toppings (we have very specific order requirements) tonight looks like WE made a mistake with one of our pizzas (my girlfriend allergic to cheese), although we always order with no cheese tonight looks like a mistake on our part! Rang up to see what they could do and after speaking the manager he agreed to send out a replacement - amazing customer service and saved our night! Many thanks and be ordering again very soon!

Worst ever pizza I had in my life today. Staff was abit rude in answering customers. One of the toppings in Veg. Supremo pizza is corn. I could count how many I got.. Pathetic...

I really love the idea of Domino's pizza!!!!. I have made many a pilgrimage to this store but never been in. I have however found 20pence outside before(great days) would highly recommend you to take a walk on by who what you may find from this amazing Italian cuisine.
