Good place for takeaway as place is nit that big. Few places to sit but it’s not available in area of huge hustle bustle. 3-4 car park spaces in front and just beside co cp hence you can buy groceries as well😂

I bought a small pizza and it wasn't fresh I ate 1 piece and said thank you I had to throw it away and the strong manager was not nice he gave me the pizza neither please nor thank you and she is sick I won't go there again I think his name was Ifram or something like that

Would never recommend this pizza hut worst in derby. Bad customer service. Call up to complain as the pizza I order had toppings missing for the manager to tell me I wouldn't be able to see it even though I told the guy its meant to be the main topping. Save yourself the time money and headache and don't eat here.

Sent wrong drink which we didn't like or want

Small Pizza Hut. Nothing out of the ordinary but nothing to complain of either. Edit - has now changed policy ever they don't accept cash payments in store. I was using the cash point next door and some poor bloke had to embarrass himself by asking me to pay for his pizza on my card while he gave me the cash. I can understand no so many people would be so trusting to help him either, so remember to take your bank card.

Appalling quality of both pizzas (one was swimming in grease and the other was bone dry) we ordered, wedges had so much bbq sauce it was dripping out of the box and there were items missing from the order. Because I had ordered online the store refused to deal with my complaint - they were very polite about this! Upon contacting customer services they offered me a £15 voucher - the 'meal', if you could call it that, was £45. If I had been at a restaurant I would have refused to pay. My complaint with customer services is still ongoing two weeks later.

My order took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive and it was cold, not enjoyable at all. I order once a month and this was by far the worst experience. To top it all off the meerkat rewards offer didn't work on the website and when I called they said they won't offer me the same deal.

Everything was Overcooked the wedges were cold and were handed to me in an open box. It did come on time but I Wont order from there again.

Food was piping hot, went at lunch time and it was very quiet but it was clean and the pizza, chips and garlic bread were all good

Had our food delivered and because driver is scared of dogs he didn’t complete the order. Rang the store and they accused my dog of being dangerous. Even though the dog came outside, tail wagging to say hello (no growling or aggression). Manager was unhelpful and clueless, sent driver back out who posted the rest of our order through letterbox. Awful service, go Domino’s.

Went in to order and lovely staff and didn't have to wait long. Thank you yummy 😋 pizza and chicken wings 😋

Gluten free pizza base size is a joke

Ordered Stuffed Crust with bottle of diet Pepsi and got cold no stuffed crust and Pepsi max and the driver said stick it in the microwave very rude won't be ordering from there again

Very disgusted with the service. Purchased 4 med pizza and margarita was dry and burnt rang to let them know and manager was not bothered he said he didn't care that we would not use them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Always been great when we order from here but not ordered for a while. When we did I track it on the app it said food had arrived but 8 mins later still nothing so called them. Was told 2 mins. 7 mins later it arrived and it wasn’t as nice as normal. Cheese normally still melting when cut a slice of pizza but this time was hard.was luke warm. Nachos was over cooked and cold so threw away. Would normally ring an complain if just me and husband but our 8 yr old was hungry and wanted his tea after a long day out! Won’t be ordering from these again for a while if ever.. will stick to pizza man or dominoes. So disappointed

Ordered a pizza online and when it came the box and bottom of the pizza was swimming in grease.rang ti complain and they sent another one out that was exactly the same.when my hubby went to see them about it they said there was nothing they could do and to contact customer services.still cant get through to customer services so will definatly wont be using pizza hut again.a waste ofmoney

Not worth the money they charge

The pizza were too tangy too much tomato saucewas on it. Felt that they were rushed pizzas... And definitely not the same quality of pizza you would eat at the restaurant

WE USUALLY USE DOMINOES AND TRIED PIZZA HUT FOR A CHANGE....IT WAS FOR A BUNCH OF OUR STAFF...THEY WERE ASKING WHERE THE DIPS WERE AND THAT THEY FOUND IT A BIT DRY UNLIKE WHAT WE ARE USED TO WHERE EVERY PIZZA HAS A DIP WITH IT....DRIVER AND DELIVERY SERVICE WAS GREAT..

So I went online and ordered by mistake put in the wrong address so phoned and explained I'd made a mistake , the gentleman on the phone told me hed get another pizza out to send it my correct address and get it to me asap waiting an hr 15 mins later still not come so I phoned up and theyd sent out my 2nd order to the wrong adress also ...! Lack of communication

Margarita is unfortunately null and void of much taste whatsoever. Whilst I appreciate it’s a pretty vanilla choice of pizza, there was really nothing to it. The garlic tear & share also had a minimal amount of garlic flavour and was essentially a folded piece of dough with a smidgen of cheese. Big disappointment for the price point.

Ordered before and had brilliant food and delivery so ordered again and was just as impressed, definitely recommend.

Terrible, food showed up late and the boxes were destroyed and opened! That’s the last thing you want during covid 19! The caramel cookie dough didn’t come with the ice cream and all the food was cold. More expensive than most other pizza places so I was expecting better. The only good thing was when I called to complain the woman on the phone was understanding and offered to send out a fresh order, other than that this is hands down the worst order I’ve ever received on just eat, I’m actually shocked.

Very great place to visit and good service

This is the first we have ordered from this restaurant, we ordered a vegetarian pizza. When it arrived underneath the vegetarian toppings, we discovered slices of salami and pepperoni. What makes this worse is my wife is a vegetarian and had taken several bites before noticing. Not happy at all and have escalated the issue.

Overall My Experience Was Okay. The Pizza Was Okay. The Only Issue I Had was that the Delivery Time was a Little Slow, Other Than That I'd Say it was Great

Absolutely shocking costumer services! A group of us (from a local business) placed an order for lunchtime meal deals. Over the phone, we were not told that gluten free pizzas do not qualify for a meal deal. When one of us went to collect they were surprised that gluten free weren't included as it does not state this anywhere on the menu or in the terms and conditions. They paid £11.99 for the pizza 'meal deal' because it was a gluten free one (not £3.99). I rang up the manager to speak to him about this and stated that it does not state this clearly on the menu or in the terms and conditions and that we were not told when ordering. He was extremely rude to me. Yes, it is clearly a flaw with the pizza hut menu and it discriminates against anyone with a food allergy as I can go into the co-op and buy a meal deal lunch and pay the same price as anyone else. However, instead of the manager apologising for this on behalf of his establishment he was very rude and tried to argue with me. It was not clearly stated anywhere on the menu or in the terms and conditions. In their case, the costumer isn't always right. I have sent my complaint to pizza hut head office and my concerns over their policy when it comes to gluten free options. I appreciate that it is the fault of the Pizza Hut brand. However, this take away didn't inform us when ordering and then didn't apologise for the confusion... Instead the manager was just rude.

So we ordered our food at 7:30 ish, we asked for delivery to come at 8:30, they came at 9:10 so 40 minutes late when they’ve had an hour before delivery time to prepare their food. Wouldn’t have been too fussed but our food was cold, we ordered a half and half pizza they mixed the toppings up when they were simple, we called asked for another because we just couldn’t eat that cold food. Took them half an hour to make a new delivery which was an improvement for having taken an hour an 40 mins for the first time, they took our old pizza and sides back. It was at least hot this time and the right toppings but they put too many toppings this time the red onions were piled on as thick as the pizza itself and was raw, the garlic bread was barely warm and so dry. My first time with Pizza Hut and definitely my last.

Ordered a make your own Pizza. It took 1hrs 15min to arrive...which wouldn't have been to bad if the pizza arrived hot or warm. It was cold. Which takes the piss since delivery is less than 5 minutes drive to my house.
