Lovely light lunch in Wrangle. Booked late so didn't get best table but still well placed in a safe environment. Enjoyed lovely home made lunches including salad, quiche and sausage pie and smashing cakes. Must have an afternoon tea next time, looked perfect

Had an amazing birthday meal with hubby. We ordered the double cheeseburger and chips. The burgers were proper butchers burgers and were cooked to perfection, not any pink meat but not dry either. They came with plentiful chunky chips also cooked beautifully. We will definitely return for another meal here. The service was friendly and no long waits. The hand pulled beer was tasty. We haven't been out for a long time so the price was a bit of a shock however I believe it's the going rate now and the food was worth the money. All in all a very enjoyable experience for us both.

Lovely place; the food is reasonably priced and tastes great, the staff are lovely, and the design is quirky and fun. The Bowling is a lovely touch, and the family had a great time! Genuinely gutted the place is closing, I hope when the economy is back on its feet the owners can do something just as great again

Nice little restaurant, visited with my Grandaughter before a theatre visit. We’ve had a couple of takeaways in the past but this was my visit to the restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was nice although one dish was a little sparse. Would return as it was a pleasant trip.

We had a fabulous meal here Friday night. All 3 of us wanted something slightly altered on each meal and every request was dealt with perfectly so there was obviously excellent communication between the restaurant and kitchen. Staff were very professional, we never felt rushed, and after a quick check back from Amy where we ordered another round of drinks we were left to finish our meals in peace, however there was always a member of staff around should we have needed anything else. Thank you Thatched Cottage for a very special evening. We can’t wait to visit again.

Went to the Ropers with friends ..our first visit. Situated along the River in Horncastle Road Boston, The Ropers is an old pub now converted into an Italian Bistro. The manager was very friendly, and welcoming., and offered us home made crisps which were so delicous. Sadly my meal didn’t live up to the high expectation l had. My tempura prawns were all batter and hardly any prawn..not very nice at all.My chicken in mushroom main coarse was quite tough as Infact was my wife’s steak. Sadly a rather disappointing visit.

Just had a mixed grill cost £27.50 because had barbecue sauces and extra and honestly the steak was horrible. The pork was horrible. I would not recommend go to Wetherspoons. Table across from me was also complaining about the state of the meals too very expensive would not go again and poor service.
