The best restaurants in England

Unfortunately, our New Year’s Eve experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The food was a complete letdown: poorly cooked, bad-tasting, and served in very small portions for the price we paid. We had high expectations for such a special occasion, but the quality was nowhere near what was promised. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow, and we had to repeatedly remind the staff about things we were missing. We honestly felt a bit scammed, considering the price and the lack of quality in both the food and the service. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve, as one expects much better on such a special night. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Precioso, sabroso, saludable almuerzo vegano. El guiso amarillo era muy cálido y sabroso, solo la tónica para un frío día de invierno crujiente. La coliflor tostada y el apio en camote con trigo sarraceno tostado eran muy nutritivos y sabrosos. El café es genial también. No somos veganos pero disfrutamos de una buena comida sabrosa y este café se entrega en picas.

Nice pub in Ventnor, visited for the first time on this visit, food was very nice, staff very friendly, will definitely return.

Great atmosphere and friendly bar staff. I have now eaten lunch there, which was very tasty and great value. I reccommend the Bell without hesitation.

Delicious food and friendly attentive staff. Despite the fact that we were a substantial 26 person party, the pre ordered food came out fast and hot. Modern ambiance. Highly recommended for dine in and takeaway.

We arranged a large group for a kid's football team Christmas party with little notice & everything was organised really easily. The meals all arrived together & were really tasty & well presented. Lovely evening which everyone enjoyed. Thanks.

Great traditional sunday lunch all homemade and fresh veg. Great sized portion. So accommodating and friendly welcome as we had 2 labradors who were greeted with treats and fuss. Definitely recommend and will revisit . Great prices and good value.

A classic English pub with a great atmosphere. A model for everyone else to follow. Oh, and well-kept beer from Wye Valley Breweries!

Went there with my friend the other day and food is delicious, she yook tje vegan burger which was as she quote "the best vegan burger she's eaten in a while" and I took the snitchel which was bery juicy and properly fried so it didn't give you any oily taste. The staff wss very friendly and efficient. I'll definitely recommend this place
