Excellent service and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our cheese and ham ciabbata and loved sitting in the sunshine in the back room. Well worth a visit to this lovely village watering hole.

Enjoyed a lovely chicken roast , all as it should be with lashings of gravy . For pud , chocolate sponge with chocolate ice cream followed by coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful .

We had a lovely lunchtime meal & a couple of drinks today. Game pie, veg & chips and Homemade Shepherds pie & veg. The lady behind the bar was very welcoming. They had a real open log fire that a gentleman was continually stoking, lovely on what was a cold day, and the people drinking in there were all very friendly. Dog friendly too. Thank you, we really enjoyed it.

Nice old pub built in the 1700s shame we sat in the extension double glazed lol found out pubs built near churches are named after how many bells are in the belfry hence this is called the bell others are called the six bells an so on

Have been to The Bell before and no different this time, great Sunday roast. 5 of us including Lamd, Chicken, Pork and every one happy👍

Great if you are a local. Can't get to the bar and have to wait for a space in discussions to get served. A total lack of atmosphere. Food is pre-cooked and reheated, not value for money at all. Chef tried hard to apologise and was very polite, but then reheated our food for a few seconds before bringing it back just the same. We will not be returning.

Nice ride on motorcycle then stopped for a nice beer nice place nice people.. What more can I say ....

Average at best, I’d say a glorified Wetherspoons. Also prefer pubs without dogs

Without doubt the our best ever Sunday pub lunch….from hubby! It’s very rarely you are served every single item so perfectly cooked on each plate. From absolute quality food to the warm welcome and excellent service. We had no idea that this gem was only 8 minutes from our home in Littlestone - but we’ve only been here a couple of years! We shall be returning - and encouraging our friends and family to do so as well👍👍 Thanks so much and congratulations to the chef!

Stopped for a quick drink here. Nice selection of ales and cider. Cosy beer garden out the back to give a great setting to have a drink or bite to eat.

Friendly staff. Found food overpriced especially the fish platter as just frozen bits from bag amd fozen chips. Burgers went down well with the boys. A bit uncomfortable having people milling around us setting up for a wedding party. I guess we could have moved to another table But weren't offered another either. Saying that hope they had a lovely time. Garden looked lovely outside

What a great country pub this is with easy access. Friendly bar staff and great food. I had one of the best mixed grills of my life. Cooked very well and a plate full to satisfy the largest of appetites. My friend had the pie which he said he really enjoyed. Will definitely go back

Just had a Sunday lunch at the bell. It was first class They were busy yet the service was great and the food came quickly. Everything on the plate was home cooked. Roast potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, and tons of homemade gravey. The meat was juicy and cooked amazing That’s not many places left that do a “ home cooked “ roast. It’s either pounced up with no substance and costs £30 a head or straight freezer to table. Excellent.

I have visited the pub many times and today decided to try there roast. I'm very fussy of my roasts and this one was extremely good. the meat tender, crackling spot on, Yorkshire puddings big and not at all greasy. absolute spot on. I must say this is quite a special little pub, the owner, staff and locals all make you feel very welcome and has a really traditional feel.

Beautiful meal here tonight! I’m really fussy with steak but it was so tender! Would recommend definitely! All three of us enjoyed our meals in lovely surroundings

Stopped en route to the coast and had a very warm welcome. Dogs and baby were no problem and they had bowls of water and high chairs for us to use. Scampi and chips pub grub menu plus daily specials. Home made soup and scone great. Would definitely recommend for casual bite.

Beautiful pub - Excellent atmosphere with open fires and exposed brick. Wonderful service and really reasonably priced! Superb roasts, wouldn't hesitate visiting again! Our dogs also loved it 😁

My daughter and I went to the Bell for dinner having enquired about their menu earlier when we booked, on arrival we were greeted warmly and cheerily by a young lady whom I neglected to get her name. Having checked the 'Spoecials" board we both went for the steak and kidney pudding which I/WE sum up in three letters OMG, it is such a long time since either of us have had such a good meal, the pudding was the best I've had since I dont know when and my daughter agreed totally, the vegetables were cooked perfectly, our only disappointment was the apple crumble had run out so we had to settle for the apple pie which did not disappoint.

Popped into the bell to get my little boy some food, and we ended up having food also, considering it was a kids sausage and chips they were one of the nicest sausages I’ve had, Lincolnshire’s If I’m correct, will be coming next time for sure

Excellent roast beef, lots of delicious veg, Yorkshire pudding and crispy roast potatoes. Homemade sticky toffee pudding. Very reasonably priced. We will be back.

This is the absolutely best pub roast I've ever had. My wife and I have been coming to the Bell for nearly a year. If we are ever out anywhere else to eat we always remark, wonder if it's going to be as good as the Bell's. Amazing atmosphere, superb food, great entertainment and ample parking. Don't leave it too late to book they always fill up on a Sunday and if you don't like a traditional roast, they always have a great selection on the specials board.

We went to the Bell for lunch with a friend who was visiting us & we had lovely meals,Scampi & Chips,Ham,egg & Chips & Beef pie,mash & veg. Would highly recommend the pie of the day & will definitely be going back soon.

Met up with family for lunch. Great food, service and sitting by the fire was very welcoming.

What a lovely roast dinner, can't praise it enough. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Only very slight down was the place was full of smoke from their chimney fire (I think). It wasn't their fault though.

Drove past on Sunday whilst staying away, but didn't visit initially as very busy, which is a good sign. Popped in today (Tuesday) and so glad we did. Rattler on draught, top quality food with one of the best burgers my son has had, friendly service and lovely beer garden. Oh, and an adorable pub pooch ! Definitely one to visit if you're in the area

Popped in on a Sunday lunchtime. Just off the Brenzett to Ashford road. Friendly and value for money pub. Good to see them stocking locally brewed beers. Pleasant garden.

I visited yesterday with my husband, brother & sister in law for lunch. The food was delicious and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future. Top notch at reasonable prices. Many thanks to Dave & Sarah for looking after us all.

Nice pub well worth the a visit

Had a couple of spectacular pints of Abbot Reserve this evening. The best pint on the marsh and as usual, the very best of welcome.

We liked it here it's very warm and staff are friendly the decor is very old fashion but is nice because its in keeping with the age of property behind is a tall church and graveyard with some very old tomb stones that you don't see in more modern graveyards the owners have 3 dogs one is a doberman he's very wary of new people but the owners assure us it's because he doesn't know us we are planning on eating a Sunday roast here.

By a million miles the best Sunday roast lunch we have had. I don’t often have a roast when out for lunch as they don’t come up to my own, however the roast at The Bell was excellent in every respect. All homemade with fab roast potatoes, parsnips and Yorkshire puddings and lovely selection of vegetables, and beautiful beef with plenty of gravy. Truly exceptional value for money and quality. Thank you to all the lovely staff too

Came a couple weeks there was 9 off us chips was hard and almost cold steaks was tasty less

What a brilliant pub a delightful secret tucked away in the marsh, staff are fantastic very friendly, food is delishhh first class service ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆+ We will be paying another visit very soon

5 stars for the Peach Bellinis!!! Yummmm. I had 2 and was SIX sheets in the wind. Heaven. We had a fruits de mer starter for two as a main. Massive so doggy bag necessary. We had a very pleasant time with parasols and cushions freely available.

Had a holiday home at Camber for nearly a decade, normally used pubs and restaurants locally. Thought we would try somewhere different today. We have two severely autistic children so difficult for them to adapt sometimes but the pub were extremely accommodating from start to finish. We booked at 9.30am and arrived at 12.30. Table reserved and shown to table. Ordered food and drink and nothing disappoints about this place. The food was delicious and reasonable on price. The service was amazing and you are made to feel very welcome. The atmosphere is friendly and the locals were extremely friendly also. The pub is well kept and maintained. We were asked on a few occasions if everything was ok and all requests were dealt with immediately with a smile. I really was impressed with the staff, makes a nice change to have enthusiastic staff with brilliant training and attitudes. This pub is a real credit to the village and the area and really sets the standard. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch out and we will be going again for certain. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped here twice as we charged our car nearby, the staff were lovely and friendly. The first time we ate too and the food was freshly prepared and delicious. Great quality.

During a recent visit to the bell inn at first seems very friendly and very welcoming but then you see the owners just sitting around drinking and they are out of most drinks that you may want

Nice atmosphere and friendly bar staff. A good selection of ales and beers. Also had a garden barbeque on thankfully, as we needed to grab some food on a BH Monday after a long walk. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely family meal there tonight. The whole team were friendly and the Landlord when out of his way to make a special burger for my little boy.

Still havent visited the pub but used the chargers again and they are so so convenient as i was really low on charge only 17% and i was able to instantly plug in to free working chargers where nobody was using them.They maintain these chargers very well and they made the right decision to put them in although its in a weird spot.But its discusting that the shell up the road dosent have any chargers.
