The best restaurants in United Kingdom

It's a shame, but our well loved local Chinese Takeaway has closed for business. Johnny and his wife have retired. We now await to see if it will reopen in another guise.

Solíamos vivir a solo un tiro de piedra de la Carpa Dorada, y nos visitaba con frecuencia. Hace tres años nos mudamos y pensamos que era el fin. Luego probamos nuestra nueva tienda local de fish & chip - y nos decepcionaron terriblemente. A partir de entonces, hemos hecho el esfuerzo especial de salir de nuestro camino - de vuelta a la vieja y buena Carpa Dorada. Siempre fresco. Siempre sabroso. Pescado & patatas fritas perfecto. A+

We almost religiously do this weekly and can not fault them. All errors are always rectified and the selection of foods is amazing. Delivery drivers always have a laugh with us, even if we call them out twice in a day. Thanks from the Turnbulls lot

Called in here whilst on a recent visit to family. The young lady serving was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh and tasty and the cafe was lovely and clean. I did notice a review saying that they only take cash, but when we visited on 30/1/23 we paid by card, so maybe there was a day when the card machine was not working ? One of the garden centre staff told us that the cafe was closing soon due to lack of funding by Hillingdon council which would be such a shame as it is a lovely quiet spot in the centre of a busy area. We are going to send an e mail to Hillingdon to object and I hope other people do too.

Exactamente lo que necesitas un sábado por la mañana. Desayunos y cafés baratos y fáciles. Nuestra comida tardó un poco en llegar, pero no importó porque el personal era muy amable. Definitivamente regresaremos.

Very friendly service, reasonable prices and freshly prepared sandwiches, which were yummy. Fab cup of tea. Will be back

El local atendió un velatorio que celebramos durante unos 100 dolientes. Julia y su personal eran brillantes desde cuando preguntamos hasta el día en sí. La difusión de sándwiches, bocadillos y pastel en sí fue soberbia y muy elogiada por los asistentes, incluidos aquellos con necesidades dietéticas especiales. Gracias.

This place has a very lovely lady selling great Ice Cream and the best coffee for miles There are some delicious flavoured ice cream my favourite being Blackberry Crumble also she has a good range of coffees Nearly the end of the Season now and she will be gone for the winter so you’ll need to be quick to enjoy these delights this year Her biscuits are good too

There is coffee everywhere now, but this is excellent and carefully made. The same care goes for their pastries, cakes, sandwiches and ice cream.

What an experience. Food was really good and staff paid attention to detail. They are also so lovely and friendly and will 110% be returning. The brownie was also a lovely treat at the end.

Absolutely amazing establishment, a core player in the Worcester music scene; one I hadn't visited for a while until recently. I was served by an absolutely amazing young woman (I did not get her name, but she had very red hair!), who made sure my friends and I were looked after despite the bar being very busy. I did not order any food on my visit, but the food brought to the tables around me looked and smelled amazing. I will say that my one negative comment is that the facilities are looking slightly worn, the place could definitely do with at least a lick of paint to liven it up a little more - that, and it seemed a tad understaffed for how busy the night was! I will definitely be returning :)

Best pizza in Brighton, quickly made, very friendly staff. A must have if stopping by the station! Would recommend

Just been for coffee with my sister and had the best catch up but relaxing drink in a relaxing atmosphere, lovely place. The staff was lovely and it is full on olden days memorabilia with olden days music playing nicely in background.

This was one of the best Sunday roasts I have ever had The meat and vegables where cooked to perfection

Just had my first gluten free chippy tea in 16 weeks. Best gluten free fish around.Was nervous about going but social distancing is all good and only 2 people allowed in shop Excellent service and friendly staff Thanks Jackie
