The pizza was fresh, authentic and crispy thin just how I like it. The chef was a delight and happy to do us a half & half pizza to suit our tastes. It was ready in 5 and tasted amazing. You can tell he uses good ingredients and it is cooked with love. The best pizza in Brighton for sure! Worth the trip just to have a pizza to take home on the train. Grazie chef!

Una sorpresa inesperada de una unidad móvil: la masa de Pizza fue enrollada y estirada frente a nosotros; rematado generosamente; y cocinado a la perfección en un horno de leña de arcilla. La corteza era delgada y crujiente, mientras que la olla de albahaca fresca de la que podías recoger una hoja para sazonar tu pizza era un buen toque. Excelente valor también.

He estado recibiendo pizza de aquí desde hace algunos años como un regalo semanal. Los muchachos que lo manejan son extremadamente amables y saben cómo hacer una pizza excelente (he comido mucho en todo el mundo), con prisa. No puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente. El vegout (una de varias opciones vegetarianas) es mi favorito, pero todos están bien. Los tiempos de espera son generalmente de 5 a 7 minutos, pero pueden ser más en las horas punta los viernes o sábados por la noche. Sin embargo, no dejes que te desanime, por lo que respecta al dinero (por lo general, menos que comprar una pizza empaquetada en el M&S de enfrente), solo he tenido mejores resultados en Italia.

I get a pizza from here almost every week. They're awesome and I love this place! Victor is a really cool guy from Galicia and a pizza master. The pizzas are thin crust and crispy. Really delicious. Highly recommend this place.

We are regular customers of this little pizza purveyor. Friendly and quick service. Good choice of toppings and lovely thin crust, sourdough base. Great value. If you live near the station and or just want something quick and tasty after getting off a train then look no further!

Had a pizza and tiramisu today waiting the connection between Brighton and Hove.. Friendly staff and one of the best pizza at Brighton...I will come back for sure!!!

I booked the Next Stop Pizza van for my 40th birthday party. Victor well exceeded expectations! Not only are his Pizzas delicious, he went above and beyond to make sure that our party was well catered for. He thought of everything, they even entered into the spirit of the party by also dressing up in fancy dress! I would highly recommend them whether it's for a quick Pizza or a private event.

Always freshly made in a wood fired oven! Very thin base with delicious toppings. Yummy!!! You have to try it when in Brighton, it's just outside Brighton train station.

Freshly made while you wait, and cooked in a wood fired oven. Extra thin base, perfectly balanced sauce/cheese topping, and grated cheese so it spreads evenly. I tend to order Veggie but had many others. Eaten here every week for a year at least. Probably longer. Never disappointed.

Very thin pizza base that makes pizza very very tasty!! 'Cardinale' pizza is my favourite one but they usually do two different specials every week which I usually try. Highly recommended!!!
