The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Other european-cuisines food

Used to love this place as food always good and used to be friendly service but it has changed dramatically and become expensive. Rude service from waiter - literally threw the menus down and very abrupt. It is just not the same anymore - such a shame. Many of my colleagues have had the same experience.

On the way to the Hayling Island beach we stopped for our lunch at the Maypole. We had hand battered fish and chips. Well, we were amazed how good it was, from it's presentation to it's taste, size, home made tartar sauce and salad (excellent). We couldn't finish it all but were very happy.

Our waitress greeted us at the entrance with warm welcome. Food was absolutely delicious . Enjoying sunshine by the water while nibbling the very tasty meal . This restaurant is so nicely located and food is top quality. House specials and baklava as desert are must try. It has been very enjoyable visit . Our thanks to the staff in particular Alara, who has provided great service to us.

We had a fantastic lunchtime visit to Bill’s on a beautifully sunny day. We sat outside and soaked up the lovely weather, such a perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and the food was just what we were hoping for. A special mention has to go to our waiter, Gabriel, who was absolutely lovely! He really added to the experience and made it feel even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a sunny day lunch spot with great service and a relaxed vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Food and atmosphere were spot on, suitable for a range of ages, and less expensive than might have been expected.

Visited Yea Rah Liverpool one on Sunday 1st. Firstly walked in to a not very smiling staff. ordered our food me and my stepson ordered full rack of ribs to which they didn’t have so had to settle in n half a rack each. When it arrived presentation was good but av seen more meat on a butchers pencil I was spitting out bone and fat disgusting. My wife ordered chicken jalfrezi which was very dry and served on a hot plate very unusual. My other stepson ordered chicken melt which was cold and had Edam cheese not even melted and wouldn’t feed a pigeon never mind a growing 6’4 Lad so he wasn’t impressed.. my stepdaughter ordered peri peri chicken and it come as a whole chicken cut in half she wasn’t impressed either. I visited the toilets and looked like it hadn’t been checked for a while maybe 3 hours disgusting 🤮… so over all we will not be visiting this place ever again oh and a price tag of £105

Nice welcome by polite friendly staff. We were seated next to a party of 8 and could not hear ourselves speak. We asked to be moved and this was done efficiently and effectively. We were celebrating a special occasion and felt that our lunch of 3 courses was rushed. You are only allocated 1hr and 45 mins to occupy the table as a couple and we really felt the courses came too quickly and dessert was put on the table before we had even finished our wine even though a short break was requested. My starter of scallops was tasteless. The melon was virtually frozen in my husband's dish and the food could have done with being hot rather than warm. The portion sizes are good and the staff are attentive and helpful, we just felt rushed.

Hoping to get a takeaway for a birthday surprise. Waiting at the door for 10 minutes and apparently they don’t do take away.

Como tengo alergia alimentaria, a menudo tengo que comer pescado con papas fritas cuando estoy fuera. Este fue uno de los mejores platos de pescado que he probado, perfectamente cocinado. Recomendaría

Lovely Sunday lunch, ruined by the fact that they don’t do desserts on Easter Sunday as saving them for Easter Monday ! What pub doesn’t do desserts very disappointing !

Nando’s is very customer unfriendly! Was told we don’t do table service you have to use your phone! Great customer service! Well the 4 of us decided to go to Ask! Spent over £100 with great customer service and gave them a £10 tip for friendly service! Who’s the winner here? Not Nando’s! It was my first visit there and won’t be going back!!

I have visited this venue twice a month or so for about three years. On every occasion the food has been super. However, for the first time ever, today I was let down. Soggy, off-white fish and at least half of the chips were inedible. Very disappointing. Certainly bad value at £40 or so. I'm wondering if there was a new chef working there today.
