Always go to The Pancake Hut on our last morning at Center Parcs. Food is delicious, and the servers are always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Dutch pancake house, a restaurant you will find in all Centerparcs globally.

food was really nice but I ordered the oreo cookie dough pancake and there was no dough the servers were really nice and atmosphere was good

Spare yourself, don’t do it. Food somehow tastes rubber. Service is painfully slow. What else can you expect when you’ve got about 5 staff members looking after 600 guests? What a joke

We love eating at the Pancake House but are not so in love with the decor. It feels a bit like an airport lounge. Would be really nice if it was very themed; a diner or an alpine lodge, something immersive.

We had a really nice lunch at the Pancake House at Center Parcs. A different, maybe unusual concept but it works! Really enjoyed it.

My favourite eatery on site. Been a while since last visiting and disappointed to see a favourite was no longer on the menu but the American was a winner. Pancakes for most, one omelette and no complaints.

Great place to go for lunch, wide variety of pancakes both savory and sweet, servings are generous, and service is almost always prompt even when they are busy. During the summer the tables out on the terrace offer wonderful views down to the lake. As with all the restaurants in the park the prices are a little dear.

We went here twice during a one-week stay at Center Parcs, and were very pleased with the quality of food and service (despite the restaurant being very busy on both occasions). It was particularly good for a family member with multiple serious food allergies (even egg allergy, because they make vegan pancakes, prepared in an entirely different section of the kitchen). The food for the allergic person was brought separately, with a flag showing awareness of the allergies.

Friendly staff, very tasty food, I had the classic Belgium Waffle. The pancakes also looked amazing and tasted so good. Recommend visiting for a naughty treat.

Pancake house was good with allergy information for the common allergens and have a web-page where you can select allergens to exclude. However for uncommon allergies I would not recommend. I asked the waitress which products contained coconut in and after asking the chef she informed me that they are unable to cater for my allergy and wouldn't check the allergen information on ingredients to see what it contained. My choice was therefore to sit and watch the rest of my party eat or to risk an allergic reaction. I made the choice to eat and the pancakes I ate gave me an allergic reaction but I do not know what from specifically. Would not go back again as I don't trust the restaurant.

Wouldn't serve me! Arrived AN HOUR before it closed, was ignored by 5 members of staff doing nothing but chatting at the other side of the restaurant, someone finally came over and asked their manager about seating me bu they were accepting anyone as they were nearly closing (in an hour!!) I was one person by myself with a sleeping baby I'm pretty sure you could have served me as it took 5 mins to cook out pancakes for a table of 4 the previous day. Update your website to make it clear you don't allow people to eat an hour before closing or perhaps you were just being lazy today because you can book tables at 4 on the centre parcs app as I checked after...!

My kids absolutely loved this place. Very friendly staff and cute little binoculars for the kids which kept them occupied. Pancake stacks were delicious and presented beautifully.

Very busy when we arrived but after a short wait we were seated. Menu is varied to match everyone's taste buds. Food arrived a lot quicker than expected and was super yummy. Nothing like a lunchtime sugar hit. Wish it was just a bit cheaper.

Great service but all the food seemed to be huge on sugar content. I guess you expect that in a pancake house but for breakfast it didn't suit us.

Hands down still the best family lunch spot. Food and staff brilliant. Being able to book a table is a fantastic move. Gone are the days of turning up and Q'ing for ages to get a table. Well Done!

We both had the New Yorker which was delicious. Service was good and this particular pancake house was a good size to accommodate more people than others I've been in.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Pancake House during our family's mid-week break at Center Parcs, Longleat, and I must say, the experience of the re-furbished restaurant was as good, if not better than our previous visits. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that lasted throughout our visits for lunch and return on the last day for breakfast. What truly sets The Pancake House apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely passionate about ensuring our dining experience was memorable. The team took the time to accommodate our dietary requirements with ease, and even helped us to secure a booking for another restaurant during our stay - Thank you Lucy and Heather. Overall, The Pancake House at Center Parcs, Longleat, deserves every bit of praise it receives. The combination of good food, good service, and a good ambiance creates a memorable dining experience whatever the weather. I cannot recommend this place enough and know we will be back whenever we visit Center Parcs in the future.

Greeted and seated swiftly. Drinks and food orders taken promptly too. The food was a little disappointing though, soggy and bland (savoury pancake). Geared towards families (obviously) - but just felt like chaos inside. Probably won’t return sadly.

OK, not what I would have chosen for breakfast, but the rest of the family did, and I'm thankful for the experience - it's like being in America but at home. Food was lovely, but as I say, not your "normal" breakfast...

Just like everywhere else in the resort, the staff are super friendly & you’re made to feel very welcome. The menu has something for everyone, including those on a Plant Based diet. We loved it!

Went last year and wrote a review about how bad it was, so glad I tried again as we all absolutely loved the waffles and pancakes this time around, so much so we went 2 days in a row. Great staff out front and a very efficient team in the kitchen, could recommend more. Just avoid the Dutch pancakes because they are strange to us English lot. Thanks guys

Sweet Pancakes are lovely. Everything else is really not good at all

The menu is not great for breakfast with very limited choice. The staff are friendly and helpful which is the only good thing about this place. The coffee is vile and the scum floating on the top just adds to the taste and as for the pancakes well id recommended getting some from the supermarket as they are better. Overpriced waste of time.

Vegan pancakes were delicious! I suffer with a Milk allergy so always look out for Vegan items. The pancake was fluffy and the ice cream some of the best I've had going by Vegan standards.

Very disappointed with this restaurant, particularly in relation to their vegetarian and vegan options which were woefully inadequate. I had the veggie omelette which was very average, unappetising and bland. The floor manager who welcomed us, did quite the opposite! Very officious and clearly not enjoying her job. If you're veggie or vegan don't bother.

Love the pancake house Food was excellent. Watch out though as center parcs always add on 7.5% service charge on the restaurant bills. We asked for it to be removed as we are on a very tight budget and we were not expecting it. This can be embarrassing for people to do and shouldn’t be automatic.

Does what it says on the tin. Great for late breakfast or brunch. A range of savoury and sweet pancake options - savoury pancakes all have an omelette alternative. There's a simple children's menu with a meal deal (main, dessert and drink). Vegan and gluten free options also available.

I am not going to lie, I visit the pancake house every time I visit Centre Parcs. I just love pancakes and before the pancake house it never occurred to me to do a savoury one but now this is what I usually order. The food is always amazing, I can't even think of a time I didn't enjoy the meal. The service is what doesn't quite get them a 5 star, usually we've just walked up from the lake and we're seated - table booked in advance - we're given menus to look at and then there's this long wait for a drinks order to be taken. In fact we can order food and drink together we have had that long to wait. Don't let this put you off though, the food is brilliant, the place has recently been renovated and is clean and fresh and there aren't many places you can get this variety of pancakes on offer.

We came away fed. Food was edible but it wasn’t great. Really expensive. Kids meal was too salty for our toddler. Salad unwashed ( had mud on it ). Pancake was pretty underwhelming. Strawberries underripe and whipped cream watery. Redeeming factor was the staff were lovely. If visiting center parcs I’d probably rather make food at home than eat here again

Great service, very friendly server. Didn’t see a menu on google reviews for gluten free so glad to have photographed one for all the coeliacs like myself. The amount on the gluten free menu was fantastic and made me feel very included, the gluten free came out at the same time as well which normally doesn’t happen! The pancake itself was gluten free and massive! All in all was good for coeliacs. I think to make it 5 stars it would be open later and a little extra ice cream and sauce 👌

Finally got our table, waited 30 mins for service, while others were served around us. Had breakfast pancake, seriously under cooked, egg was almost raw. £75+ for a family of 4!!! Won't be returning

Amazing pancakes, small (3 pancakes) was just enough to fill me up. Super soft and fluffy, all dietary requirements have been met. Amazing staff, gave our son Ella’s kitchen pouch and made sure it didn’t contain any dairy. Best pancakes I’ve had in a long time (Sorry sprinkles, you’ve been beaten 😜)

We ate here during our stay; after all the hype and eating at the other wonderful restaurants on site, we were heavily disappointed. Centreparcs as a whole is aimed at kids. This is acknowledged by the t&cs on booking; allowing 15 minutes. I will start by saying, yes, we were 10 minutes late, however, within the 15 minute allowance. We had already been marked as a "no show" We were greeted by the most unfriendly person we have encountered on site. Grudgingly taken to a table, and ignored by all bar one staff member. The rest of the staff were hurrying other customers around us, and bustling past with bin liners full of rubbish I understand you're due to close at 5. But at 4.30 I don't expect to have dirty bin liners left beside my table, rude staff AND be rushed through food. The other diners didn't appreciate being asked a few mouthfuls into their mains if they want dessert either. The kids meal was below par on comparison to even Table Table and Wetherspoons. Emily-jane was fantastic, kind and helpful. The only reason I gave two stars.

This place is fairly expensive but the portions are so big you could easily share one serving between two people even three if your not big eaters. A nice place and delicious food.

You can't go to centre parcs without a visit to the pancake house it's as simple as that

Off peak. Not overly busy. Gruff reception. 3 year old told not to chalk on chalk board. We didn't see A4 added sign. Worst bit was waiting almost 30 minutes for childrens set meal dessert. Eyes were avoided and when asked, told " Well we are busy". Perhaps understaffed but no excuse.

You cant beat a pancake house, I dont need to say anymore.

Booked breakfast online, were not charged secure deposit like some other places. OMG the Pancakes were absolutely the Best. For younger member was given options of kids menu or an adult, plus crayons and fun sheet, which was fun to play and colour in while waiting for order. Had American style pankaces- Banoffee stack, Desert Pancakes- Ultimate chocolate and Caramel Crunch, Belgium Style waffle- Ultimate Chocolate. I had the Banoffee stack and can honestly say the best 🥞 ever. All customers seemed really happy with their choices. Thank you very much for the tasty breakfast. Most definitely will be back for more next time Forgot to say that you order via barcode, online like most places these days.

No atmosphere just busy but was a Friday, I'm guessing everyone in there was set off to leave that day. Squeezed in without a booking when fully booked, great timing. Good selection of sweet and savoury pancakes (and omelettes!)

Center parks have introduced ar code to order and a automatic tip system. Food great but no interaction with the team

It's very noisy- even half full its so loud my son couldn't cope and had to go outside for a break The food is not good. It used to great but the quality had definitely gone down Finally- there's a mandatory service charge which you can't opt out of on the app- either pay your staff a living wage or increase the cost, don't stealth tax people or force them into paying more, when everything is already overpriced Like all things it seems at center parcs- pay increasing amounts , get less

Good price, but pancakes etc were very dry, no sauces available.

Used to look like old fashioned alpine lodge instead of motorway cafe. Food terrible but hey lots of people seemed to like it?

Very tasty food provided fairly quickly. Make sure you book well in advance. Its very busy and not very large. Recently refreshed with more space.

The “Cookie Monster” pancake had no cookies or cookie dough at all. Still nice though but there are better restaurants at center parcs.
