Firstly we would like to thank you for the amazing and delicious food that you have thoughtfully contributed to the staff here at Hillingdon Hospital throughout this challenging time. Your scrumptious breakfasts and mouth watering lunches have made a huge difference to staff morale and hunger pains. All delivered by you, to our door, with a fabulous smile! Lovely sandwiches with fresh fillings, bread and drinks. Staff friendly Highly recommended for brunch or lunch on the high street at west Drayton. Prices are reasonable too.

I visit often to grab some breakfast or lunch on the go. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The food is fantastic and very homely. The service is even better with a smiling face always greeting you. Highly recommended should you be in the area.

Very good quality of food and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed the homemade coleslaw with the cheddar cheese. Portions are generous.

An absolute welcoming and friendly lady owner. Very hygienic and tidy. Food taste great almost like home food. Soups are just fantastic . Make sure you try it if you visit (different soup everyday). Sandwichs are various and you can ask for anything you and make up you own selection and the lady will work the magical fingers to give you a yummy sandwich. A very cosy place with limited seats but a lot to offer. Prices are very affordable for what you get. Honestly cheap. Takeaway baguette at lunch time. Well presented and delicious. Feel of an up market coffee shop. Planning to go in and take a window seat to enjoy a hot chocolate as soon as the weather gets colder! Also love the external appearance of this shop.

Ambling down the High Rd in West Drayton looking for a decent cup of coffee & stumbled on this little treasure. Great cup of coffee & a sandwich big enough for two at a very reasonable price. These gals & their shop is worth the visit. Will be back. Cheers

These girls are absolutely amazing they prepare the most amazing fresh home cooked food I have ever eaten from any establishment. They are always willing to put together what you personally want with no complaints what so ever. Great girls and great food a must have for anyone looking for a decent breakfast/lunch. All the railway lads!! X

Been going here for 3 years now and this little place makes the best sandwich I have ever tasted. Really. They can't be beaten on quality, choice, taste, value and experience. Added to the great food, there is always a smile from the lovely ladies behind the counter, no matter how busy they get. Best sandwich.....it's hard to think of, but the Sticky Pork Flatbread is a winner. Other winning food - Homemade Soup, Stuffed Peppers, Baked Potatoes, Salads, Polish Sausages, Chilli, Quiche, Pie and Beans, BLT, Chicken and Avocado...the list is endless.

Homemade is always a treat..angie has fresh delicious food and always has something different on the specials every day. The shop is lovely presented ,very well kept and clean. me and my collages are well known in her shop..such a delight, wouldn't go anywhere else great prices great food with generous portion

Home cooked honey roast ham sand which , homemade soup, pasta , great coffee, friendly service , just parked outside this shop to look for somewhere for lunch on our way to heathrow , so glad we did .

No.46 makes delicious home cooked, authentic meals to eat in or on the go. They have a massive range of all home made products including salad boxes, sandwiches, hot meals and drinks. The shop is beautifully presented and service is always top notch. Definitely the best food in the area and better than a lot of chains in London, without the expense!

A lovely well presented shop come cafe / deli. An excellent cup of coffee & my breakfast baguette was bulging with proper sausage & bacon with a runny egg & to my surprise, salt & pepper. The lady owners definitely got class & I didn't break the bank to get class. Would rate above EAT, Pret a mankie ,Starbucks, Costa. . . .& all the other cutouts with no personal or professional touch.Will definitely be back. Great!!!

the lady who owns no 46 is a qualified chef and it really shows, her food is always delicious, whether you like your food plain or with a kick angie always delivers,her sandwhiches cant be beaten and she always has hot food too. mmmmmmm always yummie.

No.46 is a lovely rustic looking takeaway Sandwich shop / Delicatassen. It is on the main road, but 30 mins free parking is available, right outside. You can see that alot of time and effort has been put into the decor... which gives it a lovely, charming feel. The owner is a beautiful and charismatic lady, who always goes to great lengths to ensure great service. I can honestly say this is one of the best establishment of it's kind that I have ever been to - a very inspired and imaginative menu ! The sandwiches are always freshly made to order. I am a real coffee lover, and their stuff is delicious ! The deli counter always looks so appetising, and everything is home-made. I must urge you to try the potato-salad... it is obscenely good ! Hot food: As well as the obligatory sausages (very good quality), bacon, jacket potatoes, chilli, soups etc. there is also the option of having roast pork, crackling and stuffing as sandwich/roll fillling. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them - sometimes if I go in late and they are winding down after a long day day, they still happily make something special, just for me ! Honestly, what more can you ask for ? Try it for yourself... Hands-Down beats any of the competition in the area - including anything in busy Uxbridge !
