The burger and chips was full of flavour and a good size for both but the only negative I have is we found ound the burger a little dry and not juicy enough.

The best burger place in London. The food is unreal, testy and delicious. They prepare and cook with utter care and it is the best burger I have ever had. Both my wife and I work in central and are in our mid 20’s. We know lots of places to eat in central, and nothing compares to burger bey. This is the best burger I have EVER had! You must eat here. Take away is also amazing, they cook in 10minutes, quickest food ever and piping hot. If you don’t try it, you’re missing out.

I'm being ask to review this place as I asked for directions to it! However, I had a burger here once and it was really nice. You could really tailor your burger to your requirements. I'll definitely go again. Inside, it doesn't feel like a fast food place. It would be ideal for a sceptical occasion burger - if there is such a thing!

I was craving a juicy burger and this place did not disappoint. I have to give 5*s for the customer service of all the staff. They were friendly, attentive and professional. Highly recommend this place.

Staff at burgerbey were very friendly and welcoming as we stepped inside for lunch in the afternoon. Food was served up in good time. Nice variety of drinks either bottomless or cans. For my personal preference the fries were okay, to some people they may like it more than me, came with the option of rosemary on top of fries, very crispy. As for the main event burger I chose the spicy burger, it was superb, ate the whole thing without even realising where it went. It was definitely up there in one of my favourite beef burgers ive had, nice balance of juice and flavour, spice wasnt too strong. Definitely recommend.

I treated a friend for lunch at Burgerbey as he had seen it online and had a hankering for a burger. We were welcomed by the friendly proprietor, Nej and ordered our meals. They were freshly cooked and tasted great. The food here is halal and dishes were quite adventurous with sides such as deep fried pickled cucumber and beef bacon. The interior is pleasant and looked very clean. It will be closed during August as the proprietor is taking a break, but will reopen in September. Well worth a visit. My friend and I will certainly return.

Service was great, we called to order in advance as we needed to head to an event afterwards and they were very accommodating to help with this and otherwise were very attentive. The food was excellent, the burgers were perfectly done and although getting full towards the end we couldn't leave any chips as they were great too. Would definitely come back if in the area as the food and service were fantastic and price very reasonable.

The Burgers 🍔 are Amazing. The Rosemary Fries are okay but can taste a little soapy to some. (That's just the herb) The Cornflake Crispy Bird chicken I found the meat a little dry around the edges. Nice atmosphere with unique Decor. Staff are friendly and attentive, and service is swift. Good Independent Shop.

What a great find! Stopped off in Hillingdon for a bit and my son and I fancied a decent burger. BurgeyBey didn't disappoint at all! In fact overachieved! The Ottoman with the garlicy sausage as a beef bacon alternative, juicy and flavoursome patty, soft sweet bun. Just delish!! Crispy and sweet onion rings and lovely hand cut fries. Owner was there and no airs or graces, he was as down to earth as his staff, who were super helpful. Will DEFFO be back!!!

We love this place! It’s our favourite takeaway. The burgers and sides always taste delicious. We have never had an error with a takeaway - it’s always perfect. I like that there’s the option to say no to plastic cutlery and sauce sachets as it’s good to reduce waste like this when we’re eating at home. I’ve eaten in a few times and it’s always great then too. Plus a milkshake at the end of each school term with the kids has become a bit of a tradition too! Our favourites are the pretzel bun! We also love how friendly the staff are and all the customisation options eg the beyond meat patty replacing a beef burger. This is a big strength for our vegetarian friends who always request a Burgerbey when they come and stay!

Drove 1.5hrs to see family and then picked this place by sheer luck but so good we will use it next time we visit them. Forget GBK, these burgers were incredibly tasty and with amazing rustic fries. We had the whole range, ottoman for me with beef patty, Turkish sausage and grilled halloumi, vegan 2 - a wonderful tasty chickpea patty, a chicken burger with lots of sauces and a vegan patty that looks like a meat patty with extra cheese. Crispy onion rings with dip and 4 bottomless soda drinks for less than £55! Great service and spotlessly clean toilets-the real test of a good food venue. Kids birthday party arrived while we were there-noisy as expected until the food came in and everyone was quiet, happily munching away so obviously got the menu right for younger customers too. Wish we had one of these in south London but will have to remain a treat for when visiting family. Cannot recommend enough.

Lovely place, went about 4 weeks ago. No heating very cold. Its a trendy chic sought of place. No comfort with the furniture. Very good food. Nice for youngsters. First time we tried. Age should not matter but it felt like it did. Average price £20 per head. Refill on fizzy pop. The waiter was only talking to our sons, like we didn't exist

I already ordered takeaway twice from Burger Bay. Each time the food was great quality, well spiced and flavoursome. I really like the choice of original burgers they have and really loved the Burger Bay original and the Ottoman- super delish unusual one. Chips are optional wich is great! I really liked the kind and very professional service too. I am definitely returning for more very soon!

This place is a little hidden spot where you can get some crazy burgers and crazy sides. Quality of food is really good and pricing isn’t too bad either. However, I love buffalo wings, and these guys serve them extremely spicy, it kind of tainted my tastebuds for the rest of my food. Also the burger patty was slightly too well done, would of been a lot nicer had it been a bit more moist

I had the Breakfast Bey. I cant remember having a better burger! Also had the dirty fries for the first time...fantastic! My kids love the Crispy Chicken, ans usually very fussy. This is a real gem!

The waitress was nice, food was okay, kind of dry. The “manager” wasn’t really helpful, and seemed more interested in his phone than his customers.

Sorry average. Very expensive. I had blue cheese burger and I couldn't even taste it and its a strong flavour. Not nearly enough. Other burgers had poor amount of sauce too and not rating the quality of beef. Again very average burger truck type.Shakes are overpriced and tasted little of the 3 varieties we bought. Rosemary chips just had a sprinkling of rosemary over the top of normal chips! Really not special aside from the price. Nice vibe inside/decor cool/staff freindly/quick service but sorry I won't go back after the expensive burgers/chips and shakes not being exceptional in terms of costs. Daughter looked at deliveroo before collecting...extortionate. guessing rents expensive here which is why prices are high. Perhaps we were unlucky as others rate it but personal I feel its over rated

Great prices, portion sizes, taste (spices), variety, excellent decor and staff. The fries are very good, not oily, crispy. Two of us ate here for under £20 and enjoyed it more than any Byron or GBK style bar. Would definitely come again.

We visited BurgerBey in July, and chose it specifically based on the great reviews. We could see why! The customer service from owner Enes was excellent, such a genuine and friendly guy, with the right attitude to make our visit worth the trip. The burgers and chips were perfect, both the beef burger and veggie mushroom burger were delicious and 'meaty'. We liked the decor and it was nice with the front doors open in the good weather. Enes was so polite and for that reason alone we will visit again, and look forward to trying the rest of the menu including the milkshakes. Thanks Enes for the coffee on the house and congrats as a newlywed of around 6 weeks when myself and wife met you back in July on our 1st and certainly not last visit!! Worth every penny!!

Excellent service and incredible burgers. I would definitely recommend this place, the meat quality is very good - seems hand pressed. I got the standard burger with grilled Cajun onions - this was an excellent addition to the burger! The fries were awesome too, lots of rosemary on them and they were cut with that ‘wave’ in them. Glad I tried this place instead of the usual town centre burger joint in Uxbridge. Also the drink options surprised me, san pelly cans and cream soda bottles were included in the meal deal. Burger meal with chips and bottled drink - £12. You should definitely try this place!

I have both eaten on numerous occasions at Burgerbay with my family, a few occasions being around 11 of us, and had collection service on numerous occasions too. The service received is always excellent and, the quality of food is out of this world, have never eaten tastier burgers anywhere else. The staff are polite and friendly, nothing is too much for them. Everyone I have spoken to that has eaten there says the same.

The waitress was fantastic, really helpful but seemed to be doing everything whilst a guy sat around doing not very much. Very unprofessional on the part of the guy. Not sure if he's a manager or something but still. Waitress was wonderful though.

Always pop in here when in Ickenham visiting family. The most delicious burgers, great vegan/veggie options, and toppings that are a little different to the usual cheddar and bacon e.g. blue cheese, jalapenos, pineapple. The most friendly staff who always recognise us when we come in (even though we live in Wales so only visit a few times throughout the year when we come to visit family). Highly recommend! Thank you Burger Bey for always looking after us.

I had The President burger with chips and a peanut butter banana shake. Everything was excellent. My wife had a regular burger with loaded fries and a oreo blueberry shake. She really enjoyed hers as well. There was no other customers when we walked in but I don't know why. Definitely recommend! 👌

I've tried many of their burgers (various chicken and beef ones) and have to say that all of them were delicious. You can also choose the bun type (brioche or pretzel) but please get brioche and avoid the pretzel buns since they are really hard. I'm giving this 4 stars since the desserts are shockingly tiny and not worth the asking price. You're better off going somewhere else for desserts. They are very delicious though - especially the blueberry cheesecake.

Went to this place finally last Sunday. I was really pleased as it out did my expectations. Fantastic for veggies and vegans and the nachos were outstanding for the price. 100% going back. Beyond Meat burger was amazing.

What a great place ! Found everything to be clean and well maintained with a good menu that is quite extensive. I went for their standard burger and it was beautiful. Juicy pattie that was cooked to perfection with super fresh salad and a brioche bun. The rosemary chips are a refreshing change being nice and crispy and chunky, and the cheesy bacon chips were amazing. Definitely recommend you swing by and grab a great burger. As Arnie said, I'll be back !

An independent burger bar with a really good menu. The burgers are great, with well balanced ingredients and a good selection of side orders. Not tried the shakes yet, but have heard they are good. Great staff and fast service on takeaways too.

Expensive food but guys come on big bookings being booked and the service from the staff absolutely poor my wife and friends attend and its lame. Esp with asking for pre payments for large bookings. Burgers are good but way over priced for what it is smokey boys West Drayton a better shout for people if you want organic good food and service that goes with it…

Had a burger (The President) from this place for the first time ever. The menu looked good and I was in the area so tried it. The food was amazing, up there with the best burger I’ve had. Great flavours, huge burger and very good chips. Well worth a visit! Was strangely quiet inside but had takeaway so no idea if it got busier. Good value for money too.

First time there (on a Friday night) and impressed. Friendly staff and the food.... well it was damn tasty with good portion sizes on the sides menu. Definitely going to return another time as there's so many items on the menu that I'm like "Gonna try that"

Did not really enjoyed much. Fries felt like cooked 2-3 times over and over, or I was giving a left over fries. Burger was OK, but the considering the price range, I'd definitely expect something better.

Best burgers I've had in a while! Lots of choices for those after beef, chicken, or even veggies. The fries also come in a great selection from cheesy beef fries, to sweet potato, to being filled with chilli con carne! This place also serves great coffee as well as milkshakes (yes i had both on the same day 😆). Atmosphere and staff are top tier, shop floor is always clean too!
