Fabulous pizza in a small friendly restaurant. Highly recommended.

Lovely Italian restaurant with excellent food. Great service and reasonably priced. Vegetarian and vegan options too. I can't eat dairy and felt there were enough choices on the menu. Really like that the kitchen is open as well. I'll definitely be back and recommending to others!

This has been our regular "go to" pizza for the last two years or so and it's always just perfect 👌 The pizza is wonderfully done - puffy, charred, slightly chewy crust but wafer thin in the middle, with fantastic quality toppings. The Italian owners and their staff are always so polite and professional. A proper authentic Napolitana Pizzeria that outclasses many others I've tried in central London. The pasta is also fantastic, but the pizza is so damn good I always choose that. Note: photos are from most recent visit.

Melisi has an authenticate Italian fire pizza oven, combined with the quality ingredients and large selection of pizzas, including 'pizze bianche', white based pizza's, best Italian pizza I have found in London. Staff are very friendly and helpful, my friend is currently in a wheelchair, they always make sure we have an accessible table and look after us so well, highly recommended.

Such a great local Italian. The food and service are fabulous. The pear and rocket salad is so delicious and the pizzas are top class. Make sure you book as tables are limited. This little gem never fails to disappoint.

Very welcoming, comfortable and warm. Staff really efficient and the pizzas were lovely. Only moan, if it needs one is that the bottled wine is very expensive - but I suppose that's everywhere unfortunately! Overall, a really nice evening!

Such a cosy vibe and the MOST delicious food. My husband said one of the best pizzas he has ever had (and that man had eaten a lot of pizza). The brownie was also delicious

A group of 4 ladies- 3 pizzas were ordered and a Pasta Norma. All delicious. Service was superb, food came quite quickly too. Staff were very helpful. Price was very reasonable, as competitive food prices and only 10% service included. Ice cream was superb! So creamy and chocolatey!

I highly recommend Melisi for both service and food quality. There were plenty of vegan options for myself and my son. Both the pizza and pasta were delicious. The service was impeccable, delivered with a friendly smile. The ambience and o real atmosphere was welcoming and we particularly liked the lighting. A wonderful experience overall. We have already discussed bringing the rest of the family for a birthday celebration.

Had a great family meal. Ordered starters and mains, pizza and pasta was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very impressed with this little restaurant. Will return when next visiting.

As an Italian who recently moved to this area, I had no idea I would find authentic Italian food in Ruislip! We ordered cocktails, the fondant truffle mushrooms, homemade focaccia, 2 pastas and a salad - all beautifully done. I would highly recommend. There was only 1 other table of people which is bizarre to me as they deserve to be packed! It’s so worth a try and we paid £35 per head for all that food! dai ragazzi, è da provare!

My new go to restaurant! The Diavola pizza and pasta al ragu’ was perfect. We topped it off with the hazelnut gelato and tiramisu, which went down a treat! We will be back very soon! Squisito!

Fantastic little birthday dinner last night, lovely pizza, nice vibe, a real gem of a relaxed Italian. Very popular with locals. Made my wife’s birthday really special. The ambience is perfect, love the music, feels like being in Italy again. Save an air fare and come here for the same vibe.

We had tagliere for starter, pizza and tagliatelle for main, canola for desert. The food was authentic, service was great! We will go back soon.

Went for a birthday lunch with 8 people. Everyone really enjoyed their pizzas and pastas, and service was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new local Italian restaurant.

Good food and attentive service

Brilliant food, great service, cozy vibes inside and at a reasonable price. Had the mushroom ravioli and tiramisu for dessert both were really good!

The meal was really good, an authentic Napolitan pizza in London. What I was not happy about was the amount of digestive liquor ( Amaro Averna) that I had at the end of my meal. As an Italian I was expecting the same amount I always have served in Italy wherever I go, without the use of measures, so that I can truly appreciate what I am drinking. That is what I would do if I was a restaurant owner, serving an Italian customer.

I had pizza Napoli. Very nice authentic Italian

Went for dinner and ordered L'abuffeta pizza, prosciutto pizza, and the Italian sausage with chilli pasta. Food was all excellent, especially recommend the sausage pasta. Worth it for the price. I'm being fussy here but the server seemed very unenthusiastic and lifeless. Wish they would have closed the door though as the evening was cold. Overall a brilliant visit and I definitely recommend it.

If you are looking for authentic pizza - this is the place. Sure there are other places in Ruislip that serve (what they claim to be) pizza but they don't - trust me. In fact Melisi pizzas are so good, I keep promising myself I'll try some of their pasta dishes but as soon as I walk in and that aroma hits my nostrils, I could be in Naples and I order pizza. Absolutely delicious.

Great authentic Italian pizza, delicious drinks (I recommend the limoncello spritz). Friendly and professional staff made the experience very positive. Plus they play real Italian music!

This was our sixth visit to Melisi and it has never failed to deliver. We have something different from the menu each time we visit and the food is always 10/10. We visited for a birthday in April and they went above and beyond.

This is my 3rd visit to the restaurant and glad to report that the food, as usual, was fresh, tasted delectable and even pleased my 'KFC loving' pre-teen. Service was friendly, ambience could do with an uplift as it's very basic with a lot of room taken by the counter. That said, the food itself is a huge draw and we will be visiting again soon.

Limp slimy rocket underneath garlic bread. Loud, hot, uncomfortable. Immature service with staff who barely knew what was going on. Warm beer and warm white wine. We didn’t finish the food (in fact left 3/4 of both the pasta and pizza) and they didn’t even ask why - just took the plates and brought the bill. My German aunt makes better Italian food than Melisi.

An authentic Italian restaurant on Ruislip high street. This place was cosy and comfortable, serving up great food. We had the tagliere to start, which was a sharing plate of meats (salami, prosciutto crudo, mortadella) and cheeses (mozzarella, grana padano). The mozzarella was very creamy and had a great flavour, which I was not expecting of mozzarella but this one was delicious. For mains we tried two of their new pizzas - Caramellata (ventricina salami, mozzarella, caramelised onions) and Romagna (mozzarella, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and mortadella ham) Both pizzas were delicious, with a Roma-style thin base and slightly charred crusty from their pizza oven. We shared a tiramisu for dessert which was light and creamy with a punchy coffee flavour without being bitter or too strong. Service here was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend Melisi!!

Waited 1hr vs the stated 15mins for my delivery order and the food simply wasn’t worth the wait. The BOGOF garlic bread was also disappointing and was binned.

We visited Melisi for the first time and were very impressed. We had one pizza and a salad to share for two of us but the pizza was so delicious we ordered another one. I would definitely recommend this place and will visit regularly for their delicious food. Their staff were fantastic too. Prices were reasonable too for the quality of their food.

We are Italian and Melisi is the right place to go for feel the Italian tradition, pizza and pasta have the exactly taste that you can find in Italy!

By far the best Pizza in Ruislip. Im a pizza freak and have two ovens myself so was pleased to find actual Real Neopolitan Pizzas, local to me. I usually head to North London but these guys are as authentic as you get. Only ever taken away but they have refurbed to allow more seats which are usually all taken with families and pizza lovers. Friendly people and amazing Pizza, beats any of the other restaurants in the area hands down.

Best italian place in Ruislip and around! All the food is great anything from the menu is good and recepies done classic and properly keep it on! The atmosphere could be better needs some chill/classic music in the background and service could be improved but the quality of the food makes it up

We had a great time here! Went for lunch on a weekday and ordered 3 pizzas and ravioli ( all vegetarian). I absolutely loved the ravioli, it was one of the best I've ever eaten. Kind staff and reasonable prices. The desserts were also wonderful, the Panna Cotta was deliciously smooth and the Tiramisu was delicious ! Would highly recommend this place and definitely come here again! Update : We also had the wonderful white base pizza for takeout, I had never tried anything like it before but I loved it, would definitely recommend again!

This is a great Italian with a stripped down menu that are all cooked fresh and taste delicious. My virgin mojito was superb. My garlic bread starter was good but could have done with more garlic. My margherita pizza was the standout dish. The other ravioli dishes and brushetta starter we ordered were all little gems. Dessert menu was the only let down for us.

It was ok - not a huge choice on menu. They dont alter any of the items to cater to the individual, what you see on the menu is what you get. Food came out very quickly steam hot didmt seem like it was freshly cooked maybe heated up. Dessert was tasty. Overall it was ok - woudlnt go back tbh.

The pizza was really testy. Service was also good . Atmosphere is fine it just restaurant abit small & for some reason the windows were steamed up.

Tried this place for the first time and for an Italian food lover, I really loved their their starters and also their Ricotta Their Pizza although I was hoping a bit more to it though But none the less, please give this place a try as for vegetarians.. there are ample of options and the Staff is lovely

Very nice pizza place on Ruislip. Nice enviroment even if we went there just to grab a take away pizza. Nice choice of pizza, some of them changes seasonally, you can also get some starters and dessert to end your dinner ina sqeet way. Since it is quite busy i highly reccomand to book your table if you want to eat in, there are always a lot of people and they also work with take aways (uber eat, deliveroo ecc..). Open only for dinner during the week, lunch and dinner on weekends

Favourite Italian in Ruislip. The food is amazing! Can’t recommend enough! Family friendly for children too. Look forward to going again soon.

One of the favourites on my list. We Have been there just once, but we will come back with pleasure for sure. The restaurant is beautiful, clean and tidy, the staff friendly and calm, the food excellent, we got two different pizzas and were great, the raspberry sorbet is delicious. I have recommended to some Of my friends. Well done team!

I didn't book but they fitted me in. The Olives were fabulous, the main course was outstanding. Friendly service. A lovely atmosphere. We will eat here the next time we visit Ruislip.

I had a birthday at this location! The pleasant atmosphere, the same service!!! What I didn't like was the slightly peppery price! So it was mandatory for a person to order 3 positions at an indicative price of 30 pounds. So the first course was some appetizers, the 2nd course was pasta, pizza, etc. and the 3rd course was dessert! We asked to combine 2 people for a menu, because it is impossible for one person to eat a pizza plus appetizer and dessert! They didn't allow us!! So most of them ordered a few pizzas, ate a maximum of half of it, and threw the rest away, which I don't think is ok! In the picture there is something with mushrooms from the appetizers, that is, from the first position!!

Lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff but disappointing food on a recent visit. Melisi had been one of my favourite Italian restaurants but on my birthday dinner I was let down by the food quality. I made my usual order - Pasta con salsiccia e tartufo, but this time it was extremely bland and didn't taste like it used to at all. My partner also ordered a pizza for his main dish and sadly this lacked flavour. It's upsetting that the food was such a disappointment because this is a really cute and cosy restaurant with good portions so it makes it worth the price. However after my recent visit I'm not sure I'll visit again.

best pizza in Ruislip and Eastcote. the staff is great too please expand the seating area .... we just need a bit more room between the tables.

Nice decor with an authentic Italian blue patterned tiles and feel inside. Great stone baked pizza. You know the pizza is good when you don't leave the crusts! Nice portion sizes too. My comments would be that the aubergine parmigiana wasn't very hot when it came out and the focaccia isnt focaccia, its more like pizza bread with pesto. Would come back for pizza though👍🏼

Delicious food, wonderful staff and great atmosphere

We were looking for shelter from the rain and for a nice meal in Ruislip on this wintery July day and we luckily passed by this lovely pizzeria napoletana. Staff is nice and professional and the place is small and cozy with a standard modern décor. Very good and definitely not a standard selection of starters, pasta and pizza. We shared 2 different pizzas (succulenta and pizzichino). The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the dough is light, well hydrated and well kneaded. Unfortunately, in my personal opinion, there's a lack of beer choice (only 330ml bottle of moretti and peroni/nastro), pizzas had to stay in the oven maybe a few extra seconds and the whole menu is a bit overpriced. Not big deals tbh since both pizzas were very good and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. A Few details away from perfection 😁 Strongly recommend!

Excellent food but do not order home delivey as uber eat riders will not deliver your order. Furthermore uber eat will not answer your call. Better to get your order in peson if you dont want to loose your money.

The pizza is so fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean. My mum ordered the Ragu pasta which we didn’t realise is made so the pasta is very ‘ al dente’ or harder than what I would consider to be al dente . We politely asked the team if it could be cooked more . After they pointed out that the menu says it is normally cooked this way they happily cooked it more despite it being our error. I would recommend this restaurant.

Good pizza, really close to Napolitan one,the only down thing is that (maybe not always)the tomato sauce was a bit too sour, but overall price/quality really good 👍.

My favourite Pizza restaurant in the area. Being from the Italian border I am used to Italian pizza with nice and traditional ingredients, which is exactly what you will get at Melisi, no pineapple nonsense there.

Delicious authentic Italian food, the pizzas hit the spot and the tiramisu is just perfect. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options too Always great customer service and a lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to the next visit already!

The food was lovely, although not being able to order off the kids menu is absolutely ridiculous. I explained that I have had a gastric sleeve surgery and physically cannot eat a full portion and that it was not about the money, but about a waste of food. Either way, food was good so I would definitely recommend.

The food at Melisi was simply outstanding, I opted for the truffle pasta, which was nothing short of heavenly. The staff were really inflexible, refused to move us away from our assigned table (we were seated right next to the open kitchen) even though there were other tables available - they would've had to reconfigure them a bit but they didn't want to. It was downhill from there - they didn't want to customise the pasta dish (I wanted to add prawns which were in a different dish), they didn't have chilli flakes for the pizza, and the pasta was dry and tasteless. Service was definitely NOT with a smile and overall it was a bad experience. Any of the above issues could've been rectified with a more hospitable and friendly staff but this team was just really unwelcoming and inflexible. They probably need a bit of customer service training. Glad I could give Melisi one star because my friend really enjoyed her pizza.
