Amazing food that taste like hone made. Best tiramisu ever. But the jewel of the place is the waiter, he is absolutely delightful, polite, warm and professiobal. A hidden treasure. Do not miss it!

A really great meal for the whole family. The produce was obviously fresh and well-prepared. Typical Italian fare done well. The large king prawns were delicious, especially the sauce - highly recommend. Very kind and patient service. I would recommend this place for medium-to-large group meals in particular. We were a group of 6 but a table near us was a group of 18 and they seemed to be having a great time.

If you want to eat something you can't find anywhere else ....this is a good choice.!

Great Italian food with a very decently priced three course menu. We had, amongst others, pappardelle ai funghi and bolognese, both cooked very well. The service is wonderful too - the restaurant feels like a family run establishment (if it is). Highly recommended for an Italian dinner in Eastbourne!

Went with a group on a Friday night. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet with less than half the tables sold. The food was very good, there was a variety of dishes eaten, everybody was very complimentary. The staff are very Italian, full of energy and character, which adds to the evening. It's a high-end Italian, 2 table clothes, decent glasses, good lighting etc but the price reflects that, so it cost £70 per head. The wines are expensive, there's a good choice but a very large mark-up. Overall, an enjoyable evening but will leave it a while before going back.

Great time with wonderful food - always!

Everything perfect. Tiramisu was not menu but we asked for it and boy so perfect! Loved the pasta too, cheese, spinach flavour.

Excellent yet unassuming authentic Italian restaurant right on Clapham common. Staff are extremely welcoming and the food is top notch. So good we came back a further 2 times in 8 days! Not sure if it is family run, but it certainly has a family run vibe. Excellent inside and out.

Absolutely dreadful food! Pizza was overloaded thus soggy and dripping fat. Lasagna was simply inedible - so overcooked that the layers of pasta have disintegrated completely - had to be sent back. Despite our hunger and good intentions we left the premises disappointed, angry and still hungry.

Reservamos una mesa para 2 ya que siempre quisimos probar este lugar, así que empezamos con una copa de vino cada uno , gambas al ajo y salmón bruschetta para empezar... las gambas eran agradables pero bruschetta era soso solo un poco de salmón encima de un poco de pan... nada especial. Pedimos pasta de jamón y champiñones que estaba muy seca, casi no había salsa en el tazón. . tal vez así es como lo hacen, pero estaba muy seca, tuve un pollo en una salsa de champiñones y tocino con patata asada que era muy sosa, casi ningún sabor. Me decepcionó mucho. el chef saca la comida a su mesa, que es un buen toque, pero no volvería

Bayswater no es conocido por sus excelentes restaurantes - hasta Verderame. El restaurante italiano familiar es un verdadero hallazgo. Todo está muy bien cocinado y delicioso. El servicio, , por un familiar, es amable y excelente. ¡Un restaurante por el que vale la pena cruzar el Parque!

Booked a table for four people and when we got there it was shut . Couldn’t even be bothered to let us know . Very unprofessional
