Gorgeous food, I love this place. The truffle fries are amazing and the staff are so friendly.

Good lunch out with the family with excellent service. A little too much cheese on the garlic bread. Children’s pizza crust a bit doughy. Otherwise pretty good.

Lovely place, but not without flaws. Ordered with a few other people and the pizzas we had were great. The only issues I've got are the undersides of each one of them. It appears that the pizza oven hasn't been throughly cleaned prior to use and is covered in burnt flour. This is evident by the sheer amount of black powder covering the base. The kid's pizza was so bad that my brother didn't even want to finish it and he can easily devour a medium pizza by himself. This place definitely gives off the vibes of a wannabe rich and fancy pants place. Nothing against it but it's not achieving it well and it's obvious. The staff were great and the server with pruple hair was pretty cute.

A lovely meal out for our wedding anniversary - Lydia and Victoria were lovely, and even organised a surprise brownie to help us celebrate!

Lovely food and the waitresses who served us (Alicia and Ella) were excellent! Couldn’t have wished for a better night so I highly recommend as the food was delicious and the hospitality was equally as great!

The fried calamari gets five stars. Delicious pizza base and taste. Not in balance, lots of capers, making it way too salty. Perhaps a matter of taste. The ambiance is simple yet cozy.

Excellent food. Had Pizza first night, and came back next day for Pasta. Will be back next time we are in Hereford

Service was great and the food was fantastic

I have been here three times and each time have had amazing food. The different types of pizza ideas are great and a good idea for a big group of people. The sides are really nice, but I would definitely share a pizza next time as we love to have a side. Also, the gluten free pizza is just like a normal pizza, it’s really nice. Some air-con or windows needs to be added to the Hereford restaurant as in the heat it is like a sauna inside.

Tuesday, late lunch. Warm welcome and delicious pizza. Garlic bread a little too bready and not enough garlic. Delicious fries and calamari sides. Homemade lemonade was also wonderful. But what made this lunch a truly five star experience was the wonderful, friendly and courteous service provided to us by Lydia. She is a credit to the establishment and made us feel very welcome and well cared for. Thank you.

Lydia was a fab waitress and sorted all our wishes and food allergies. Give her a pay rise NOW!

The most delicious lunch I have had in a very long time, everything was perfect, delicious pizza, roast chicken salad, potatoes with aioli & the burrata was incredible, it was all absolutely delicious, I highly recommend 🙏

Honestly probably the best pizza place I have ever been too. And I've been to a lot of pizza places. Service is perfect. It's so lovely inside and the pizza tastes amazing! We drove from Shrewsbury just to come back here and it was well worth the drive, I'd do it again tomorrow. Thanks guys for a wonderful meal once again!

Tuesday lunchtime, Leaven was quiet but we were treated extremely well. Table by the window, excellent waitress - friendly and helpful. A beer and a Prosecco while the pizzas 🍕 cooked. When they arrived they looked very good and they tasted terrific 💯. Wonderful sourdough base and very tasty topping. These were top notch pizzas. Afogato to finish, smashing coffee served over beautiful gelato. First visit and certainly not our last. Well done Leaven.

The Hot Honey Pizza was very tasty and the first time I've ever had it. Can the Chef please consider cutting into 8 slices, rather than 4 because the cutlery on the tables is blunt, making a mess of the topping when trying to cut. Otherwise 9/10.

Hereford hidden Pizza gem. Now, let me tell you, one of the best pizza’s i have had. I had ordered the Fennel Sausage, but went halves with a workmate who had a Hot Honey. My word were the pizzas delicious, the dough was nice and soft and the toppings was just the right amount of it sprinkled with alot of love. Would visit again. Thanks.

12 of us had a meal with you last night and we can honestly say, it was one of the nicest meals we've had in a long time. Your pizzas were so tasty, the calamari was TO DIE FOR and the service was really quick, considering there was 12 of us, and really friendly. We will certainly be coming back! Lovely pizza restaurant. Service was great. Pizza ready tasty and a bit out of the ordinary. Had a broccoli salad with it and was really nice. Would definitely eat there again.

We had a nice Monday evening out. The food was delicious! The service was excellent. Despite there only being a few occupied tables, some of the other diners were unfortunately very loud, which meant we struggled to hold a conversation at times over the din. However, that won't stop us from visiting again!

Really lovely food and service, our table was near the window which was great for fresh air but as I was with my elderly grandparents, the motorcycle and car noises were a little too loud for them! Other than that it was amazing and I wouldn’t let that stop us coming back again! I think it’ll be a new favourite for us all.

Servers were absolutely lovely, food and drinks were quick out and incredibly tasty. And the interior was clean and such a lovely atmosphere.

Great and friendly staff in a lovely environment. Lovely bread and oils to start and a great pizza for main. Best chocolate sorbet ever tasted like ice cream! Overall a great visit and really well priced coming in under 50 quid for starters, mains, desserts and wine for 2. Will defo be back.

I recently took my mum here for a birthday treat and she hasn't stopped talking about her experience since! We were greeted by Amber who welcomed us with a warm smile and lovely energy. She continued to be at hand throughout the meal ensuring we were well looked after alongside her colleague who also did the same. The service was quick, professional, and unobtrusive which was ideal. Coming from a design background, I thoroughly enjoyed the interior design & art direction; alot of thought, effort and consideration had clearly gone into it and it shows with the calming, yet vibrant atmosphere in there. We enjoyed a delightful pizza each with a couple of sides and homemade drinks, which were incredible by the way! I'm not saying this lightly - we were all in agreement that the pizza was the best we've ever had. We can't wait to go back there again to try out more of the menu but to anyone thinking of booking in for a meal - do it, you'll be happy you did! Beautiful place, food & people, thank you again for having us!

We love Leaven! Wonderful stylish pizzeria with a great atmosphere, kid friendly and delicious sourdough pizzas. V is our favourite waitress - friendly, funny and knowledgable. Favourite dishes are the calamari, spag and meatballs, Venetian pizza and chocolate sorbet. It’s a treat to go to Leaven (or Eleven as our twins call it) and we couldn’t recommend it more. X

This is the best pizza in Hereford, and the staff is lovely! Light and crunchy base, fluffy crust and generous toppings. And the sides are amazing too. Plenty of creative vegan choices and also gluten free base available. 😋 Shout-out to Lar and V, the best x

Decent Pizza, nice char on the crust, sauce could do with a bit more depth but the crust had a really good taste and it held together well. Will definitely be back to try the hot honey pizza.
