Waited 1 and half hours for delivery and nothing turned up, called the restaurant only to be told the driver has already come back and he has delivered it to the wrong address. It's now 21.42 at night and have hungry children here, and told I have to contact just eat fir a refund which will take a few days. Totally incompetent, and thick drivers that can't even read a address and deliver something.

I recently visited Torrington Charcoal Grill and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. We enjoyed a delicious sundae and a tasty fruit scone. The sundae was beautifully presented with great ice-cream and fruit etc

orderd two kebab wraps and a 7 inch pizza kebabs where nice over did it with the onions but where still good, the pizza however tasted and smelled terrible had one bite and put it in the bin. was a chicken Donna and was 90% onion and tasted like it was made 3 days ago. again the wrap was nice though

There's no restaurant here (anymore?), just a food truck next to the tire shop with the same name.

Absolutely terrible experience. First, they forgot my drink. Then, the food was old and clearly not fresh. The mayo tasted like it came straight from a cheap local shop, and everything was just off. I even tried to cancel the takeout order, but they refused, claiming the food had already been made — despite the fact that I had just placed the order. The lack of care and poor quality of both the food and service was incredibly frustrating. I will never be ordering from here again, and I highly recommend others stay away.

Just bought a lamb shish and chicken shish, Loved it! Definitely going to come more often now, great prices for value aswell!!

Food is no doubt very good but service needs to be look into as very slow and unprofessional .
