Eat Kebab in Medway

orderd two kebab wraps and a 7 inch pizza kebabs where nice over did it with the onions but where still good, the pizza however tasted and smelled terrible had one bite and put it in the bin. was a chicken Donna and was 90% onion and tasted like it was made 3 days ago. again the wrap was nice though

Waited over and hour and a half and no food turned up then said food was delivered and nothing was here and then wouldn’t answer theryre phones don’t order from here !

Hello, my food arrived stone cold. Is there any chance of receiving credit?

Ordered food took over an hour and half to arrive after ringing them twice and being told it's on way. Food came stone cold rung back to ask for refund wasn't helpful at all.

I didn't receive my food shamefully that not appropriate

Ordered tonight and had a small error on my order, phoned the store and they confirmed this and said they’d rectify it and send a new item, received within 15 minutes of calling. Great service and tasty food.

Do not order at all cost this place is without a doubt the most disgusting kebab house I have ever had the displeasure of eating from the chips weee cold with a distink taste of chip fat the onion rings weee under cooked to the point of the bread batter still tasting of bread crumbs and the kebab itself was so slimey I tok one bite and spat it out I work up and down the country as a shopefitrer and have eaten in many kebab houses never have I had one I have had to leave a review like this about up your game lads and actually cook your food so it’s atleast edible as I may have took £26 out of my pocket and put it in the bin as that’s exactly what I did with your food

I ordered on Friday evening. I placed the order at 7pm through their website, which stated 40 mins for delivery. An hour later, I called and was told they were busy but that the driver was on his way. I only live 10 mins away and I usually collect but I didn't have my car. At 8:20pm, I called again and again was told that they were busy and it's in it's way. At 8:35pm the food arrived and it was all cold. I tried to call but couldn't get through. Most of the order was thrown in the bin, as I do not like to reheat the meat. It was not a cheap order. We were really disappointed. I left feedback, and no one has contacted me or apologised. They have had time to respond but have not dealt with the issues. So therefore I am now leaving this review. I have used them many times before as I am local and the food has always been great, so it was obviously a busy night for them.

Food never arrived told us to enjoy food that didn’t appear called restaurant couple of times they said on way for over an hour!!

Placed an order through uber eats app, was advised order would be delivered in 25-35 mins. An hour later called them as no tracking information listed on app and was told order left 10 mins prior, 30 mins later it still hadn’t arrived. Called them again and they pretended to speak to their driver and proceeded to tell me it’s nearby and will be 2-3 mins. Another hour past and still nothing. I waited over 2 hours for my delivery and it has never arrived. It’s not exactly a busy night, nor was it a big order and I have now wasted £30! I have no idea what it’s like for collection or the quality of food as we didn’t get it but I wouldn’t waste any time placing a delivery with them. Bad customer service and Just lying to us and fobbing us off. I should have read the other reviews on this place before I ordered and I wish I had as seems to be a common issue with them not fulfilling uber eats orders and then not answering their phone. If they can’t fulfil their customers requests they shouldn’t be allowed to operate on uber!

Terrible, food was put in cardboard boxes that arrived sodden wet & the food burst out of the boxes, spilled out all in the bag it came in. Very poorly packed & arrived inedible & 20 mins late. AVOID!! Won’t be ordering again

Really bad place to order from. I ordered from Higham in strood and every time I tried to call them the line is always busy. I tried calling more than 20 times and the line is always busy. Very very bad customer service. I needed to call them because I wasn't sure if I payed with card or if I needed to pay in cash. Nothing. No way to contact them to make sure of anything.

This is the first time I've sadly given such a poor review... I placed an order via the UberEats app here after a long day around 10.50 at night (the takeaway store is open until 3am) the delivery said 11.35... Sadly this didn't turn up, the money was sadly taken and no answer at the restaurant after I called around 5 times, no answer/declined or put to voicemail As bad service as it gets... Not sure what it's like in store... But I wouldn't waste your time if ordering a delivery

Forget items from the order - large bottle drink and small bottle drink

I have ordered via uber eats app, and the order never arrived. I am so disappointed of this restaurant I have waited 1 and a half to be delivered and they didn’t even pick up the phone. I tried to call them at least 20 times, and they didn’t, then I went to the restaurant and the people there were really rude to me and they were swearing. I can’t believe I was put in this situation especially when the fault is not on me!!!!!!! DO NOR ORDER THERE ITS A SCAM !!!!

1st tine using these last night. Have to say pleasantly surprised. Ordered large Donna and large meat and chips. Had to wait a little whilst the meat was browned off. But this meant it was hot fresh and not swimming in grease. This seem to be done for all customers. Resulting in a very enjoyable meal. 1st kebab in years I've enjoyed and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the gent that served me, it was lovely.

These will take your money and. O Not deliver!! Absolute thieves!!!!!!!!! Order never came!. I contacted them. They lied and told me it was ten minutes away. Ignoring my phone calls for two hours then told me the driver was six minutes away. Then again nothing came!. They are absolute thieves!!

Ordered twice from this place, the first time the guy forgot the chips until we reminded him. Gave him the benefit of the doubt despite us being one of 2 customers in, and tried the place again. He didn't actually read the order, so asked us what we had wanted despite it being on the order, and then tried to give us the wrong things. When he was told that we had ordered something different than what he had made, he tried to get us to just take what he made saying it was the same thing when it wasn't, especially since we had also paid for a more expensive thing than he made. Also forgot the cheese on the chips.

Chips were rock hard and half of the pizza was burnt. The combo kebab was ok.

The sharing platter for two was the best! We are big eaters and this was perfect for us to share and there was some left overs too.

Very good food. Today I had meat and chips from here and I need to say that I'm not disappointed at all, before I eat from others kebab shops from this area but none of them had such a good quality, the meat was properly cooked, warm enough, the salad great, chips good, from now on I know where to place my orders. Thank you, very happy with the food and the service. I had the regular portion but was more than enough, I'm very full now, thank you guys, compliments to the staff 🙏

If I could give no stars I would done a online order for collection on Sunday evening for £44.38 only to get to the shop and find it CLOSED and received email monday morning confirming the order for night before still trying to get my money back

No bread came even though I ordered humus with pitta, food was cold, the Iskender was not cooked right, overload of parsley and no yoghurt.

Incredible taste. My order arrived on time. When I called the restaurant, the chefs were very kind.

Ordered Special grill and chips. No chips arrived and no pitta breads. Called restaurant and was told 45 mins for the missing bits. Kept kebab in oven for apx 35 mins. Dished up waited, 5 mins and started to eat. 1 hour and 5 mins after call to them, no chips or pitta arrived. Won't use again

Worst meal ever had. Turned up all cold, meat was soaked in fat and ordered a jacket potato with cheese and all I got was a tub of cheese. Tried to call the shop and they just hung up. Would not recommend at anyone that has taste buds.
