Eat Kebab in Medway

Really bad place to order from. I ordered from Higham in strood and every time I tried to call them the line is always busy. I tried calling more than 20 times and the line is always busy. Very very bad customer service. I needed to call them because I wasn't sure if I payed with card or if I needed to pay in cash. Nothing. No way to contact them to make sure of anything.

Absolutely atrocious - don’t answer the phone and took over 3 hours to deliver and half the food missing. Would not recommend.

Ordered a delivery was told my food was delivered at 10.45 but it was never delivered. I tried contacting them 6 times but no answer

This is the first time I've sadly given such a poor review... I placed an order via the UberEats app here after a long day around 10.50 at night (the takeaway store is open until 3am) the delivery said 11.35... Sadly this didn't turn up, the money was sadly taken and no answer at the restaurant after I called around 5 times, no answer/declined or put to voicemail As bad service as it gets... Not sure what it's like in store... But I wouldn't waste your time if ordering a delivery

The lamb doner was oily and the baklava had peas not pistachios the only good thing was the pepperoni pizza

I want my money back. food was tampered with. couldn't find my address and was constantly calling to locate me my details are all on the app. Appalling. I have put it in the bin. diabetic need to eat. tried to call the restaurant but constantly engaged. let me know ASAP!!!!

Forget items from the order - large bottle drink and small bottle drink

I have ordered via uber eats app, and the order never arrived. I am so disappointed of this restaurant I have waited 1 and a half to be delivered and they didn’t even pick up the phone. I tried to call them at least 20 times, and they didn’t, then I went to the restaurant and the people there were really rude to me and they were swearing. I can’t believe I was put in this situation especially when the fault is not on me!!!!!!! DO NOR ORDER THERE ITS A SCAM !!!!

Had to get barclaycard involved. No show, no answer. Got my money back. Always use a cc with any online purchases ;-)

Never order again I order my food and it’s not delivered

1st tine using these last night. Have to say pleasantly surprised. Ordered large Donna and large meat and chips. Had to wait a little whilst the meat was browned off. But this meant it was hot fresh and not swimming in grease. This seem to be done for all customers. Resulting in a very enjoyable meal. 1st kebab in years I've enjoyed and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the gent that served me, it was lovely.

Pizza , 10” for 4.50 is dead . I don’t recommend pizza from them

These will take your money and. O Not deliver!! Absolute thieves!!!!!!!!! Order never came!. I contacted them. They lied and told me it was ten minutes away. Ignoring my phone calls for two hours then told me the driver was six minutes away. Then again nothing came!. They are absolute thieves!!

there was no salad delivered with my food i phoned them and it they said its a just eat drivers fault when we paid in cash. work that one out.

Ordered twice from this place, the first time the guy forgot the chips until we reminded him. Gave him the benefit of the doubt despite us being one of 2 customers in, and tried the place again. He didn't actually read the order, so asked us what we had wanted despite it being on the order, and then tried to give us the wrong things. When he was told that we had ordered something different than what he had made, he tried to get us to just take what he made saying it was the same thing when it wasn't, especially since we had also paid for a more expensive thing than he made. Also forgot the cheese on the chips.

Chips were rock hard and half of the pizza was burnt. The combo kebab was ok.

The sharing platter for two was the best! We are big eaters and this was perfect for us to share and there was some left overs too.

Very good food. Today I had meat and chips from here and I need to say that I'm not disappointed at all, before I eat from others kebab shops from this area but none of them had such a good quality, the meat was properly cooked, warm enough, the salad great, chips good, from now on I know where to place my orders. Thank you, very happy with the food and the service. I had the regular portion but was more than enough, I'm very full now, thank you guys, compliments to the staff 🙏

Had a mistake with our order was fixed in no time as always perfect service and great food

If I could give no stars I would done a online order for collection on Sunday evening for £44.38 only to get to the shop and find it CLOSED and received email monday morning confirming the order for night before still trying to get my money back

Spent over £30 and didn’t receive 20% discount

No bread came even though I ordered humus with pitta, food was cold, the Iskender was not cooked right, overload of parsley and no yoghurt.

Incredible taste. My order arrived on time. When I called the restaurant, the chefs were very kind.

Ordered Special grill and chips. No chips arrived and no pitta breads. Called restaurant and was told 45 mins for the missing bits. Kept kebab in oven for apx 35 mins. Dished up waited, 5 mins and started to eat. 1 hour and 5 mins after call to them, no chips or pitta arrived. Won't use again

Worst meal ever had. Turned up all cold, meat was soaked in fat and ordered a jacket potato with cheese and all I got was a tub of cheese. Tried to call the shop and they just hung up. Would not recommend at anyone that has taste buds.

Kebab was cold, chicken was tough and pita was stale chips were good though and also chilli cheese was good!

Not impressed with my first order from them. I ordered a Mexican burger which should have had lettuce and chilli con carne in it. But I received a burger full of jalapeños. Probably won't oder again.

I could only rate the food 2 stars. food was ok but as Food was 30 minutes later than latest estimates when food arrived it was only luke warm so had to be reheat the meat and throw away the chips, also couldn’t eat salad that was ordered as asked for no tomato’s and these were put on it so juice was everywhere not a great experience but not sure if this was more down to the delivery than the actual food itself
