Ordered via Uber Eats, no option to make notes so placed order & thought we would ring the shop to speak to someone about the order… don’t bother because the phone is off & you can’t speak to anyone! Estimated delivery time of 8pm, at 7:59 Uber app states our delivery is on the way, all the time trying to call the shop but no response as phone is off, 8:40 food turns up& when asked the driver where he’s been, as Uber states he’s been on the rd for 40mins he admits they say it’s on rd when it not to keep Uber happy 😂 Hour & 40mins later foods here, I do not mind waiting if the food is good, paid £11 for meat & chips slapped in a broken box, with chips swimming in kebab meat grease&barely warm. Only positive was my coke was nice & cold 🤷🏻‍♀️ Honestly don’t bother ordering…. Try Brompton Fish Bar instead

Due to busy night I guess took a while but food was still hot and very tasty. Portion for the kebab seemed on the small size for £17, but good quality. Had chilly cheese bits which were very good and cheesy pepperoni garlic bread which was also very good. Would use again.

Used to order from here quite a few times hadn’t had a takeaway for sometime when receiving the food we ordered the kebab was fine. The burger was burnt and so was the mixed Donna mate . I did phone them and asked for a refund their response was they send me another burger won’t be ordering from there again wasn’t cheap neither spent over £39 ended up in the bin

Do not order from this company, biggest scam ever, stole £50 of my money, just eat refused to refund as they marked as delivered and order didn’t even arrive. As soon as I called they blocked my number and same happened with family and friends. Then told one of us that they had no drivers. Disgrace of a company, don’t order unless you want to be hungry and scammed

Disgusting excuse of a food restaurant, spent £50 on food, waited 2 hours to be told no drivers avaliable, even though the put out for delievery on just eat after 30 minutes of placing the order. Both the restaurant and just eat refusing to refund and have blocked calls as soon as we rang to ask where the order was.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!! Restaurant blocked me and 3 of my friends when we called as good was out for deliver for 45 mins when I live 5 mins from shop! Just eat refusing to refund and cannot contact the shop!

Our delivery driver (which was someone from the shop’s staff) was so incredibly rude- I’ve never had anything like it! He was actually annoyed that we had ordered food later in the evening, despite the shop still being open and taking orders! His attitude was awful and put us off our dinner. If you clearly don’t have the decency to be polite to the customers that are funding your business, don’t bother staying open to serve people. Will never be ordering from here again!

VERY RUDE STAFF! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! 0/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE! A man from the shop’s staff delivered my food yesterday and was incredibly rude! He was actually ANNOYED that I had ordered later in the evening (despite the shop still being open and accepting orders)! His attitude was awful, and he made such unnecessary, rude comments as I collected my order from him. It literally ruined my mood and the rest of my evening. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want a similar horrible experience with staff.

Don’t really leave reviews but food was so bad. Garlic bread was stale with burnt cheese on it and chicken doner wrap was drenched in oil which made the wrap soggy.

I have ordered from this place many times and the food always turns up hot, I have never had a problem with Ramseys. They always arrive either on time or early and the food is so tasty. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It is worth the money and they have big portion sizes, they also comply with what has been written on the notes. I don’t know anyone who has had a bad word to say about this place but if anyone sees this review. 100% order from this place and they will not let you down.

The food was lovely and tasty. The delivery came super fast. It has got to be one of the best kebabs I have had in years. I highly recommend this place.

The “Greek salad” was literally just kebab salad with some feta and olives. The chips were dry. The food needed to be reheated and the delivery driver was rude. All in all could not recommend and will never order from here again.

Awful food maybe I would have been happy with it after 20 pints in the pub but 5 pm on Sunday sober it was disgusting…. Called them asked for replacement of untouched food n was told no n man just shouted at me I will never use them again

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered food waited over an hour then called to ask where it was as their app still said they were preparing. He said he would contact his driver. Half an hour went by, nothing. Called them back, the delivery driver is ASLEEP and he comes on the phone claiming to have dropped it off and tried to call me a liar. No one knocked here mate. Waste of time and money.

I love lamb shish kebab instantly but portion is so small now that should be called kids meal, only onion and lettuce with small piece of tomato. And yes I took small portion but never been so small. That’s the only one issue here

Unfortunately again they seem to have Mixed up the Special Grill and the Full House Special. We ordered the Full House and it was lovely but this is the second time they sent the special instead of the full house so unfortunately we won’t be ordering again as we are missing items.

Apart from it being early that’s about all I can say was good. Don’t believe the reviews you see this place is knocking out donner meat that I wouldn’t even give a homeless person. When you have a salad and even that tastes funny you know that you won’t be going back again. Put a note on the order for them to follow which they did not. Awfull service and awfull food stay away!

The delivery driver wanted us to come out of our address over to the opposite side where we live. Delivery service means deliver to the door, please!

Ramzey's Grill is hands down the best kebab shop I've ever ordered from! Food is always delicious and hot upon delivery. Portion sizes are well worth the price and the prices overall are very reasonable. Restaurant staff and delivery drivers are very polite.

Foods got eat here at least once a week chicken doner is one of best in medway that's just my opinion the lads there are all sound people always busy and delivery is fast foods always hot and portions are good size it's my go to place for local food and best thing food till 3am but delivery stops a bit earlier just dew to orders and the time I walk in myself always greet with respect try it for urselfs

Only bad thing is that i wrote a note and it wasn't read properly. Also i asked for a mixed Donner wrap and chose with no salad but they still put the salad in. The quality of the food is very good though.

Delivered the WRONG order. Called to request the correct order and was told ‘the manager isnt here, call back in an hour’. No correct order delivered and two very unhappy customers. Wont be eating here again!! Waiting for a refund now!!

This was the first time I ordered from this restaurant and it won't be a next. The delivery came 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. I scheduled my delivery as I work from home and I wanted to make sure that I had finished before the delivery arrived. Not only the delivery man came earlier (and I had to interrupt my lesson as I am a tutor), not only he went to the wrong place but he was also very rude and impatient. I tried to explain to him on the phone that he went to the wrong address but he wouldn't let me speak; instead he accused me that I should have given better instructions and he couldn't wait for 20 minutes, accusing me that it was my fault that he arrived earlier. Well, every other delivery person has never had a single problem with my instructions. I declined the delivery as I had already a student waiting and when I finished I called the restaurant. I have to say that although the man who answered the phone was polite, he wasn't much of a help. Just for the rudeness and the early arrival time I gave them one star. I never had the opportunity to taste their food but I ordered from another place. And guess what? No problem whatsoever with my instructions. There is always a reason when a customer requires a specific delivery time; not 20 minutes earlier and surely not 30 minutes later. Thank you!

Ordered mixed meat and chips got barely any chicken at all, was dripping with grease so much I was left with a puddle in my pot not a small amount as you would expect. Also ordered a naan bread but was sent 2 pita instead without explanation or a call first. Won't be rushing to order from here again.
