Ordered a takeaway and asked for the chicken wings to be extremely well done, Which the restaurant did for me And they were very tasty. The Islanders Kebab Was nice, although the special sauce was a little spicy for me, but I’m not great with heat!

The staff on here is very rude. The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. He keept blaming his staff for his own mistakes. The food is not that good and over priced and they dont admit their mistakes and just wanted the money. If you dont want to loose your appetite, dont order on this place!

Awful !!!! Shame as Ramsy is usually really good back in the day. Meat was cold was just over powered with salad and no not good won’t be ordering again what a shame. £26 for two kebabs rip off the old Ramsy would have never charged that much for that

I ordered a lamb lofts wrap and cheesy chips my lamb was almost burnt and my chips were one not cheesy and two cold I’ve ordered from ramzeys a few times and won’t be ordering again and the man that delivered my food wasn’t very professional at all

Doner meat was hard , had a strange Taste an the chips tasted awful . Used to be nice from this place but not any more . Ordered XL kebab, only looked like a large . Disappointed

Half the order was missing , we waited an hour and half for delivery , when I called to tell them stuff was missing, the missing half was delivered within 30mins. The food was amazing ! Great taste and quality , just a shame about the missing items and long delivery time.

I ordered from the Uber eats app they gave me a estimate arrival time of latest 2:55am however over an hour later the restaurant has closed and I have not received my order nor a refund

Ordered on Uber. The food wasn't delivered and when asked we were told the food hadn't been made. At first due to a lack of drivers, then because they were busy and then because a driver had an accident. We called up twice only to be told to go away and then they refused to refund having apparently started the food. At a 3rd attempt to contact again I found my number had been blocked. Ridiculous service. Rude and thieving people

I didn’t get the food like I ordered. And When I contacted with the shop, it was so bad behaviour from them. I don’t refer them to my friends. Lost my money

Really disappointed with their service. The delivery took almost two hours and we were straving. We ordered earlier than our time to eat as well (just in case). We made multiple calls, only to be passed around to their other staff and made to go over our order again and again (with address details). I could tell they were panicking and didnt know what to say or do. This is very poor service.

Ordered the special grill twice this month, Alhamdulillah my experience is good enough till now 😁. I hope the shop will deliver good food to all customers 🙂. Good food brings happiness and customer satisfaction. That helps any business to grow.

Normally like it here but didn't read order notes and sent me a meal so plain, was not nice to eat grilled wings and chips with no salad or sauce.

The delivery driver was polite. The Food was delivered hot. It was tasty and not oily like other kebab shops in the area. I will order again.

If you want your order to be correct don't order here. I ordered meat and chips last night with specific instructions for lots of burger sauce... it arrived dry with no sauce at all, asked them to call when outside and not ring door bell as was 2am, they again ignored this rang the doorbell and woke the whole house up and then dumped my food on the wet path outside and left before I could get to the door. tried to contact the restaurant about it but unsurprisingly they don't answer the phone.

Very rude workers on the phone when we tried to get help, took too long and the food was cold.

Ordered via Uber Eats, no option to make notes so placed order & thought we would ring the shop to speak to someone about the order… don’t bother because the phone is off & you can’t speak to anyone! Estimated delivery time of 8pm, at 7:59 Uber app states our delivery is on the way, all the time trying to call the shop but no response as phone is off, 8:40 food turns up& when asked the driver where he’s been, as Uber states he’s been on the rd for 40mins he admits they say it’s on rd when it not to keep Uber happy 😂 Hour & 40mins later foods here, I do not mind waiting if the food is good, paid £11 for meat & chips slapped in a broken box, with chips swimming in kebab meat grease&barely warm. Only positive was my coke was nice & cold 🤷🏻‍♀️ Honestly don’t bother ordering…. Try Brompton Fish Bar instead

Due to busy night I guess took a while but food was still hot and very tasty. Portion for the kebab seemed on the small size for £17, but good quality. Had chilly cheese bits which were very good and cheesy pepperoni garlic bread which was also very good. Would use again.

Used to order from here quite a few times hadn’t had a takeaway for sometime when receiving the food we ordered the kebab was fine. The burger was burnt and so was the mixed Donna mate . I did phone them and asked for a refund their response was they send me another burger won’t be ordering from there again wasn’t cheap neither spent over £39 ended up in the bin

Disgusting excuse of a food restaurant, spent £50 on food, waited 2 hours to be told no drivers avaliable, even though the put out for delievery on just eat after 30 minutes of placing the order. Both the restaurant and just eat refusing to refund and have blocked calls as soon as we rang to ask where the order was.

Do not order from this company, biggest scam ever, stole £50 of my money, just eat refused to refund as they marked as delivered and order didn’t even arrive. As soon as I called they blocked my number and same happened with family and friends. Then told one of us that they had no drivers. Disgrace of a company, don’t order unless you want to be hungry and scammed

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!! Restaurant blocked me and 3 of my friends when we called as good was out for deliver for 45 mins when I live 5 mins from shop! Just eat refusing to refund and cannot contact the shop!

Don’t really leave reviews but food was so bad. Garlic bread was stale with burnt cheese on it and chicken doner wrap was drenched in oil which made the wrap soggy.

VERY RUDE STAFF! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! 0/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE! A man from the shop’s staff delivered my food yesterday and was incredibly rude! He was actually ANNOYED that I had ordered later in the evening (despite the shop still being open and accepting orders)! His attitude was awful, and he made such unnecessary, rude comments as I collected my order from him. It literally ruined my mood and the rest of my evening. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want a similar horrible experience with staff.

Our delivery driver (which was someone from the shop’s staff) was so incredibly rude- I’ve never had anything like it! He was actually annoyed that we had ordered food later in the evening, despite the shop still being open and taking orders! His attitude was awful and put us off our dinner. If you clearly don’t have the decency to be polite to the customers that are funding your business, don’t bother staying open to serve people. Will never be ordering from here again!

Wrap was soggy and garlic bread was stale

I have ordered from this place many times and the food always turns up hot, I have never had a problem with Ramseys. They always arrive either on time or early and the food is so tasty. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It is worth the money and they have big portion sizes, they also comply with what has been written on the notes. I don’t know anyone who has had a bad word to say about this place but if anyone sees this review. 100% order from this place and they will not let you down.

food was lovely, portion sizes are undersized. XL kebab looked more like a standard size soo pricey for what was received same as the chips. food arrived hot as well.

The “Greek salad” was literally just kebab salad with some feta and olives. The chips were dry. The food needed to be reheated and the delivery driver was rude. All in all could not recommend and will never order from here again.

Awful food maybe I would have been happy with it after 20 pints in the pub but 5 pm on Sunday sober it was disgusting…. Called them asked for replacement of untouched food n was told no n man just shouted at me I will never use them again

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered food waited over an hour then called to ask where it was as their app still said they were preparing. He said he would contact his driver. Half an hour went by, nothing. Called them back, the delivery driver is ASLEEP and he comes on the phone claiming to have dropped it off and tried to call me a liar. No one knocked here mate. Waste of time and money.

I love lamb shish kebab instantly but portion is so small now that should be called kids meal, only onion and lettuce with small piece of tomato. And yes I took small portion but never been so small. That’s the only one issue here

Unfortunately again they seem to have Mixed up the Special Grill and the Full House Special. We ordered the Full House and it was lovely but this is the second time they sent the special instead of the full house so unfortunately we won’t be ordering again as we are missing items.
