Large portion, decent salad, but that's about everything good there is to say about the food. The meat is dry and lacks any flavour, weird packaging with 4(?) layers of paper and no foil, inconvenient to eat. There are better options around

few times I have an not received what I ordered n when I try to call the takeaway they don't answer so very unimpressed really .. do not recommend

I was sent something I didn't order and am unable to eat. The restaurant's number has been "busy" for over 2 hours.

food was 30 minutes late and when it arrived some of the food was cold. chios were barely warm and shish meat was over cooked and warm at best. chicken strips were nice but as for the rest it was not good at all

Don’t bother ordering from here!!! They never ordered my food…. The delivery driver blocked my number so I could get in touch with them, the store number was also off so you couldn’t contact them! Complained to just eat but awaiting on response. Absolutely dreadful… save your money and go else where

They put my order down as delivered and never delivered my food, the delivery driver also blocked my number so I couldn’t contact him!!

The chips are a hit and miss when we order but I Love their burgers they have an amazing grilled taste but are juicy. The best I’ve had so far & is now our go to. Thank you

Don’t bother, delivery time given as 6:40pm, called them at 7.15pm to find out where my food was, told it would be leaving in another 10 minutes. Food finally arrived at 7.40pm, not even an apology from driver. The food had clearly been made a lot earlier and then left sitting around. Meat was lukewarm, chips which had been under meat were cold & soggy, pitta bread was cold & hard. Total waste of money

Under new management the start was a little rocky, but I'm back to coming here regularly. Great portions, no 90% chips and a thin layer of meat, you get when you pay for here. Prices are up a bit but they are everywhere and like I said, you'll get your money's worth.

I ordered lamb doner meat and chips this evening and kindly requested that the meat be well done. As I watched the staff member cutting the lamb doner, I noticed that he wasn’t cooking the meat any further – just slicing it as usual. I saw he had a grill pad available where he could have grilled the meat to make it more well done, but he didn’t use it. He simply continued as if nothing was wrong. I reminded him that I specifically asked for the meat to be well done. He replied that it was already well done and, in his opinion, if he cooked it more, it would burn. But why should he care if I preferred it even more cooked, or even burned? When I pointed out the grill, he responded that he couldn’t put the meat on it. THESE GUYS ARE MISLEADING THEIR CUSTOMERS! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE!

Most awful experience i had with this place. Food was so late, took over an hour and a half since i ordered it. Man who delivered it was odd. he was running up my road slowly and not straight running he was all over the place, ran away after dropping my food here. Seems like he ran down probably why it took so long. Not ordering from here again, absolutely awful. Food was cold, packaging was wet.

We really enjoyed eating here, going straight for the steak sharing board. The food was great, with the right level of rendering on the grill and the wine pairing was superb - thanks to the sommelier who helped us select the Alpasion malbec. There were a few things off the menu which was a shame, but overall would go back and recommend.

Overcharged at the counter, had to argue with the cashier to receive a refund for overcharging. Good enough food but disappointed with point of sale.

I surprised my wife for her birthday by taking her to M Threadneedle Street. I had the most amazing time, and more importantly, so did she. From being greeted by the most welcoming manager, to being treated like VIP's by our server Thomas, everything was on point. Definitely going back.

Steven took really good care of us and so did the rest of the staff — brilliant as always. However, the food was a bit of a disappointment this time around as the Beef Wellington was well done on one side and medium rare on the other. It’s a one-off given the number of times we’ve visited M, but certainly something to note.

I've given a 5* rating because, not only was the delivery earlier than expected, but, when we had an issue with one of the items ordered, the fella I spoke to on the phone was incredibly polite, helpful and apologetic and offered to send another or something else, We requested a replacement and we were told it'd be here with in 20mins. It was and it was perfect. Thank you to the man who helped us. The food was lovely, fresh and hot. Give them a go. we'll be back for sure.

Walked in to order a pizza with a friend! Worked out better to order online through just eat but it was unavailable online and the owner would not validate the offer! So we just left!

Ordered on behalf for my stepdad and mum to try. As I always say it is the best kebab house to ever open, they couldn’t agree more. Absolutely amazing food always perfect spiced and cooked. Love this kebab house will never ever change it for anything👌🏼

Nice venue and great menu, however we waited circa. 30 minutes for our first drinks to arrive, and our orders weren’t taken for at least 15 minutes after arrival. The food was ok but probably not value for money. Two people had to send their steaks back because they asked for medium rare and got very well done. Then the new steaks took longer than expected to arrive. Nothing terrible about the place or the experience, however for a £1,400 bill for 6 people, it wasn’t worth the money.

i call them to ask for deliver as it came through collection they told me could not do it as it was ready could not have been as i just did it and it was a chicken shish kabab and i no they have to cook the chicken then said they would want 5 pound to deliver i said ok. then told it would be 15/20 minutes if its ready why the long wait when i got it it was cold so not happy will not be buying from them again
