The food was terrible I think tbis shop should be shut down the place was unhygienic and poorly managed the chicken was refried everything about this is bad

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE MY FOOD NEVER ARRIVED !!!! They turned off there phone so me and my partner couldn’t contact them and we sat up till 3am waiting for our food and nothing. £30 worth of food my money gone down the drain. Absolutely disgusting service

Don’t bother, delivery time given as 6:40pm, called them at 7.15pm to find out where my food was, told it would be leaving in another 10 minutes. Food finally arrived at 7.40pm, not even an apology from driver. The food had clearly been made a lot earlier and then left sitting around. Meat was lukewarm, chips which had been under meat were cold & soggy, pitta bread was cold & hard. Total waste of money

Under new management the start was a little rocky, but I'm back to coming here regularly. Great portions, no 90% chips and a thin layer of meat, you get when you pay for here. Prices are up a bit but they are everywhere and like I said, you'll get your money's worth.

I ordered lamb doner meat and chips this evening and kindly requested that the meat be well done. As I watched the staff member cutting the lamb doner, I noticed that he wasn’t cooking the meat any further – just slicing it as usual. I saw he had a grill pad available where he could have grilled the meat to make it more well done, but he didn’t use it. He simply continued as if nothing was wrong. I reminded him that I specifically asked for the meat to be well done. He replied that it was already well done and, in his opinion, if he cooked it more, it would burn. But why should he care if I preferred it even more cooked, or even burned? When I pointed out the grill, he responded that he couldn’t put the meat on it. THESE GUYS ARE MISLEADING THEIR CUSTOMERS! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE!

Nothing, turn up And I’m really hungry and there’s no updates about what’s going so I want full refund or my food to be sent out

Most awful experience i had with this place. Food was so late, took over an hour and a half since i ordered it. Man who delivered it was odd. he was running up my road slowly and not straight running he was all over the place, ran away after dropping my food here. Seems like he ran down probably why it took so long. Not ordering from here again, absolutely awful. Food was cold, packaging was wet.

Chips were chewy and borderline cold when you have such a long wait time you could make sure your quality is at least up to par. Was really disappointed this time

We really enjoyed eating here, going straight for the steak sharing board. The food was great, with the right level of rendering on the grill and the wine pairing was superb - thanks to the sommelier who helped us select the Alpasion malbec. There were a few things off the menu which was a shame, but overall would go back and recommend.

Overcharged at the counter, had to argue with the cashier to receive a refund for overcharging. Good enough food but disappointed with point of sale.

I surprised my wife for her birthday by taking her to M Threadneedle Street. I had the most amazing time, and more importantly, so did she. From being greeted by the most welcoming manager, to being treated like VIP's by our server Thomas, everything was on point. Definitely going back.

Steven took really good care of us and so did the rest of the staff — brilliant as always. However, the food was a bit of a disappointment this time around as the Beef Wellington was well done on one side and medium rare on the other. It’s a one-off given the number of times we’ve visited M, but certainly something to note.

I've given a 5* rating because, not only was the delivery earlier than expected, but, when we had an issue with one of the items ordered, the fella I spoke to on the phone was incredibly polite, helpful and apologetic and offered to send another or something else, We requested a replacement and we were told it'd be here with in 20mins. It was and it was perfect. Thank you to the man who helped us. The food was lovely, fresh and hot. Give them a go. we'll be back for sure.

Walked in to order a pizza with a friend! Worked out better to order online through just eat but it was unavailable online and the owner would not validate the offer! So we just left!

Ordered on behalf for my stepdad and mum to try. As I always say it is the best kebab house to ever open, they couldn’t agree more. Absolutely amazing food always perfect spiced and cooked. Love this kebab house will never ever change it for anything👌🏼

Nice venue and great menu, however we waited circa. 30 minutes for our first drinks to arrive, and our orders weren’t taken for at least 15 minutes after arrival. The food was ok but probably not value for money. Two people had to send their steaks back because they asked for medium rare and got very well done. Then the new steaks took longer than expected to arrive. Nothing terrible about the place or the experience, however for a £1,400 bill for 6 people, it wasn’t worth the money.

i call them to ask for deliver as it came through collection they told me could not do it as it was ready could not have been as i just did it and it was a chicken shish kabab and i no they have to cook the chicken then said they would want 5 pound to deliver i said ok. then told it would be 15/20 minutes if its ready why the long wait when i got it it was cold so not happy will not be buying from them again

Friendly host who noted the birthday booking and offered VIP status which translated into absolutely nothing, not even a mention from our waitress let alone a candle or some other token (so why ask when making a booking it’s a special occasion?!) Waitress was rushed and curt and didn’t make us feel relaxed. And sadly after taking the order and making a point of saying everything was available it turned out the main dish we had come for was actually out of stock. Rest of the food was excellent but overall experience lacking.

I ordered 7up 1.5 L. However, they delivered lemonade 1.5 L. Otherwise food was hot and tasty.

Your advertising could have been more explicit about the pricing. I, naively, thought when booking that I was paying for table and food. Imagine my surprise when the waiter asked me to pay an additional £145+ on top of the booking charge.

Nice restaurant with great service. The food is amazing, especially the steak, with some grilled flavour.
