This is a very special place for us and whenever we have a chance to visit we are always amazed with the food and service. Went to celebrate my wife's birthday and were bowled over with specials. There is always a nice surprise when you chose from the blackboard listing. Once again top food and great front of house service. This is one of our top places to visit and it hit the right spot. Well done to all.

Only open from 4 - 9pm Wednesday to Sunday, however worth waiting for! The service was exceptional and the food extraordinary. This fish and chip shop deserves to be in the nations top 20! It’s was an excellent find.

First, Crail is a quaint town with great views. Lots to offer here but Reilly Shell Shack was a must on our list. My grandson had not had crab or lobster before. So he and I had one of each to try and compare. For me a seafood lover, it was the BEST. My favorite in the UK. For my grandson, nothing will compare to this, the taste, the experience, and the town.

Enjoyed both lobster and crab rolls from here . Amazing tastes ! Loved how we booked and collected later that day as we did some exploring . But you can just pop along and see what is on offer and get straight away . ... fab and highly recommend

Had to wait about 10 mins for the food everyone in line very friendly and the fish and chips were amazing and not expensive ! Worth the drive from Kinross!

Had an amazing lunch at Haar. The tasting menu was full with fresh, innovative dishes, each thoughtfully crafted. Service was attentive yet relaxed, with knowledgeable staff talking through the detail of each dish. Highly recommend.

This used to do great food when I was last there years ago. Visiting the area again so thought I’d get some good fish n chips! It was terrible. Chips limp and not freshly cooked and dripping in grease. Fish was big, and cooked fresh, so should have been good, I’m afraid not, the fish was absolutely dripping in grease and all I could taste was grease. Really disappointed. Sad to say I won’t be back. Food was awful ! A waste of £18.

food arrived 2hours after ordering. it was cold and had to be reheated. not overly impressed. I phoned at the latest time it was to be delivered and was told it would be with us in 5-10 min. the face that they are at least 10 min drive away.... it arrived 25mi. after my call. not happy

Lovely aul chipper, but a distinct taste of peanut in the food. Do you use peanut oil? High quality nevertheless

In the past I have been critical of the quality of food produced by this shop. It lacked care and love if I can put it that way. However in the last weeks I have fairly consistently ordered from them. I must say it was only “chicken supper” but the quality was first class. I have yet to try other dishes but if the chicken is representational then good for them. They are on the right road and good luck to them.

Got a supper last night only had half a portion off chip won’t be back !! Then to be told on the phone the don’t even have my order when I just got it 10 mins ago per customer service since been took over
