Excellent food,fish and chips are excellent. friendly staff and owners are wonderful. Totally reccomend. Best fish and chip shop I've been to in a long time.

Very rude and unwelcoming female member of staff. I wouldn’t mind so much but we were the only customers as well. Food mediocre at best - and they wanted me to pay cash only! Really in this day and age. I refused saying card or nothing so she reluctantly produced a card machine. Bet the tax man will be interested in this!

Fantastic fresh oysters (I went twice for them!) and reasonable prices. Unfortunately there aren’t many staff and when it’s busy, which is to be expected on a nice day, you can expect quite a long wait to order/be served your food.

Whilst the surroundings are lovely and I want to give a good review, sadly I can't. I ordered the baguette with mozzarella, pesto and tomato. I expected a light meal. What I got was a torpedo shaped cannonball, wholemeal and dry as a bone, not even toasted, no butter and completely incompatible with the filling. The apricot cake I had was just as leaden. I think both were made with their own flour from the mill. Completely unsuited and I left almost all of it. Please reassess your use of this. I also found a big, dark curly hair in my coleslaw! Very sad as previous visits have been lovely.

Had the Beef Curry, Egg Fried Rice, curry sauce and chips...and it was delicious. Even better than last year. Won't hesitate to have again

This cafe ticks all the boxes. Warm welcoming friendly staff meeting regulars and newbies such as myself with equal kindness. The quality and value of the coffee and food exceeded my expectations. Although Muffins was busy, the toilets were spotless, and the staff worked hard to make sure all tables were clean and customer ready.

Chips soggy and curry sauce tasteless. This used to be the best chip shop around but now it's gone downhill like everything else in Kingswood.

Total rip-off. Two scallops - total one mouthful each and 2 drinks. £26 Shall not go again and won’t recommend to anyone. I and friends visit the area many times a year and thought we’d give it a go. Never ever again thank you. Sat outside on a picnic table.

Pizza was really good but chips were winking at me ;-)

Service was very slow. Took 30 minutes before anyone asked if we'd like drinks (considered leaving but other places were full and we were out for a birthday). Some of our sides and drinks never arrived but they still tried to include the drinks on our initial bill. Probably will never go again which is a shame since the food and location is lovely and we are regularly in the area.

Visited Cafe for a quick bite and ordered margarita pizza. Arrived piping hot within 10 mins. Thin and crispy. Hit the spot. Great service!
