Starting to feel like a fanboi I've written so many reviews now, but you can't beat good food at a good price. Best chips in town, no contest and all the other food is great as well.

Order a large battered sausage and cheesy chips. Didn’t get any cheese, or the large battered sausage. Got 2 very small sausages with such a little amount of batter. Normally the quality and standard of food is much better than the order I received tonight. Disappointed to say the least.

When originally placing the order it said 30 mins when i called up was told over an hour due to traffic. The childrens drink order was incorrect and the sauce was missing. I phoned again to be told 'i dont know what you want me to do'

I was cutting time short (10 minutes) before closing popped my head in to ask if I could grab some chips and a battered sausage, got the food with a smile and by the time I got home the food was still hot. Can't fault the lads, thank you for the food at short notice.

Food is decent at a decent price. I don't from there that often, but I've never had any issues.

Delivery driver gave us wrong order , called restaurant who contacted driver to change over our order to the correct one . Bad value for money as medium chips were £3 and pie and chips were £7.00 not a lot of chips for the extra £2.50 . Delivery and extra fees made this expensive for what it was .

Food wasn’t good, cod batter was soggy and the cod itself had no flavour and was very thin!!

Called to say the saveloy, fishcake and the curry sauce was cold and was asked if I wanted to come down and cook it myself 🤣 yeah great customer service there mate I wasn't after a refund I just wanted to let then know ! And the icecream I had delivered had been partly defrosted and re frozen as was full of ice crystals and all grainy..... Chips 10/10 Fish 8/10 The rest 1/10 Customer service ZERO !

must be in new hands first had make bad review for Oscars I should asked refund but I did get jacket potato salad was missing no option for missing items except main items tuna was level desert spoon and same with the cheese tea spoon sweet corn if that got coleslaw separately must ran out today as it was already turned for nearly £14 I was extremely upset. this is not normal and this my go to I really going need to think twice before going back

Not worried about the time, it's not really late late, but the chips looked like they'd been cooked and reheated. Old look to them. And we had to reheat food in microwave. Fish was nice and moist though.

Ordered from two places at the same time this evening….the other place (Chinese) was delivered within 25 minutes - Oscar Fish Bar we bet you’d would be quicker and for the first time you were late!!!! Had to keep the Chinese warm for 45 minutes lol, more than an hour for chips and a battered burger, food fab as always!!!!!

the most expensive kebab I've ever purchased. it was nice but 18 pounds is a joke!! could feed a family of 4 for that! won't order again.

Customer service really bad i havw ordered a couple times and tonight they sent me out which was a large fisb and chips there was about 12 chips in the box! And gave me small portions of what i had. I rang up not helpful at all there was no offer to bring up some more chips for my kids who didnt have enough. So wont be risking them getting it wrong again as THEY WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT. AVOID

Last week I had the most enjoyable takeaway I’ve had for a long time from here, so went back this week. Well what a difference a week makes. Food was cold, way too much sauce, salad didn’t seem fresh. It was a real disappointment after last week.
