The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Plymouth South West

Came by this evening in search of supper. Fish Lounge including its off sales counter has been renamed as Ocean Lounge Some tables laid but not open to the public on this Thursday in mid June 2022.

Food was really good…… Just read that chef Lee Holland passed away in November and the restaurant has now closed. May he rest in Peace.

Favourite dish ever now is their pulled pork with nacho cheese sauce on chips, best chips ever all perfect as don't like the crispy bits & there's non. Kids said have recently taken milkshakes off the menu 🤞🤞 they bring them back, don't know if still serve in shop. UPDATE: Sad can't get loaded pulled pork (no other dish anywhere can come close for me) on delivery (delivery my only option) anymore, please! can you bring it back, if unable for some reason, then either pulled chicken same sauce or the sauce with unbattered chicken strips.

Don't even think about NOT going to Suphas. One of the best street food restaurants I've been to. Staff are delightful and welcoming, the food is superb. Their salt and pepper squid I could eat every day, so moreish. It can get busy, but that's a good thing. If you get a window seat, the view over the harbour and yachts is lovely especially as the sun sets. You can see all the kitchen and staff cooking such a variety of beautiful food.... the aromas filtering out into the restaurant really get your taste buds going. I really cannot wait to go back.

Having frequented this chippy in recent times, I have to say the quality of the food is worth while. It is value for money, and the service is top quality. Having opted this time for the delivery element, again, it is to high standards, the food is piping hot and always delivered on time. It is Chef's Kiss tenfold, and we always look forward to continually eating at this worthy establishment. Hats off to Steve and the gang for maintaining top quality service and food. Top notch food and service! We booked a romantic dinner for two, 30th Oct. The fish platter was just amazing! Cooked to perfection. Staff, we're freindly and professinol. We would highly reccomend, and we would visit again when we're back in the area.

I've been coming here for years and travel past other fish and chip shops to come here. Good food. Friendly service. Pretty good prices.

The BEST hand picked crab plymouth! Locally caught and run by a family!! Highly recommend getting white meat on brown bread, little bit of salt and vinegar ! So tasty!!

We were recommended this little restaurant and made our way there on a quiet Monday lunch without pre-booking. The restaurant was quiet and the waitress was very welcoming. The service was impeccable and with a smile. We had the scallops, mussels, Dover sole, lobster, prawns risotto and calamari: all fresh & perfectly cooked. The meal was washed down with a bottle of Bollinger which complemented the delicious seafood.

The lad at the counter, George, was polite and helpful.

Had to have the fish and chips, was a great place for dinner with friends.

The food is very expensive for what you get ,the service is very poor,the floor needs a bloody good clean.I would not recommend this to anyone,and I won't be going back myself.

Went up for fish and chips with curry sauce as a Sunday evening treat. The size of the portion was massive and it had nice chunky chips and the best curry in plympton. Staff were friendly and polite
