The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

We had been travelling all day and we're staying at the Inn. The dinner was hearty and delicious and the breakfast just what was needed before another big day driving. Views over the Loch were beautiful.

Not the best Fish and chips, chips were a bit soggy but overall not bad. Staff were quite friendly. The fish was not that day fresh, so was chewy in places.

this is by far the worst fish bar i have EVER been to, rude staff, rotten food, rip off prices, dirty resterant, tiny portions , crap fish, crap chips, piles of litter outside the resterant, PLEASE PLEASE avoid this dump , ps they made be pay £ 2.30 for a small canned drink AVOID like the plague, please not there are superp fish bars in rye and dungenegess

It's called Waterloo Sunset now but hasn't changed. Miserable staff, sticky tables and expensive for what you get. I came once years ago and vowed never to return. I only ventured in here as someone from work had booked here. Will not return anytime soon.

Pricey, poor service, the girls behind the counter think you cant hear their conversation 😂 Theres better places to go to nearby, not recommended. The 'large' fish are average at best.

Family day out, kids in the park and fancied fish&chips but told cash only, lots of posters to say cash is king etc- yet the cash point in their charges me to withdraw? How is that fair? They said its nothing to do with them but shops are paid to have a machine- if cash is so important Atleast opt for a free cash machine. Everyone left disappointed but I refuse to pay for cash and not practical to walk up to co-op with kids so we went elsewhere.

I had the teatime special. (Cod, Chips, Mushy Peas and a pot of tea was my choice from the selection.) The deal includes free unlimited chips and free refills on the pot of tea. The quality of the fish and chips was good and the mushy peas were really nice. The quantity provided was fine too, I didn’t feel the need to go back for any of the free top-ups included in the deal. Staff were friendly and helpful and the venue was clean and tidy. I’d come again.

Probably the worst fish and chips I've had. Only had haddock. The batter was so thick and soft it absorbed so much fat which made it inedible. The chips were very pale and only just cooked. The staff were pleasant enough though.

Terrible.The last 2 times the chips are almost uneatable.We threw half the portion away because the other half was overcooked and sooo crispy that i was frightened of breaking a tooth.Never again,chris chip shop in Grove road is so much better

Ordered 3 meals, 2 came correct but cold the third meal was missing the main part which was the scampi and mushy peas. I contacted just eat and they refused to refund the £6.40 for these items. I ended up being charged £9.00 for a portion of chips. Never use this chippy again as they are thieves.

Breaks my heart to write this but the Fish Shed has been my compulsory stop off for the deep fried scallops and chips whenever I’ve been passing as it’s the best I’ve ever tasted. On our recent stop over we were served by a very unenthusiastic lady but to make matters worse the chips weren’t as well cooked and crunchy as previous visits but worst of all the batter on the scallops was soggy and stuck to the box sonot a patch on all my previous portions. Please please can you get back to how everything was cooked in previous visits/years as you’ve been recommended to a lot of people.

Fabulous vegan sausage and chips would give it 10 stars if I could, followed by an almond iced latte which was beautiful 😋 super polite and friendly young staff , we will be back

Very tasty food. Prepared quickly and piping hot. Lovely atmosphere. Staff friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

This used to be a great chippy but not now. Fish supper and black pudding supper both greasy. The fish was tasteless and the black pudding far too spicy. Chips were soggy and greasy.
