The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

We ordered lobster roll expecting some beautifully presented lobster curled round a tasty dressing. What turned up was a scant tablespoon of chopped overcooked lobster in a cold, cheap, tasteless white finger roll of bread that would have disgraced the bargain shelf of the cheapest supermarket. It was inedible. The side of hispi cabbage was well cooked, thankfully, or I would have left feeling very hungry. There are no loos. You have to use the dimly lit and droughty public loos in the adjacent council carpark. This is possibly the worst restaurant in St. Ives.

I called in at Victoria Fish Bar one evening last week when passing through Diss. I only purchased a portion of chips and battered sausage to take away but thought at the time that they were worthy of a review. Quite honestly, as good a portion of chips as I have ever had and excellent value. The battered sausage was of good quality with a lovely crispy coating of batter. Thank you.

Waited forever for two standard fish suppers. £21.60?? Wasn’t worth waiting for. Soft soggy undercooked batter, and BONES, in a fish fillet?? Overpriced rubbish, and young staff who hadn’t a clue what they were doing

Visité Tikitail para los cócteles, pero me quedé por la comida. El brunch fue una sorpresa encantadora, con platos bellamente presentados y sabores vibrantes. El servicio fue amable y atento, por lo que es una experiencia memorable. Tikitail definitivamente vale la pena una visita!

Después de haber oído hablar de esta camioneta alrededor de Bedford, hicimos un punto de rastrearlo para probar su fayre, me alegro de haberlo hecho. Mi esposa optó por un Bacalao grande y papas fritas pequeñas, que se servía en pipas calientes con una encantadora masa crujiente y un suculento pescado servido con papas fritas para morirse, sal y vinagre añadido al placer, elegí los bocados de Bacalao ya que no tenía demasiada hambre y mirando el Bacalao rebozado grande me hizo pensar en similares pero más pequeños, de nuevo servido en pipas calientes con una generosa porción de papas fritas pequeñas. En general tan bueno si no mejor que lo mismo de una tienda de pescado y patatas fritas.

Lovely fish & chips and very pleasant staff. Sat in the little restaurant and it was excellent. Will definitely return :)

Excellent quality - haddock was beautifully juicy and proper, traditional chips (hard to come by these days!). Great value and friendly owner too.

Got take out because resturant was packed. It was packed because the food was wonderful. The fish and chips were so fresh. The fish was well breaded and cooked perfectly with a very large piece. This should be your destination while in the theater area.

Always order from here Have tried a few different dishes but not all of them . . "Yet" Always tend to get a few freebies with our orders, which always arrive hot not had a cold delivery yet. Only negative with New East Ocean is the delivery time can be around either 1 hour exactly or 1 Hour 10 ... Although I have never had a cold delivery or had an order delivered wrong.

Excellent fish and chips. Friendly staff. This was my third visit to Fish R Us and the quality of food and level of service has remained high on each occasion.
