Excellent service and piping hot food.

Pizza wasn’t great. Some chips weren’t cooked unfortunately.

I must say that I'm totally bewildered that I received such a bad meal, I don't know how much I've spent in the last ten days with this chippy but I've had a delivery every day, so well over a hundred pound I'd say... The fish was very nice but unfortunately they were accompanied with reheated chips and some (fresh chips) I think! because some of the chips were edible but the wrinkled chips were inedible,even my dog refused them, maybe they thought I'd not notice 🤔...sorry for the sarcastic overtones, I'll will of course take my business elsewhere..

Did you guys hire the pizza chef from Preston Bay? Too much dough, too much yeast. Not the standard I expect from Rainbow. Very hesitant to order pizza again if it's going to be this bad.

Pizza was good chipshop stuff came absolutely swimming in sauce anf couldnt even be eaten had to go in the bin will not use again

The food and everything else is really good but I came in the shop the other day and prices have went up by not just a few pence but £2/3 more than what it was before. As good as it is, I won’t be going here as the prices are a joke now

Absolutely shocking!! First off the calzone was not the size it was supposed to be. Asked for no chilli inside it but still put it anyways. The munchie box was full of nothing but grease!! The only decent thing out the order was the juice!! Wouldn’t Answer the phone when we called. Won’t be using again!! Total waste of money. Wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs.

Pizza crunch was anything but crunchy! Stuff was swimming in sauce and all batter was soggy.

Outstanding! The only local chippy making high quality food. The oven baked pizzas are amazing.

Order was delivered 45 mins early, we don't like delivery early that is why we put in the time to be delivered!!! the chips are not great - too many small hard ones which are inedible and we have had to throw out.

The mixed wrap was good but the quarter cheese burger was not appealing in any way didn’t even get eating..

Paid for juice which I did not receive . Also ordered a cheese burger but got a plain burger. Chips were like leftovers Poor service. Would not recommend

Tried a kebab for first time from here, was great!

First off. They forgot not one thing but three things off my order. Didn’t have to wait long for them to come but no the first time. Also chilli sauce in the calzone when I said no sauce. Husband didn’t eat his so that was £12 wasted. Onion rings were pretty much teeth breakers. They were brick hard. Shame really as they are normally good.

First time I’ve used this place, won’t be the last! food was excellent, highly recommended.

Food is stone cold. Wrong juice delivered too

Order clear as day but they still managed to muck it up. Then waited an hour for the correct order to only have a single fish not a full super re ordered. A bit of common sense should have prevailed but clearly not.

Items missing from our order, called the shop was asked if there was anyway I could come and collect it after paying £3 delivery.

Went here and got a small munchie box, it was not as good as I've had before . I could not finish it. Chicken and veg pakoras were slightly over cooked . But I'll give them another chance.

Everthing was spot on, but i paid £2.50 for chips that never came. Il be wanting £2.50 off next time as i paid cash.

I was lied to by a member off staff when I called the first time and called to further times for the staff to be rude to me

Our food was delivered 30 mins late and then when it finally came the pasta was very dry and not enjoyable therefore went in the bucket. The pizza was really quite burnt but edible. Overall experience poor.

Food took too long from the time ordered and the fried pizza was overcooked/inedible.

It was barely warm when it arrived. It was earlier than expected so I don’t understand why it was so cold. There was hardly any batter on the black pudding. I was going to phone and complain but my daughter seemed to be eating hers so I just thought I would make do so as to not have to take it from her. I ate about half of the supper when she said to me, I don’t like the chicken, it doesn’t taste good. So in the end she only ate a few chips, I only had the half of mine as I had some in my mouth that felt really gristly and I had to spit it out. I’ve used this restaurant before and enjoyed it, I don’t know what happened with this meal. I wish I had called when I thought about it, I felt it was too late once I had half eaten it. Not sure if it will be worth the risk if ordering from here again.

Got a munchie box the onion rings were very soggy,the veg pakora was like eating coal Im surprised I still have my teeth in tact after biting into one of them,I could have bounced the chips off my wall and they would have took my wall down,it was one of the worst munchie boxes I’ve ever had

Ordered a tikka calzone which was available on just eat, however when delivered they had sent a donar meat one. I called them to be told that tikka was not available so this is why they sent it, Extremely disappointed with this. I was told that there was nothing that can be done about this. I will not be ordering again.

Waited over an hour for food to be sent out then another 45 minutes for it to be delivered cold. Opened it up and it was the wrong food. Didnt bother calling the restaurant as didnt want to wait another 2 hours for it to be fixed

Waited nearly two hours for a pizza and kids meal. The pizza was burnt and freezing. The kids meal was soggy.

The food is nice, the delivery is as expected, however, this time I added ice-cream and what a shock when it arrived, £2.00 for a tiy tub! worst still to come was the ice-cream itself, this has got to be the worst ice-cream I have ever tasted, was like eating dust..never again

Went in with a friend asked for two chips rolls ! Firstly notice very bad smell of chip fat unclean! Staff seemed when first went in not very friendly ! Rolls thick with butter asked for one without the salesperson had attitude and refused to swap 1 roll! Would have quite happy to pay for another roll but she was quite horrible so we decided to go to Jaz fish bar difference in smell and very friendly staff couldn’t be more helpful!

Was really happy that the food was delivered early!🙂food was okay dinner meat was a little hard and chewy and the potato fritters were soggy. And the onion rings tasted horrible like they were out of date. Salad also had a horrible taste to it.

Pizza was great, especially for the price, top dollar, ta 👌🏻

Lots of Fish & Chip shops in my area but this is one of the best, great menu, nice food and pretty good with the delivery time. Not my first order from these guys and wont be my last
