New East Ocean in Greenwich

Always order from here Have tried a few different dishes but not all of them . . "Yet" Always tend to get a few freebies with our orders, which always arrive hot not had a cold delivery yet. Only negative with New East Ocean is the delivery time can be around either 1 hour exactly or 1 Hour 10 ... Although I have never had a cold delivery or had an order delivered wrong.

Genial para llevar! La comida a precios razonables siempre es muy caliente y sabe fresca cuando se entrega, solo pediremos en este lugar y no tendremos comida china si están cerrados. El conductor de entrega es encantador y amable, siempre recibe pequeños obsequios con sus comidas por encima de ciertos gastos que le recomendaría si está en el área.

Mi novio y yo pedimos a este chino por primera vez y tengo que decir que fue muy decepcionante. Cuando llegó la comida estaba aguada! Y los dos pasamos toda nuestra vida vomitando con estómagos realmente molestos. 5 ¡La comida claramente no estaba fresca!

Food was freezing, driver was rude when handed him the money as I put some change in there too. The food was not that great I have used you all the time but I will never order from you again after that.

I've raved about them before but this time the food was pretty tasteless. I got the duck with special fried rice and BBQ meal. I also ordered the chicken and sweetcorn soup. The soup tasted like sugar water and the rice was greasy but bland. This was a Monday evening not a Saturday busy takeaway night. I didn't finish the soup just ate the chicken pieces from it. Food wasn't hot hot just lukewarm when it came too. Disappointed :/ Delivery guy was nice though and he arrived sooner than estimated time.

Delivery was too early. Food was luke warm, they forgot our drink and refused to deliver saying they were too busy. Most disappointing for a restaurant which is usually top rate.

Wasn't happy ordered my food had to wait a hour a half when called the restaurant as they was about to close was told that the driver had forgotten to take my food out and they had to start again then had to wait another half hour

We waited ages for the food to arrive and when it did it was stone cold. We had to put it in the oven. Not happy at all to say the least. ☹

The meal was excellent but unfortunately they forgot to include my sweet & sour sauce what I paid for...I therefore had to use some soy sauce I had indoors...I will still use this take-away in the future and would still highly recommend them as the food is of such high quality, but only a 4 star award this time because of their mistake...* * * *

Food came on time. The salt and pepper ribs didn't have much salt and pepper on it. Chips were cooked well. Didn't appreciate the delivery man knocking on my door like a mad man!

They were really good. Food was great. They delivered on time. The BBQ chicken was great, but the BBQ sauce that accompanied it was a tad bit salty - didnt really taste like BBQ - but still good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - General TSOs Chicken had a very off flavour sauce. The chicken they use must be very cheap as it barely resembled chicken more like mushy strips that made me heave. Fried rice was very greasy. Chow mein was tasteless and just had noodles and no other vegetables like bean sprouts. Would never even think about ordering my food from here even if u paid me.

My food was really nice, cooked well but they didn't read the comments I left in the box as I didn't want some veg or beanshoots in my order and I had to sit and pick them all out before I could eat it.

The order was late by over 45 minutes. Luke warm and we had a dish missing. I phoned them and they sent the driver out with it but that took 25 minutes. I wish I hadn't bothered cause even my dogs wouldn't eat it. Don't waste your time.

Food came extremely late which was a put off already. Ribs were not much and very salty. Food just tasted average. I've had way better. This restaurant is just not my fancy
