Excellent fish and chips. Friendly staff. This was my third visit to Fish R Us and the quality of food and level of service has remained high on each occasion.

Ordered through Uber Eats and after waiting 2 hours it never arrived. Did not answer their phone. Don’t waste your time ordering from here

Absolutely filthy Garlic bread was cold bread with cheese on it Ordered meat and chips got chips Avoid !!

Food arrived ok but no salt and vinegar on chips as I asked for The price of the bit of fish was well over price at £9.20 very dissatisfied with the whole meal

Food was stone cold. Paid by card then had argument with driver saying I didn’t, showed him the payment & continued to argue that I hadn’t paid. Forgot my drink. Awful. Driver very rude.

Charming People- Great food They were absolutely fabulous with my five-year-old daughter who wanted a kids meal Purposely put large fries burger fresh meat. And lovely fresh perfectly cooked My daughter wanted to eat in - It is rather quaint at the back. Nice wooden table and chairs very nice toilet in the back We loved it thank you My daughter loved their napkins We will definitely come back

Always order from here no issues but today disappointed as all food was cold even though it was ordered and delivered in quick time.

Everything was great except I didn’t receive the bottle of coke and instead was given an extra portion of chips.

my cheese cake didn't have any strawberry on it wasn't very nice. the rest of the food was fine though.

Food never turned up, mobile number was off and the 020 number never rang. A tragady really, ordered at 1830 and heard nothing 2 hours later...

Chicken is tough, half the pitta bread missing ...delivery time should have been 30 mins and took over an hour and a half

Food was cold as obviously a another couple of deliveries first. Restaurant said free delivery but was charged 4.99. App said enjoy your food about 15 minutes before it arrived.

This is my go to take away. Fish is always fresh chips are very tasty and not at all greasy . I always order a spam fritter which is always delicious. Delivery is usually earlier than anticipated.

Food was dry, fish didnt look or taste fresh from one bite, was overall im disappointed as i didnt eat my meal in the end & my daughter didnt either. But Love Fish R Us Kebabs which is what i shouldve stuck to.

Absolutely rotten. Chips were soggy pie was dry and some of the meat was crusty where it was old. Shop should be shut down serving food that bad. Left 90% of the order

Value for money is terrible. Prices have gone up 66% with less portions. I ordered large cod one was ok 2nd one was not large.

The restaurant accepted my order at 7.15 and then moved the delivery time back so at latest should have been 8.40 the food arrived at quarter past 9. I've just been told the driver was 'stuck in heavy traffic' which I find very hard to believe as it's 5 minutes up the road in a car. No communication from the restaurant. Cut me off when I tried to call. Will not order from them again! Cooked our own food in the end as couldn't wait until 9.15 to eat. They refuse to refund any of the cost. What I saw in the box looked OK when it arrived.

Why go anywhere else? Great food, great quality and great value. Recommended!!!!

No more order in this restaurant , Rice was cooked from frozen and it was full of water , chicken was disgusting , chips went to bin and kebab meat was cold and test less , food cold - My children never want to eat it - waste of money ! No recommended !

It's just not worth going anywhere else for a takeaway. You will be impressed by the amount you get for your money. Highly recommended by me

I have ordered previously from them no issues with portion sizes... but on this occasion and I was just called back by the restaurant to confirm numbers ....that there small is 4 and their large portion of ribs is 6? Oh well....now I know.

It's hard to tell how early as a wide time span was given. Haddock haddock appeared to be cod, last time I ordered haddock I received was plaice.

food was delivered to the wrong address, however after a 30 minute dispute with the restaurant and then sending the driver out again to confirm he’d delivered to the wrong address, the restaurant then sent out new food 1.5 hours after the expected arrival time, with some freebies to compensate. again however some of the food was underdone, and just wasn't to satisfaction, while i appreciate the restaurants efforts, i wouldn’t order from here again.

Used before and was excellent. However this time the fish was very oily and greasy, dripping off in fact! The roe was dry. The spam fritter was almost just a grease fritter and the chips were anemic! Bad this time. Can't fault delivery time though, earlier than expected.

Sorry guys, this time the potatoes were messy and ribs were bone dry (no sauce)

Chips were soggy today ( went to bin strait ) kebab to oil , coleslaw was frozen ( and not fresh ) salad missing - my son feel stomach upset after stem ( food went to the bin )!

Was dubious about batter still being crispy on the fish amd onion rings, but it was when the order arrived 25 mins after placing it, which was 20 mins earlier than anticipated. Would I order from them again, deffos. 👍🏻

The food was horrid I have eaten a thing I ordered a sausage that was clearly under cooked the sausage in batter was hard a a rock and rank and dont get me started on the chips just EWW!

I never got my full order . I ordered a 500 ml tub of Haagen Dazs strawberry & cream flavour which cost me £6 , and I never got it . So would like my money back . This is not the first time I have never received my full order . I won’t be ordering from them ever again .

Really disappointed. We often order from here however this time will be our last. Food was early so really don't know how it was cold . The chips were cold and inedible and the fish wasn't much better.. So dissatisfied

Fish R Us have th ebest fish in the area. If I have a craving for fish 'n' chips, I don't go anywhere else; particularly as they serve generous portions!

This was the biggest mistake! We would not order again, loud and clear!!!! We ordered 2 cod, 1 haddock, 1 sausage and chips. Total waste of money... Bad: The food was partially cooked (i.e. uncooked) and 3S—Soggy, Stale, Stinky. Pale and squishy chips! Food packaging is the world’s worst standard! Good: Food was delivered “Early”. Warning: Order at your own risk! (We do not recommend this restaurant)

Best chip shop. Real chip shop chips which is rare nowadays and always early. My go to fish and chip shop. Fish was excellent too.
