This place is great. The food is delicious, different to most food you get in Gloucester and not just because its (mostly) vegan. Different choices and flavours. I'm personally not vegan myself but you can tell this food is made with love and effort. Plus the service is fantastic and so is the music! Only downside is not enough seats to bring my family.

This is an incomparable, little gem of a restaurant . Top quality, interesting and imaginative dishes all created by a very talented chef using locally sourced produce makes it difficult to decide what you would like! Memorable experience for someone who is coeliac too. Good sized portions and amazing choice = excellent value for money. Don’t forget to try the Appasiomento wine - a true find. Front of house service is relaxed, faultless and friendly making the overall experience excellent. We always pre-book to avoid disappointment.

What an excellent find, tucked away in the corner of Beccles Common. Our Springer Cookie was first through the door and made very welcome. We sat outside in some very comfy garden chairs had a coffee and tea with a sausage roll and cheese scone, if it wasn’t cheesy enough came with an extra pot of cheese. Both came warm and hit the spot. Service was excellent and very reasonably priced £15 for our delights. Good place for a break after a dog walk although I do feel I would walk out of my way if I was in the area again

Second time I’d been and have to say breakfast here is fantastic. Very good selection of food(s), drinks (hot and cold) and a brunch and dinner menu. Went for a full English (highly recommended) and a pot of tea both times. Nicely priced. Very good ambience with smooth chill out music. Fantastic service as well.

Was introduced to Luna Caffe as my family raved about it. Now every time I visit them I have to eat here. Amazing pasta, genuine friendly service and a truly local feel. I am slowly working my way through the menu and every dish has been tremendous. Dog friendly and BYOB so everyone is happy. Thank you so much to all the staff and I will see you again in September.

first time popped in-most tables were already taken having breakfast; always seek decaffinated coffee(from machine-not sachet!!) and said to us-"no problem". 4 staff busying around in kitchen area to cope with orders. Few minutes later large cups duly presented to us with a biscuit-nice touch and without asking -a jug of hot water(rare sight) The coffees were excellent. worth going back for a meal someday.

I recently visited No Manches in Wakefield with four friends, and we all had an excellent experience. The food was fantastic, with generous portions that left everyone satisfied. The restaurant also catered wonderfully to vegan options, ensuring everyone in our group had something delicious to enjoy. The service was friendly and accommodating, making our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

This is one of my favourite spots in town. I use the shared workspace a a couple of times a week. A great place to hey loads of work done. The food and the coffees are out of this world. Special shout out goes to Jack. He always brightens up my day and is willing to go above and beyond to give excellent service. I hate it when he’s not on shift. He’s very professional and takes time to ask me about my day. Service with a smile. 5 star review for Jack.

We have eaten here for Sunday roast and enjoyed a recent 'round the world' evening (Caribbean). The staff are wonderful ... really welcoming and attentive throughout. The food ..... omg!! You can smell how wonderful it's going to be, as soon as you park your car ... It is absolutely delicious 😋... the roasts are gorgeous, loads of tender meat/choice and beautifully cooked veg.. with a huge yorkshire pud ... that I wish I could master, but why bother when you can come to the L&R!! 🤔😁 The themed nights are tapas style with loads of meat/veg/hot/cold options and believe me.... each dish just absolutely melts in your mouth, and all are all so full of flavour and perfect balance of herbs/spices.... just simply delicious. Before each time we've been, we said to each other... 'we're not having desert' ... then seeing what comes out of the kitchen.. that statement went out the window!! Once you've finished, you can also then take home a selection of goodies ... pastries/pies/cakes etc from the fabulous deli counter... and I challenge you not to eat them before you get home ... or eat them as soon as you do get home ... as they smell, look, and taste so delicious. There's a fabulous choice of beers and lovely wines. Please visit, you will not be disappointed. Thank you L&R... keep up the good work and delicious food... and as Annie said .... we'll be back!! Xx

I really enjoyed this southern Indian restaurant on a recent visit to Harrogate. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and ensuring that we didn’t over order. The starters were generous and the chicken dosa was delicious. We shared a thali platter as a main course which gave a good overview of the flavours of southern Indian cuisine. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Harrogate.
