Bought online, pizza tasted awesome, best I've tasted in ages

Absolutely terrible food. Ordered for collection, came home, only to find cheesy chips to be severely lacking cheese and dry and congealed, we ordered a kebab and specifically asked if there was no salad, we were told salad comes separately, then discovered tomato on top, which my husband is allergic to. After walking back the staff then argued with us telling us the salad was meant to be on the kebab, and that we were wrong. After asking for a fresh plain batch, we witnessed staff carelessly portioning food and forgetting to include the pita bread that came with the kebab. BRING BACK THE OLD QUALITY!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

The initial delivery was on time and the JustEat app was excellent. However, some of the food was cold, two of the items were wrong and a pizza which was not ordered was included. After calling the restaurant the initial order was collected and the correct items delivered an hour late.

Food is very expensive here and the app no longer works which was not clear. Staff were not easy to find. Really sad as it used to be really nice before. It is okay still but it has changed hands recently.

We went a while ago. We were tired of the journey and decided to enter. The super friendly host. The waiter not so much. We sat down and I asked for water and I sensed that he got upset. Sorry for being thirsty (?🤣) You noticed the difference in the treatment at our table, compared to the ones next door. Maybe because we were foreigners(?) The pizza and drinks were very delicious.

Really good, quick service and attentive. Carol was great at helping me sort my order out when I made a mistake ordering online.

Excellent food and very quick service. Brought water out for our dog without us having to ask. Will definitely be back.

Half the order was missing, including the “free” item. Don’t know how you can’t see extra dips on the ticket manage to see - add oregano to the pizza? And if you don’t have Diet Pepsi, substitute with Diet Coke. Chances are the person ordering doesn’t want full sugar. Or…call the customer to see what they want!

I got about half my order as regular chicken instead of hot wings and the pies were dripping with oil.

Had a great night here during the week after a bit of shopping. The food was great, and Katie was a lovely waitress and sorted my specific requirement’s! 😄 Will definitely be coming back!

Got £10 for a large pizza and it lasted 2 days for dinner. Pizza was delicious

We made an online reservation for a Friday night at 730 for 8 people. Got an email reminder on the day of the reservation. Turned up and the whole place was locked up. Next door said they closed last week so we were stuck in Oakham hungry with nowhere to go!

Lovely outing with my granddaughter. Our waitress was amazing, the food was great with lots of choice for children.

These people keep changing their prices, sometimes a pizza with the delivery is £17.99 and the next day the price of the same thing is more than £20 it's not like we don't want to pay but the way they speaks to the customers are not nice. So I don't recommend this place to anyone.
