Best staff ever but can be improved by accepting cash

First time customer... popped in on my way home and ordered 2 pizzas for me and my daughter... was told it would be 15/20 minutes and cost £17.98 which is the going rate for most places... 17 minutes later my order was ready... great service and delicious pizzas will definitely go again 👍👌

They didn’t accept blue light card . But its showing thats dominos accept blue light card .

It's in Wednesburyy not Birmingham for a start. Just popped in to order, can't pay by cash, no where to sit for wait, cold customer side, had to wait in the car like everyone else. Food left on side no warning or signal that it was ready just had to guess. Food not hot as you would expect for freshly cooked.

Awful. Pizza was only warm when I got it, and had to put it in the air fryer to get it to a reasonable temperature.

Always a great pizza from here. Looks a bit chaotic behind the counter. Not unusual for staff to leave you waiting at the counter without acknowledgement.

pizza was cold, disgusting and just did not taste right. staff were rude and unwilling to help. do not waste your money on this overpriced garbage!

Regular customer at WEDNESBURY DOMINOES also all my family around the Wednesbury area and others which travel a fair distance just for this particular dominoes but I will never walk into any dominoes again! PAPA JOHNS 😍 here we come! Ordered my normal large pepperoni pizza (£9.99)as usual over the phone, I went to collect as I always do and got charged £21.99 which I queried at this point the staff member said sorry and tried do charge me another £9.99 to which I said I don’t understand you guys ove me £11.99 and I asked to speak with a manager to which CHARAN SINGH came out and said my refund will be sorted but did not take any details for. Me and said give us a few days and kept laughing with co workers and walked off which I didn’t feel the manager was professional at this point! Showed no sympathy towards my situation! Then finally when I did not leave the premises he asked another co worker to give me the refund of £11.99 from his own pocket using his own money! I felt embarrassed and do not expect this from such a big organisation like DOMINOES! Very disappointed!!!!

The new Dominos pizza dough is awful, it’s really dry and tasteless. I haven’t had a Dominos for a long time and will never order one again unless they bring back the old recipe, please sort it out guys! 🙏🏻

Ordered a pizza online, picked up 2 for tuesday deal and they gave me a wrong pizza which they called and rectified. Order made end of August time

Rang dominos to order my food the man on the phone was being so rude he didn’t let me finish my order he put the phone down he didn’t ask for my name or anything

I have had delivery from here a few times. The pizza is always spot on, and the delivery drivers are always courteous. Also, it gets here within a very reasonable time every time, even on peak times like Friday or Saturday evenings. Especially great when you get half-price deals on the app.

Nice pizza always. Loved the Big Garlic and Herb dip. Only down side is no seats at all.

Not helpful, wouldn’t listen when trying to explain a situation they messed up and lied to us about how they’d resolve it- never ordering again

Tandoori hot pizza hardly had any chicken

Pizzas are always delicious and fresh, not sure about the other reviews, but we always receive our pizza's nice and hot!

Had a mistake with a previous order and was offered a replacement that same day or a credit ok my account. I opted for the credit and used that today, the order was exactly as asked for and even received a follow up call to check everything was OK. 5 star for customer service and the pizza tasted amazing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered food. It was in the delivery car for an hour. It came stone cold. Rang them asking for a refund. Hung up on me 6 times put on hold for over 9 minutes until I finally hung up, I presume I would of been on hold all night. So unprofessional fobbed me off. £45 for cold food. Take your money then don't care. Bad customer service

Pizza's are delicious, but all the time they're delivered late. We order using the Domino's app and everytime we get notification "delivered" while in reality we wait for pizza 10-60 minutes after that.

Good place with mostly helpful staff. Guy suggested a deal with food that saved me money and got me a side included

Fast service, always good food but not very friendly staff in store and couldn't use cash when we visited today, they only accept card. I've only ever purchased online but visited in store today and didn't get a very good welcome at all, hence the 3* review!

Well I'd rate the pizza if I'd had it - husband couldn't read the menu so asked for a small hawaiian for me and a meat feast for him. Went to pay cash but told card payments only 😞 pizza chef great bridge to the rescue

Terrible customer service and rude delivery driver. Was delivered to the wrong address due to the app automatically putting in the address I was at last weekend. We phoned the driver and he refused to deliver to us even though we explained what happened and we was only 5-10 mins away. He was very rude and refused to even listen to us. We then phoned dominoes and the woman refused to give us a refund and tried to tell us to pick it up from the store even though I explained SEVERAL times it wasn’t possible because I don’t have a car. She continued to tell us to pick it up, blatantly ignoring what I was saying. Pathetic customer service and clearly dumb people working there.

Was working here 6 years ago treated like rubbish , hit my head on table but. Got laughed are also got told off front of other employees even tho I did everything said. Manager favourited girls my cousins passed away wanted to go off early but was made fun off day stayer . If you see anyone called abbi offer you a job run the other way to papa johns I still think I’m employed with domino’s as he never told me he fired me .

Worse store I have ever experienced. Food quality, customer service and in addition to this standard message from head office and store message. This is below the required standard from the store with such credentials. Represent themselves out as the expert but in reality poor than any other take aways.

Extremely poor delivery standard. Phoned the branch and they said that it would take 1hr from the time I ordered but ended up taking 1hr.30. I recommend picking up the order or just order at the branch. Don't get me wrong the food is glorious but delivery was poor and due to this got cold food.

Was kept on hold for 10 minutes had to call back to even get my order taken, asked if anything could be compensated for the wait and was told there was nothing they could do, shocking customer service.

I love dominos but they always forget something with my order. I order d and I received it at 16:47 but they forgot my drink to go with my food. I’m still Waiting at 18:15 for my drink 🙄 annoying isn’t the word…

The 1st pizza that was delivered was missing half of the cheese. When I called them to complain they sent another one. This was just as bad. Felt like I was eating cardboard with some sauce on top. Very disappointed

Ordered online had all the details for my order and they wouldn't give me the pizza. They were asking me for the name of the person that made the order...... well I had every bit of info on the phone. I even handed her the phone so she could see the order. Then she try to make me look like a thief, not everyone who collects the orders know card details - there is such things about like COVID which means the person who paid cannot always collect!! Disgrace.

Have ordered food from here for year however more recently the food delivery has taken around an hour therefore the food has arrived cold. The bot tracker shows the pizza has been delivered however this has not been the case on the last few occasions. The quality of the food is awful too. Trying to get any form of customer service is awful and there is no apology or reimbursement of any kind. The expense vs quality is awful hence will take my custom elsewhere!

Ordered a pizza online for delivery, after waiting 1hr it still had not arrived. Called the store up, got put on hold, used the other phone to call the store and managed to talk to the manager who tried to fob me off with some excuse. Food eventually arrived 1hr 20mins later and it was cold. I will not be using them again. Awful customer services.

Bit disappointed with service, phoned in for collection, left hanging, got text ten minutes for collection, got there was left 5 minutes before I was spoken to, and then had to wait another ten minutes before I got my pizza, very unusual as in the past the service has been top draw, definitely missing the the big man who used to run the place

Ordered online for delivery. Said it would be 15-25 minute wait. After 1 hour I called store and told it would be15 to 20 mins !. When it finally arrived order was wrong. Called store again. Was told I had garlic bread because they had run out of cookies!! I said it wasnt a dessert replacement, was told I could speak to manager after 10 minutes on hold l was cut off!!! Will not use again.

Every time we order from this store there is always a problem whether it’s the time it takes to arrive to the quality of the food. The manager is also terrible at dealing with customers and talks over me every time I try to discuss these issues with her. I won’t be ordering again and I strongly recommend people to go elsewhere.

They did at first get one of my pizzas wrong with a topping, but dealt with it swiftly and I’m happy with the after sales service that was given.

I cancelled an order last 5 Jan2020. I've been told that my order was cancelled,yet the day after I was charged with the amount. Very disappointed. I rang this branch but I was told to ring the best day. This people are just quick on taking your money but when something go wrong with the order and want your money back. It is a nightmare dealing with this people. Avoid ordering from this branch to avoid nightmares dealing with them.

There is no parking. You have to order online and collect, but strangely you can order on the phone for delivery 😳

It's a dominos what do you expect the pizzas taste amazing - obviously prices are a little higher than usual for a pizza but it is quality. I recommend the Texas BBQ and the veggie volcano for vegetarians.

Great pizza I always order less cheese and well done on the Base and these guys never dissapoint great food always piping hot 5 stars

right. I ordered chicken kickers from dominos. the delivery was super fast and all buh when I bit into one there was DOUGH inside and not meat . I instantly phoned the shop as I did not want to eat anymore of the food .

Ordered pizzas from there (cheese and tomato) and it was literally a tomato sauce pizza. No cheese whatsoever. Ended up emailing head office who apologised and sent me an E gift voucher for a free pizza. Still haven't used it and won't. Says it all. They skimp on the toppings and I've had better quality pizzas from supermarkets. Would not use again.

Goodness me how are these pizzas made? I have never been soo sick all my life.. I thought I was heading to the pearly gates. Had a pizza last week and 4 days later my and my family's tummies are still rumbling even with medication. This place needs to be shut down!! Only put 1 star rating because I couldn't put a -100 rating!! Never will I be risking my health like that again!!

Although dominos is good, and most of my experiences at nearby branches is excellent, this is the worst yet. 30 min late pizza when collected, and they have me the wrong pizza, and on the right pizza they made it with the wrong side. Avoid, go to coseley or Dudley!

I used the app. Ordered for collection. Got there 5 min early. A big queue but realised that everyone was waiting. On the screen it state my order was 'ready to collect' but it wasn't. The reply was "will be ready in a minute". 10min later was the same response. I wasn't the only one waiting. Other orders were ready but mine STILL was not. Someone walked in and ordered their food and it was done before mine! I asked again but this time it was the assistant manager and the response was "will be ready in 2 minutes" I said I've been hearing that for the last 25min! In total I was waiting for over 30min.

Great food but instead of wedges ended up with 2 portions of cookies- not that I complained at that but the order was wrong regardless

Outstanding service, food was amazing.

Arrived fast and pizzas clearly freshly cooked, but the fries/wedges were cool and the dough balls a bit chewy. Loved the Sicilian lemon cheesecake.

had a pizza delivery from these guys ,very nice pizza but the top and bottom pizza were sloshy as they were crushed in transit and the little white plastic tables were not in the pizza box to prevent crushing of foods.

I Love pizza but for some reason not Domino's why do they put polenta all over it. This is the only visual differance I can see, so is it the only taste ? I don't know something's wong it's just not working for me.

Pizza has to be up there in my top 5 fave foods. I have eaten all different types of pizza from Lidl's own cheese and tomato for £1 to Authentic Italian pizza in Lake Garda, Italy and no exaggeration here; Domino's Wednesbury pizza's are probably the best I've ever had. Not only that, the deliveries are usually quick (which you can track online) and the Delivery guys are always really pleasant and appreciative.

Had just moved into a new house, where this branch deliver to. Went for the 'Buy 1 Get 1 for £1' deal on the Android App, ordered 2 half & halfs, and had no issues whatsoever. Delivery was swift, pizza was great.

I order regularly from this place and the food does arrive very hot (I live a few minutes away thats probably why!). The staff represent the company image in the right manner and have the right intentions. 9/10 times I order from this place they either get the order wrong or miss something (mainly the dipping sauce). No attention is paid to the notes section when 'entering notes for driver'. This place always gives me a cause for complaint, even after speaking to Rajiv (who I was told was the regional manager) assured me they would never get my order wrong again - they didnt learn and missed out the dips! I spoke to manager Abhi who said he spoke to head office and they said they might reserve the right to refuse delivery and only allow collections due to the number of times they get the order wrong. So I asked Abhi, 'as a result of staff incompetence you are potentially considering not delivering to my property?' His answer was 'Yes'! So they admit getting my order wrong the majority of the time and then have the cheek to tell me they wont deliver to me anymore!

Food was absolutely amazing and delivery was speedy. The delivery man was very friendly and can't fault the service at all. Will definitely use again

Its good but the prices are too high and the waiting times are way too long for a Pizza store, when all the independant stores in town are a lot faster than Dominos.

the pizza is ok fair quality but they charge faar too much the pizza is as good as the local chippy but they carge 3 times more get real guys .
