First time ordering from here, food came quickly and was nice and hot on arrival. The peri peri fries were full of flavour, soft on the inside and crunchy outside, the pizza was deliciously with plenty of cheese, chicken nuggets were amazing and the garlic pizza bread was probably the best I've ever had. Keep it up cracking service and great quality food 👍🏻

Ordered on Uber food Food has not arrived I have Called the restaurant told my food is on the way and the person on the phone was very rude. Should not speak to customer like that The food finally arrived and it was abysmal the base was absolutely raw what a joke

Ordered food over the phone. Was told the price. When I went to collect was told THEY had mis calculated. Ergo, no food for me or my kids. As i only took the said amount.Been using this place for years. No more from now on. The staff were extremely rude. One member of staff even had the cheek to throw my food back onto the oven because THEY can't use a calculator and I never took enough cash with me🤷‍♂️ avoid at all costs. They called me and asked me to cancel my order saying that they didnt deliver to my area ( ordered on deliveroo). Then they marked my order as delivered so now i cant even get my money back..daylight robbery.

Ordered two small pizzas on Deliveroo (joke of a company) that arrived with the wrong crust filling and the dough raw. Unedible and had to be thrown in the bin. Avoid this place if you want any bare minimum good food. Wish I'd have seen the recent reviews on here before ordering.

DISGUSTING !!!!!!! We ordered a vegi hot pizza but instead we had a vegi hot with meat on it and my mom is strongly against eating meat as it is in her belief yet she had to eat a piece of pepperoni .

A one is being generous due to freezing cold and over cooked totally unedible , sauces all smashed in a bag tried phoning them to say food was cold and food was missing and they didn't want to know and put the phone down . I've been going here for years and the price inflation that has occurred is crazy. 2 months ago it was £3 for an 8' inch pizza, now its £5.50. The prices are to high for what it is.

Rarely leave reviews. Been a customer here before it was even chicago pizza back when it was hot stuff pizza and order frequently. Found a hair inside my pizza and when we called we was told to put it in the bin and that it was impossible because the guy had no hair. Little does he know I am a regular here well was, and know all the guys have a full set of hair. They came across very rude and I will not be ordering from here again. Disgusting service.

We asked for the pizza to be well done and crispy. It wasn't crispy and was a bit to well done. The big pizza had pineapple instead green chillis and the small pizza was full of suger. As i was ordering my food the man at the shop told me “can you hurry up and order as I am busy” he was extremly rude to me so I didnt buy food from there. The shop doesnt even cook chicken wings properly they put it through a pizza oven and they get the wings from a packet. I wouldn’t recommend the shop at all, if you are in that area go to sams fish and chips down the road.

A big girl with bad attitude working there, she acting like you bother them or asking for something for free. If you asking for wings, she doesn't bother to ask you if bbq or spicy. She's not polite or never been taught to reply with hi or bye. 1st and last time bought from there.

Terrible quality products used in the production of this pizza. I told the owner is pizza wasn’t very good and all he could say back in broke English was your not very good. I ordered American hot pizza. There were no jalapeños as I ordered. I ate the pizza and I had a severe stomach ache and so did my friend. Idk what it is but I do not recommend the pizzas.

Best pizza in the area. Staff inside the shop and delivery drivers are very friendly. Prices are very reasonable with deals on for families. Delivery is always quicker than estimated and collection is even faster. If you haven't tried their pizza, you are missing out.

Had a pizza from there tonight the man on the phone sounded very rude & arrigant picked the phone up & told me to wait while he spoke to somebody for about 5mins in his language when the pizza come it was just full off grease wont be ordering from there again!!

It is such a shame. I have been ordering from these guys for a while and the pizzas were top notch. But recently the quality seems to have changed. I made a polite request to the lad on the phone if they could turn the heat slightly down on the oven as pizzas have recently been more well done and crispier than i like and usually expect. I was met with the most rudest customer service!!! considering i have visited the shop numerous times and made numerous phone orders in the past year i didnt expect this for being a customer let alone a loyal customer. You can build a relationship over time but it only takes one incident to destroy it. Never again. You have lost not only my custom but also 7 of my friends/colleagues who also order from your establishment who were present when you decide to give it large on the phone. Well done.

My only pizza place I go to even though long drive. Staff have never been rude and I have observed them handling difficult customers with polite words.. Real cheese pizza, properly cooked, tasty sauce, and generous toppings. Fries tend to get cold very fast and turn rubbery. They place it in a paper bag - so a box would help keep fried crisper and hotter..

Ordered online for delivery came on time pizza lovely also sides were fine but unfortunately they put mayonnaise of the fillet burger despite me putting NO mayonnaise in comments! Called the shop up they said they would send correct one out. half hour later still waiting don't think will bother again

All of this delicious spicy pizza for £8.99 (Collection)!!!! You can't go wrong for this price, the pizza is nice and greasy, soft fluffy base, smooth melted creamy cheese. Not the rolls Royce of pizza, but great guilty food for a very fair price. You get more than you expect. Regularly go for the veggie spicy option.

Food good but delivery driver knocked on door when should have called mobile as it was late at night. Small oversight.

I rang to place an order this evening for two pizzas, garlic bread & fries. The total of the order should have been £9.58 from the prices on the menu. The gentleman on the phone who took the order said it was £12.65. When I questioned this he decided to hang up. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BE USING THIS RIP OFF COMPANT AGAIN !!!!!

Why do I ask for a specific delivery time for it to be ignored to this extent? Not impressed at all.
