Papa johns are more expensive compared to other pizza shops around the area but when the pizzas taste as good as papa johns you don’t mind paying abit extra. Would order from here again :)

I made an order on the 30th January. For it to be delivered burnt and bbq sauce poured all over my pizza. I contacted the restaurant to be poorly spoken to regarding my concerns of the order. They told me to contact the customer services as it wasn’t their problem. I asked can they not just collect this pizza and re make this. They declined and continued to tell me ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. I rang customer service and they said of course it’s the restaurants problem to sort the issue out. But still no help! I contacted them back where the lady was shouting and swearing at me and cut me off the phone. I made a complaint via the website to still not get a resolution I went to the store. There was a slim small girl with black hair who was EXSTREMELY RUDE. Staying again not her problem. I asked for a manager apparently he was on deliveries. I left my number to be called. Still not been called so I called her back and she was swearing saying the manager said it’s not his problem and he remembers making my pizza (from a week ago) which is absolutely hilarious!!! And that his still on deliveries and doesn’t want to speak to me and I have to deal with that. It’s disgusting NEVER EVER USE THIS RESTAURANT OR TRUST THESE HORRIBLE WORKERS. I am so disgusted after being such a loyal customer!!!

Ordered a vegan pizza for collection. (Due to allergy to milk) received the complete wrong pizza didn’t realise till we got home. I phoned straight answered the phone yeah..I told them I’d got the wrong pizza she said ah it’s okay it’s still vegan what do you want me to do? I said what usually happens in this case. They said nothing and put the phone down. Great pizza as always (we always get from here) but the customer service is rude and appreciation for different dietary needs is not there. If you have a life or death allergy just check!

This isn't a dine in Papa John's. It only offers collection and takeaway. The pizza was amazing, the thin crust tasted spectacular. Very expensive though. But the pizza was on point. 👍

My food wasn’t delivered. Waited an hour and a half. Trying to call the restaurant, but no answer. On my order update says: Enjoy your food. I haven’t received it. So there is nothing to enjoy!!!

This place has become wayy too expensive with a downfall in return. Other reviews are correct in saying that they have dramatically reduced toppings on the Greek and Garden Party pizzas (Vegetarian). They have also started skimping on the cheese too so alot of the time 15% of the pizza is missing the standard ingredient of cheese. I used to oder from here about 2 times a week. £21-£22 for 2 XXL pizzas delivered. Now it's £27-£28 with less toppings, some of the pizza naked (missing cheese) and to top it off they now charge £1.99 for delivery. You cannot charge customers more and give them less. Blame inflation all you want. I guarantee they've lost 20% of customers since the price increase and another 30% of customers think 3 times before placing a order. Locals.... Try pizza huts £5 menus (medium pizzas £5) Try stantons pizzas (not the best but cheaper) Try twin pizza (100% replaced papa johns for me), cheaper, always arrives piping hot, quality, LOADS of toppings, they also give Complimentary dips and most importantly it's worth it. You will not feel robbed of your hard earned money. Toodaloo 😊👍

Rude staff. Pathetic service and a menu that doesn't show prices is what they have in store and what they place on the box. Toppings are minimal. RIP OFF MERCHANTS THEY CLAIM THE REASON THE MENU HAS NO PRICES IS BECAUSE THEY ARE DUE TO CHANGE. SO MORE THAT £22-23 A PIZZA... WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN

This is my local pizza place and delivery is always faster than given. Drivers always friendly and have had almost no issues with them. Only once did they ever deliver the wrong pizzas but was rectified within minutes when driver realised.

Thought I would try the Philly cheesesteak papadias along with my usual order of all the meats pizza stuffed crust. Glad I did and think I prefer the papadias to a conventual side. Great food and quick delivery

My pizza arrived before the stated time and was fresh and hot, the toppings was ample and delicious. I mostly order pizza when ordering online and Papa Johns is one of the better takeaway pizza you can order from in the Birmingham area.

Ordered around 11:20pm with an arrival time of 11:05pm but still hadn’t arrived at 12:30am. Phoned the restaurant, no answer. I never received the food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The toppings are none existed and they didn’t deliver my drink, when asked about it they said I’m lying over a £2:50 drink. Horrible customer service and no care for the customer. Never going again and would advise other to just cook at home.

Pizza arrived squashed, driver didnt speak English and struggled to find the adress that pops straight up on Google maps. Store refused to give a refund.

Papa John's is my go to whenever I am but this store is far below the usual Papa John's standards. I have ordered the garden party pizza on several occasions and everyt ime, it comes with barely any toppings. There is no party going on on the pizzas from this store. Awful customer service when I have called to ask for this to be rectified. Would recommend the Oldbury branch instead.

One of the best ran franchises of papa johns in England, I've ordered from Liverpool, Manchester, London Etc. Branches but none have had the quality or the taste that this brach has. Would recommend to anyone who likes pizza you will not be disappointed.

Order confirmed at 16.56 and due to be delivered at 17.55 Didn't arrive. Chased order on Just Eat App. Was told it would reach me by 18.28 It didn't arrive. Phoned Papa John's. They denied receiving my order despite them sending confirmation. A computer error was blamed! After a conversation when my order was "found" I was told I would receive the order in 20 minutes. Order finally arrived at 19.22! Two and a half hours late! Food delicious, service unacceptable!

The server was useless I ordered a buy one get one free gave my order he gave me one pizza when I questioned it he said I have not paid enough I paid 8.99 remember I asked for buy one get one free and he said that offer costs 12.99 I was not impressed trading standards have been informed I have had issues before don't know why I went back be careful and watch your orders

Prompt delivery and food was delicious. Pleasantly surprised with portion size of desserts. Good value for money. Large pizza was a bit smaller than expected though.

Absolutely appalling attitude by the staff at this place. We ordered the Vegan Stuffed Crust on 2 of our Pizzas but when the pizzas arrived no Stiffed Crust. Phone the tester ain’t to try and see what we can do about the price difference just to be called a liar when I have my receipt to prove it? Won’t be ordering from here again.

Second time our order has arrived incorrectly like this from Papa John’s Birmingham - Hamstead. One of the sides missing, replaced by an empty box, and pizzas came in damaged/squished boxes, delivered by a man who rudely rung the bell continuously until we came to the door. The first time on a separate night the pizzas arrived stone cold and (once again) one of the sides was missing, again from this store. Spoke on the phone to the restaurant and they sent out another order but only after trying to fob us off with a “free next order”. What good is that when this order is inedible? That’s strike 2 for this store. Will not be ordering from there again.

Delivery is quick and they do good offer here sometime service is friendly and pizza is really nice.

Good to have the loaded tata tots back, however £1.30 for 3 flakes of mushroom (extras) is terrible value. Overall good tho 👍🏻

Ordered a pizza at 9.25pm on saturday through Deliveroo.was to share with grandkids and delivery was estimated to be about 10ish,at 10.35 still no pizza.i called papa johns and they told me they hadn't received my order, yet on the Deliveroo app it said it has been delivered.ive contacted both papa johns and deliveroo and they are blaming each other.it is now Tuesday and still have not received my £17.48p payment which was taken.

The food was delivered warm not hot so it probably didn't help the meal.

Was good before, now the toppings are miserable, even the cheese is cut down, offers are on every day, but you get nothing worth eating in return, I have informed them many times to improve the toppings but looks like they are cutting corners for the sake of a lil more profit, Shame really as it was a real good pizza made properly!

This pizza people charged me double on 8th june 2020 .We ring them many times they have not refunded my money.We send them email stil not refunded moneyso today 8th of july 2020 i have to ring my card people to cancel one of the payment because Papa pizza charged me twice.I will not buy pizza from them.

No quality seal on any of the boxes. One of the cheesy bites box only had 5 pieces inside..the other had 10. I guess the driver got hungry or something..with no quality seal you can just assume.

Always enjoy Pizza from here. Was delicious. Didn't enjoy the brownie however. The first one tasted burnt and was tough on the outside, we rang the restaurant who kindly sent us another one-but it still pretty much the same. Maybe it's just the quality but didn't like it. Other than that, pizza was great as always and thank you for replacing the brownie. Good customer service.
