Bell-a-Pizza in Sandwell

Quality is 0 rating! They don’t even use grease paper to put there pizzas on yet there prices have gone extremely high! 20 years ago this was a good shop but now wouldn’t even think twice about going there! They will eventually loose all there customers as they never thought about customers!!!

Disgusting I didn’t like it all thing was ugly I did not eat pizza because wasn’t delicious I throwaway it in bin Don’t do order at all there

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a pizza from here for the 1st time today what a BIG mistake. They didnt know what a 4 slice pizza was I asked for pepperoni I got a spicy, very greasy pizza and they put mushrooms on it I didnt ask for mushrooms. NOT IMPRESSED wont be going again Nasty

Used to love this place and have it lots however since 2016 it is really bad quality and always made me physically vomit very had hygiene didnt even use gloves I think I'm allergic since I always threw up when they probably didnt wash their hands

not good , expensive, low quantity and quality , bought two vegetarian pizza , burnt from sides ,not taste good ,greasy .costlier than others around , was quick but not worth it. dips were 1/3 filled not enough for two pizzas. sorry to owners and cooks but need to improve a lot.

Used to love this place however their quality has gone downhill big time, and their prices have more than doubled! Pizza base has way too much oil in it, toppings are sparse. No crust. Base is always burnt. Rude service on the phone. Would never order from here again.

My friend took me to this place on a night out and even though I had driven past this place a million times, I was glad I got to try it. It's the first pizza place that actually cooks the pizza properly instead of keeping the dough and vegetables raw! I love that they cook the pizzas well done. Also when you ask to do the pizza spicy they actually make it spicy. Really enjoy it. Visited couple of times now and will continue to do so in future.

This place is not bad at all the do some Indian style pizzas. The paneer pizza spicy is actually planner curry on the pizza! Same for the meat pizzas. They do the usuall standard toppings also. There base is probrably one of the best I have had for a while very crispy. I would definitely recommend this place. Not the cheapest but it's good quality! Staff were very helpful they even did the pizza 50/50 as I asked for them to recommend me a pizza

One star rating is still not enough 3rd time ordering and every time the order is messed up and pizzas are overdone and cold on delivery last and final time ordering from here. Everyone beware poor customer service on complaint.

Disgusting food. Dirty shop. The guy was sneezing a coughing whilst making my pizza, did even wash his hands of have gloves on. Hygiene and food is disgusting. Never again.

Review edit.Should have known better and read the reviews before. So, I made an order online and the people working there tonight could not provide a worse service over the phone. They’ve charged me and simply rejected my order (Order was also made thru the direct website and I was trying to explain to him that it wasn’t on Just Eats this time because it was canceled), when I called to double check after a while he was incredibly rude and basically said they’re closed and hung up on me. I rang back and politely asked for a refund and again, being super rude, told me to call when “boss” is in because is not his problem. Honestly, it’s okay to say no to an order but just be decent to people. If you’re unhappy with your job and feel miserable you should just quit. Also if your direct website accepts the order when it shouldn’t then don’t take the money or at least let me know that I would get a refund in morning like I did. I have no missed phone calls either. I was the one who called to find out the place was closed. Still, never going back there again

Sorry to say but quality of food has really gone down and there prices have gone up! Have been coming here for years but not anymore. The prices are to much and when i complaint about the food quality the guy was rude and didn’t offer an apology but tried to put fault on me! Sorry guys but wont be coming here again, yes i did enjoy your food years ago but now that your business is established you forget about customer service!

Nice pizzas but way to much overpriced! Cummon 1 large pizza £10 for collection! And potato veg feast £6??? Too overpriced and if u paying £10 for 1 pizza u get go papa johns who do a large for £8 collection!!!

This place is excellent. Too many people paying people to write poor reviews. Other local shops have not been able to compete with Bell a pizza for years, talk is cheap but the reality is the longevity of this business. i come from wolverhampton to get pizza from this shop. If in doubt try them. You will not be disappointed.

Totally agree with previous review. I use to work local and all of us work colleagues would order from there. I placed order yesterday the base of pizza was greasy and my daughter all night complaining stomach pain.

I walked in ask for fries guys said 3 pounds yes . I paid 2.50 last week . Other pizza shop charge 2 pound

The quality of food has deteriorated rapidly which has resulted in very inconsistent quality of food. I have been using them for last couple of years but since recently the food is not the same. When complained I was told that another guy made it and I will make it next time. Makes you laugh how they run this place. The owners are hardly there to speak to. Without ownership no one is responsible. It is shame that I had to write down these comments probably a wake up call for the owners to take ownership and to do something about it. I would like to see the same quality consistently no lame excuses reflecting poor professionalism, consider training in customer services too.

Guy didn't even have gloves when making the pizza. The shop wasn't clean, pizza was of poor quality. Didn't taste great at all and worst of all there was various hairs in the box. I'll stick to asda deli pizza. Reply to owners reply... Pictures are from your pizza your shop made You question if the pictures are real or if I visited your shop.. Do you think I got nothing better to do... Get a grip on yourself and wash your hands... You and I know just because you got a 4 star rating doesn't mean you trade in a hygienic way.

Man like manjita for hooking me up with the usual . The customised pizza , chicken burger , wings , chips and garlic bread. Big up bell a pizza and big up the Bossman manjita. Best joint going better than dominos by far. If you ever get the munchies you have to check this place out, everything is just fire and good prices. 10/10 for me.

Pizza good regular customer only problem is they charge extra for sauces which makes them a bit pricey. If gave free sauce ill probably would have given them another star

Don't think the owners or workers know how a pizza should be. Always thin so the deep pan option exist. Pizza always seems to be burnt or over cooked two much which a pizza is already thin, makes it even harder to eat.
