Only negative is they’re surrounded by double yellow parking or almost always can’t get parking But that’s not their fault Collection order time is super fast Delivery is faster than other places I’ve tried locally

Always busy and always great pizza, some amazing offers on as well, staff are always friendly and willing to chat and they always throw some freebies in as well. My only small nitpick would be maybe throw in some dip for the crusts however, always great quality pizza

Easily accessible branch of No.1 Pizza. Parking is available nearby. I have ordered the same pizza twice but it was better the first time. It was simply amazing the first time and £5. Staff are fairly attentive and accommodating.

Delicious pizza, great quality toppings and chips were crispy but fluffy on the inside would highly recommend this place and 5* food hygiene.

I gave 1 star because of online shopping. They charged me for delivery which was free after 15£ order, they charged me for sauce which I gets free every time from their shop. I m living in between 2 miles. Pick is better then delivery. They have hidden charges when you gets delivery.

I have been ordering from here for a while now and i think they are definitely the best pizza shop around West Bromwich. Everytime I order the staff are always helpful and the food is always delivered on time or ready to collect in the given time. The shop looks clean and always has lots of customers calling and waiting which is a good sign. The pizza tastes so delicious, have just collected and had my pizza with my family this evening and enjoyed it very much as always thank you!

Pizza was great, But the guy on service kept on wetting his fingers with his tounge to release plastic bags from pile, that was awful. Also while placing order he just ignored one customer and start answering his land line, Don't forget the guy who was ordering already, he is also a customer. It was kind of disrespectful. PLEASE DON’T WET YOUR FINGERS WITH YOUR TOUNGE, ESPECIALLY INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS 🤣

Do not order from this pizza shop. They are disgusting with customer service. Ordered a pizza been waiting over an hour dispute saying it will be 15 minutes. Phoned back and asked what’s going on. The woman on the phone who clear has a lack of good communication just said shall I cancel The other then! despite me telling her I’m waiting to feed a 15 year old. Food has gone down hill but they are guilty of false advertising. On their website it states on menu for meal deal 4 that it comes with 2 bottles of pepsi. When contacted them to ask for second bottle I was told tough it's a mistake and to f**k off! (Also states same on just eat website!) Awful service and used to be a great pizza

Just had a delivery. Ordered mexigrandi with bbq base. Got a complete different topping and no bbq base. Very disappointing. Probably wouldn't recommend.

I've been getting Pizza from here for around 15 years, and in my opinion, it's the best Pizza in West Bromwich. The only iffy thing about this place is that they give you mixed answers over whether their chicken is halal, but my go-to Pizzas are the vegetarian, and the red chilli pepperoni, so I'm not really affected. Their stuffed crust is brilliant. They are also great value for money, especially on collection.

Went to the Stourbridge store and asked for the daily deal and was refused saying 1st old menu then delivery only and when I pointed out that it was collection shrugged his shoulders and charged me £3.99. When I got the pizza and took it to work I took one slice and most the rest of the toppings came with it. Very tasteless and poorly made. Used to be fantastic but new staff poorly trained

My wife called yesterday to order pizza for my kids, she asked the guy on the phone which deal he would recommend, he started to raise his voice and shouting. I’m so shocked as we been ordering pizza from them for years, left my wife shaken. When I called the shop he started to tell me my wife started swearing at him, I told him your lying and started to raise his voice at me. I told him his behaviour was disgusting and he should be ashamed of himself. He always started to threaten me saying he knows where we live. Absolutely disgusting man. Will never be using them again.

Went to order pizza, I paid for and waiting time was 20 min . Wait for half an hour and it was still not ready and been told to wait more 20 min. I cancelled the order and got refund. No good service at all.

Really disappointed last night That guy ( don't know name)who took order over phone...( What we ordered we get totally different food & whn we go to collect pizza ... asking him about he no listen We saying may we hav misunderstanding over fon & now can do correct ..... he charge £14 for 16 " pizza which normally starts with £9 ( fine with add more money for each topping He just start aggressive talking & whn we ask him make sure comform correctly what customer ordered.. 2 members of staff in this place are rude and racist. The guy with the long beard was aggressive he swore at me several times over the phone and in the shop.
