I don't know what others said, My pixza is still hot at the tme of writing....I ordered the Italiana with Bolognese sauce in it.It Is A Dream!!! Only two slices left and I m ready to go back for more 😎

Always busy and always great pizza, some amazing offers on as well, staff are always friendly and willing to chat and they always throw some freebies in as well. My only small nitpick would be maybe throw in some dip for the crusts however, always great quality pizza

Easily accessible branch of No.1 Pizza. Parking is available nearby. I have ordered the same pizza twice but it was better the first time. It was simply amazing the first time and £5. Staff are fairly attentive and accommodating.

We order two pizzas we told the main guy on the reception table to reheat our pizzas as they were cold he said we don't do it , wht kind costumer service is this i know u r busy but u should be polite with costumer not with attitude

Delicious pizza, great quality toppings and chips were crispy but fluffy on the inside would highly recommend this place and 5* food hygiene.

I gave 1 star because of online shopping. They charged me for delivery which was free after 15£ order, they charged me for sauce which I gets free every time from their shop. I m living in between 2 miles. Pick is better then delivery. They have hidden charges when you gets delivery.

Vegetarian pizza they always make very yummy. Love their pizzas. I tried other pizza shops as well but No1 is number 1

I have been ordering from here for a while now and i think they are definitely the best pizza shop around West Bromwich. Everytime I order the staff are always helpful and the food is always delivered on time or ready to collect in the given time. The shop looks clean and always has lots of customers calling and waiting which is a good sign. The pizza tastes so delicious, have just collected and had my pizza with my family this evening and enjoyed it very much as always thank you!

Pizza was great, But the guy on service kept on wetting his fingers with his tounge to release plastic bags from pile, that was awful. Also while placing order he just ignored one customer and start answering his land line, Don't forget the guy who was ordering already, he is also a customer. It was kind of disrespectful. PLEASE DON’T WET YOUR FINGERS WITH YOUR TOUNGE, ESPECIALLY INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS 🤣

Do not order from this pizza shop. They are disgusting with customer service. Ordered a pizza been waiting over an hour dispute saying it will be 15 minutes. Phoned back and asked what’s going on. The woman on the phone who clear has a lack of good communication just said shall I cancel The other then! despite me telling her I’m waiting to feed a 15 year old. Just shocking what do you pay your money for!!! They are a joke!! don’t eat here especially when this illiterate woman is working, she’s as useful as a chocolate tea pot

Food has gone down hill but they are guilty of false advertising. On their website it states on menu for meal deal 4 that it comes with 2 bottles of pepsi. When contacted them to ask for second bottle I was told tough it's a mistake and to f**k off! (Also states same on just eat website!) Awful service and used to be a great pizza

Just had a delivery. Ordered mexigrandi with bbq base. Got a complete different topping and no bbq base. Very disappointing. Probably wouldn't recommend.

I've been getting Pizza from here for around 15 years, and in my opinion, it's the best Pizza in West Bromwich. The only iffy thing about this place is that they give you mixed answers over whether their chicken is halal, but my go-to Pizzas are the vegetarian, and the red chilli pepperoni, so I'm not really affected. Their stuffed crust is brilliant. They are also great value for money, especially on collection.

Whenever I don't feel like cooking this my go to. The pizza is awesome! It is a bit greasy although if you're having pizza you're not eating it because you wanna be healthy let's be real! I recommend margherita and the veggie pizza.

Went to the Stourbridge store and asked for the daily deal and was refused saying 1st old menu then delivery only and when I pointed out that it was collection shrugged his shoulders and charged me £3.99. When I got the pizza and took it to work I took one slice and most the rest of the toppings came with it. Very tasteless and poorly made. Used to be fantastic but new staff poorly trained

My wife called yesterday to order pizza for my kids, she asked the guy on the phone which deal he would recommend, he started to raise his voice and shouting. I’m so shocked as we been ordering pizza from them for years, left my wife shaken. When I called the shop he started to tell me my wife started swearing at him, I told him your lying and started to raise his voice at me. I told him his behaviour was disgusting and he should be ashamed of himself. He always started to threaten me saying he knows where we live. Absolutely disgusting man. Will never be using them again.

Went to order pizza, I paid for and waiting time was 20 min . Wait for half an hour and it was still not ready and been told to wait more 20 min. I cancelled the order and got refund. No good service at all.

2 members of staff in this place are rude and racist. The guy with the long beard was aggressive he swore at me several times over the phone and in the shop. Got a large pizza asked for bbq base and when it came it had little to no base so was dry and it was cooked properly the pizza was doughy and chewy absolutely disgusting!! Couldn't eat it at all thankfully I ordered through uber eats so got a refund, don't eat from this pizza place thought I'd give it a try from my usual local but I regret it so vile!! Go caspians instead best pizza and they listen to your requirements and they are not rude.

Terrible food, I would not eat here again. The food came, I was quite excited but when I tried it, the flavour was absolutely abhorrent, it made me wish I was dead, or that I was in some kind of sick and convoluted dream. It is absolutely unacceptable aliment and a consummate waste of time to even consider eating from here. I am thoroughly revolted and I have no respect at all for this restaurant. You are plenary cretins if you believe that this restaurant is even decent, if anyone disaccords with my opinion you can go to hell. From 1 star to 5 stars. He had a really bad day and was frustrated and was tempered all because of asking what sauces you have. After we had a calm talk we understood each other. I locally live in West Bromwich and regular customer of No1 Pizza of West Bromwich branch. I even though can not write this properly, that I am so angry with these staffs. I called for two pizzas, one is mama mia and another one is a tasty chicken, and asked that if fries are free and how many fries as free?, by that I mean bags. Then I got replied from West Bromwich No1 pizza branch staff was shouting at me that 100 fries and he hanged on me. Then I called again, I asked him, why on earth he is telling me 100 of fries, why he can't simply say 1 pack or two-pack, then he shouted at me again and telling me I should know by now and hanged phone again. This is outrages. this behaviour they continuous doing and This No1 Pizza owner keep them to abuse customers like this. They're very bad behaviour not only today, it was always from west Bromwich staffs and I always ignored, but this time, I had enough. Mate, we are buying food and paying for our food, your food is not free and you have no rights to abuse customers like this. These staffs who is taking orders today 19th May 18:44 pm and 18:45 pm via phone, should be sacked if they do not know how to polite or behave with customers. Yes until these staffs are there, I will never ever order from No1 pizza west Bromwich branch.

AVOID!!! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 0 STAR - Attempted a collection order over the phone: The manager/staff can hardly understand English and got angry at me; because they could not understand a simple request. I asked for Pepperoni to be added and the guy kept repeating Pineapple back to me... really?!... I cancelled that request and asked for the total... the guy kept mumbling back to me and when I advised him that I can not understand what he is saying; he started shouting at me (he was muttering “I am calculating it”) and then shouted “do you want to cancel?” Therefore I decided to cancel my order by terminating the call. If you want to be abused while placing your order - These are the people to call!

Been using this pizza shop for over 10 years. I've even moved towns but I'll still grab my favourite pizza everytime I pass by. Good quality and ridiculously cheap! Compared to Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Dominos, I would choose this place for value as the quality is the same!
