Normally order through just eat etc and food is always good..BUT be very careful when ordering f2f in shop...Last Friday, ordered £6.50 kebab meal with drink and B&J icecream at £6..Shouldve been £12.50 in total but charged £17 with no drink but mozzarella sticks which I didn't order. Wouldn't refund the £4.50 and disputed me getting a drink also. Won't be going back in here cheers

Not sure what all the complaints about but I have been ordering from here since I moved here 4 years ago. I get take out about 1-2 times a month? And I have never had any issues at all! Their pizza is absolutely amazing and the SPICY WINGS?! TO DIE FOR! LIKE I WOULD SELL MY SOUL FOR THEM! Honestly. I repeat my order and at this point I think they know who I am just by the order 😂 The driver is always lovely and food is delivered faster than I think Though I do wish they had zinger/spicy chicken burgers! They have the ingredients to make them from the spicy wings, and it would replace my standard chicken burger (which is also delicious) but for now, I'll keep ordering my same order and ordering from here Simpsons pizza, your doing great! I love your food more than my own meals 😂

Absolutely disgusting business ate the food about 9pm Saturday night was up with severe stomach pains also my daughter was up with severe stomach pains by 3am Sunday morning then none stop puking & Diahia we were so poorly went hospital and found out it was food poisoning we are still poorly today 😢 😞 I'm glad my 3 year old didn't eat it cus it would have definitely put her in hospital on a drip. UBER eats won't even help so I'm reporting it to trading standards and the council

There is a very bad smell coming from the pizza due to which it is not being eaten and the pizza is not cooked properly. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

The original owner and founder created fantastic food and a fantastic customer service. He moved on and now the new owner is ruining the original business, everything has gone down standard by at least 300% , the attitude, the order, the food, this isn’t Simpsons, it s a Greek ripping you off and destroying Simpsons name

Best Pizzas I have eaten for a long time, I have become a regular here and order at least 2-3 times per month. Just thinking about them is making me want to order another Pizza tonight

All food cold, I ordered garlic pizza bread was sent baguette garlic bread, coleslaw was off. Very tangy, only 1 pizza arrived with stuff crust, we live 5 mins drive from store took 45 mins for cold meal to arrive.. never again!!

Waited an hour and half for my order to arrive!! Ordered at 19:25 and didnt recive till 21:00. Phoned them to ask where my order was, didn't answer my call at all. Answered on second attempt, saying they were 5 to 10 mins away. Order eventually came but delivery person was rude and very unprofessional towards me, shaking his finger towards me as I had called them where my order was. Rude and very poor customer service. Food was not even good, chicken wings were dry, cheese garlic bread was burnt, burger and chips were soggy! Will not be ordering from here again!

Had to phone 6 times before I finally received my simple order. 5 times they told me my order was 5 mins away. 6th call they admit they never produced my receipt so NO FOOD had been made ????? The man whom I spoke to said " if you give me 10 mind I will get your food" this was at 930 , I placed my order at 730!!!!!!!!. He promised free items in compesensation but none arrived. My order finally arrived at 950!!!!!!!!!

Writing this after waiting over 2 hours for a simple order and to be told they've not even started my order. After 5 phone calls all of which told me it was 5 minutes away. The man's reasoning on the phone was " I forgot the receipt if you hang up the phone I can cook your food"?????????????????. He offered freebies as an apology, none came, no refund either. Our food finally came at 950 after ordering at 730 Very disappointed

Honestly read the reviews thought it be good to order. One of the worse places I've been to in my life. If you reading this id recommend find somewhere else.

Kebab meat was like dried up. Was not freshly done.took from a pot that was kept warmish. Naan that was served in was NOT freshly made and was like card board. Place was recommended but will not return.

Used these guys for 3 years since i moved up here, but the last few months their standards have dropped, the pizza was (again) not up to their old standard and i felt like i was eating cardboard for a pizza base. Sadly im done with these guys, this is the last time i order from them.

Ordered via uber at 8pm, said delivery 8.40-9pm but didnt turn up till 9.37 fries cold and soggy, kebab meat was tasteless and the pitta was dry. Pizza was nice except crust was rock hard so left that bit. Was told at 9pm was on way then still took 37mins for a 5 min journey, won't use again sorry

How rude they are I went to there couple times and for no reason they laughed at me when I asked for an order I agreed this ! But last time I told them to delivery 2 large pizza they laughed and they said we can’t delivery for you because we got 9 deliveries, mean time I was going to order for next 2 hours never back to there

Rude Staff and Rubbish Pizza not cooked properly

Wouldn't order again from this place. Fries were dry and rock hard, the 2 kebabs offer really isn't worth it, supposed to be large but had a few scraps of meat in a pitta bread full of salad.

So rude because we changed our mind that we didn't want the food and they was gonna get us to pay for it even though we didn't want it.

Haven't had a pizza in ages and didn't myself this time but as it was my go to place for me and my son, I grabbed a pizza for a family member who was really impressed and will be using them from now on.

Not really sure why this has good reviews, stuffed crust tasted like off cheese triangles, ham is actually turkey spam, mushrooms are tinned, not recommended by me.

Vile, the food was obviously reheated., the doner meat and chicken meat was dry and burnt, chips were well cooked most likemy reheated too... waste of money and tasted disgusting will never be ordering from here again.

Not very friendly Hi went in a couple of days ago to ask if thay could change some two pound coins an thay refused.

I ordered food on Friday evening and after the food was expected to be delivered, I rang the shop for an update and was told very rudely "the shop was closed" so we've sat here for an hour waiting for food that was never going to turn up, even though it was confirmed. Don't bother ordering from here, as it is a poor excuse for a place to eat

said it would be delivered by 2 in the morning. They rang me at 1 and I wasn't by my phone. So rather than deliver our food they decided to to show up at all. Rang them thinking where are they and they closed. Definitely not a service I expect when it's meant to be delivered at a certain time rings you and hour earlier then doesn't deliver the food like all other take aways do. Will not be ordering from here again. Don't care how busy it was not turning up when we ordered the food is disgusting for any business.

We have been using simpsons for 8 years. We've tried all of the big boys and other local pizza places on the odd occasion but nothing compares to simpsons. Always quick, always hot, reasonably priced and most importantly always delicious. Keep up the good work 👍

The was nice but the only criticism I have is there needs to be abit more tomato sauce on the pizza it was just bread and cheese couldn't really taste the sauce

we order from simpsons often and they are very good in general but on this occasion our order arrived at 2.30 AM incorrect, We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni red onions and donner meat We ended up with standard crust ham and pineapple, which i have taken photos of. It was too late to complain. Disappointing.

Normally very speedy and great service. Not this time. Order placed and confirmed in email @ 21:15. Payment made over card, confirmed 1 minute later. Called at 22:45 to find out where order was. We were told it had only just been accepted and hour and a half later. Conveniently knew the order was for us despite taking no details when answering the call, couldn’t have identified from the phone number as this phone wasn’t used in the order placed. A complete let down this time. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Food was good and was fast delievery only thing I was disappointed with was the pizza, ordered a triple pepperoni for my partner as he loves pepperoni and the description emplied there would be plenty of it on there apart from there wasn't only two pieces of pepperoni on each slice!

Ordered 2 pizza took over 1 hour 15 to cook and deliver when the pizza arrived the one pizza was burnt and both were cold
