Amazing pizza and early which is always good

The wrap was cold and hard and the topping on the pizza is just sprinkled.

Wrong item I ordered 12 slices and I received just 8 slices of pizza 🙁

Piza quality very poor it’s to cold and not pleasant to eat ,stale base I jus throw in bin

Called to confirm one pizza to be gluten free and was not sent this. Also, asked for some chilli sauce not sent either was not happy with the service on this occasion

They always cater for our onion & garlic free dietary requirements. The food is tasty and hygienic. The staff are very warm and friendly. Let's have some onion & garlic free options . Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5

I am order this pizza but I see one mushroom in pizza than i pay 1.50 extra for black olives but these are very less and this pizza base is small but i order medium size

I have ordered the pizza for delivery , but still waiting i called them 3 times First they said 20 min. , i called after 30 min. Than they said another 10 min. And now again its 20 min still no sign of pizza . This is the last time i am ordering , my kids were hungery

DO NOT USE & BEWARE of reused food!!!! - if you have any sense& check their “policy” before purchasing food. We ordered food at 17:00pm on New Year’s Day!!! for the family and kids, food turns up 1.5 hours late & cold, open the wrap for my child to the longest blackest of hairs and small hair, I throw the food in the bin, call the shop who referred to this as a ‘extraordinary case’ which couldn’t be possible because apparently everyone covers their hair, I’m sorry but this is far from an ‘extraordinary case’ it’s a common case yet HOW YOU HANDLED IT WAS THE ONLY THING EXTRAORDINARY HERE, they requested photos from us and said people lie about these things…LOL (even though a picture proves nothing I could of planted the hair no? referring to us as liars. They offer to deliver a new order but will take another 1 hour - spent 30 minutes on the phone having messages passed through the head chef and they then said i need to take the food back out of the BINNN they want it back and will refund me. My poor Nani had to dig a bin of hairy food out for us to wait up to 3 hours to be offered no compensation for our day being ruined, having my entire family put off their dinner & not even a glass of water offered in return of us being so upset with how this case was handled- you couldn’t offer a 5 year old child a desert for example would that have killed you to do? For making them wait 3 hours for food and then come and bring it back to you for OUR MONEY. We are local and have used this shop many times over the many years, to experience how they treated us on New Year’s Day, how poorly and disgustingly they dealt with this matter is appalling! My nani is traumatised. They ask for the food back so they can reuse it, we smashed our pizza up so it was un-useable and drove to the shop to return it, we were offered ZERO compensation ZERO petrol money yet they charged to bring it, and were left with a upset family on New Year’s Day. Thank you ‘ mr singhs ‘ you have not only lost a good customer / people yet shown your true colours and I will ensure I continue to spread feedback on your shop. Read the bad reviews as I now have and avoid. FYI we also spend up to £100-200 regularly in restaurants like most people, please don’t call us liars and insult us over £20 not very ‘Sikh of you’ calling people penji and paarji doesn’t mean you get a pass on this vile behaviour , FIX YOUR ESTABLISHMENT and think about changing your name and not INSULTING Sikhs - you’re everything a Sikh does not stand for!

Amazing pizza! All vegetarian but it doesn’t matter, the chilli cheese bites are like burger kings and the sweet vegie pizza 😍 damn its tasty!! The curly fries are nice too

so so dissapointed when we had ordered we got told it would be ready in 30 mins and me going there after 40 minutes as we had came they had just put our pizza in the oven lady said just in 5 minutes and they take 15 minutes again and we are waiting there

Genuinely the best pizza (takeaway, not Neopolitian) I’ve ever had ✨ Me and my family have ordered from Mr Singh’s for around 12 years and the topping choice/flavour is second to none! The staff are so friendly and this place is a seriously hidden gem The tandoori paneer is my ride or die so I would highly recommend! Although they’ve changed the chilli sauce (which is my only qualm) - but they still manage to add the old chilli sauce in upon request <3 We genuinely would be heartbroken if Mr Singh’s ever closed down, not all heroes wear capes x

Popped in to pick up a pizza, got the chilli paneer pizza and chips. Food was piping hot. Pizza was delicious and fluffy and packed with toppings! Always pop by here if I go into West Brom!

I’m order my food at 12:25pm They said 1hour for this delivery But after 2hours long waiting then they delivered food… If they don’t deliver food on time, then they tell customer first they have shortage of delivery drivers they never deliver food on time

Prices going up, equality going down. I was a regular customer since 5 years. I used to love ordering the pizza, however, since last few months, the taste of the food is not up to the expectations. I had high hopes, but now, it has been shattered unfortunately.

Terrible and overpriced pizza . Cold pizza no taste and milkshakes where watery tasted like a mixture of milk and cream when I ordered a vanilla. Oreo milkshake tasted like afew crumbs of a cheap chocolate biscuit mixed with milk , no taste whatsoever. Fries were cold and hard , everything was too expensive and tasted terrible . Waste of money , it’s not good to take peoples money and deliver food like this. Money making scheme

Usually I'm happy about this place, but this time food was almost cold when arrived, after eating food I don't feel good at all this morning. I don't know what happened, I really liked this place, but after this time I'm not sure that I will order from them ever again. So disappointing, because there is not a lot of places where you can get vegan food.

Absolutely lovely food! Can’t beat it. For Vegetarians and vegan and people with intolerances/Allergies they so good with making sure you get the right stuff. Also I’m loving the new menu options! Keep it up Mr Singhs!

We have bad experience with mr Singh pizza.

Disappointing. Ordered a wrap absolutely dry and chewy. Couldn’t even eat it as it was hard to swallow. Make you wait at the shop for an additional 20-30 minutes when you are given a time to collect by.. no one has the time to wait around be accurate so people can choose a different food outlet to order from. Answer the phone and then hang up because they are busy.. treat your customers right they are the reason your business is running. Simple manners are easy to learn. Overall wouldn’t eat from here again.

Ordered the food at 3.30pm then had a call from the restaurant and was told will here at 5pm it arrived at 5.55pm after I asked for it be cancelled at 5.45 pm as it even later which they refused to then arrived cold the worst experience on this platform by far

Food is great always fresh and tasty however today my mum wanted to order a pizza for herself she went into the store her total order was under £10 they told her she couldn’t pay by card as it has to be £10 or more and had to add more to her order. (She only had her card on her which is why she couldn’t pay by cash). She ended up paying £20 for her total order. However, about 3 weeks ago I went into the store and ordered only curly fries which were less than £5 and paid by card. Not happy about this as I really do enjoy the food but not happy about having to pay more

Food was excellent as expected, but the delivery lateness was completely unacceptable. The provided estimates were wildly inaccurate, with the food taking nearly two entire hours from order to delivery. Whilst the second person we were eventually connected to on the phone was helpful, the first was clearly dishonest, claiming that the food would be 'just 15 minutes' and that the 'driver is leaving now', 50 minutes from when the food actually appeared. This was obviously a prepared speech intended to placate first-time angry callers. Only on subsequent calls were we connected to someone who actually knew what was going on. The food quality simply isn't worth the 2+ hours of hassle and multiple phone calls required to actually receive it.

The food here is so good and amazing, but their delivery service was shameful. Our food was over an hour late, and it was for a birthday celebration. We had to phone and chase and were given updates that bore no relation to reality. They also marked the order as "Delivered" on JustEat, an hour or more before it actually arrived.

4 star this time as pizza without tomatoes and i pay for the topping. cant find any tomatoes on the pizza... disappointed. rest is all good food.

Very poor service!! and the pizza was very disappointing, the toppings were too lesser and always just cover the pizza with lots of cheese!! then one member of staff agreed to make another pizza but another employee disagreed, so all over very bad food and service!!!

I normally love Mr Singhs Pizzas, but recently I feel like they aren’t cooked for long enough The base always looks so light in colour and feels very soft. Deep pan should have a bit of crisp on the bottom of the base.

Do not waste your money!! Ordered food via uber eats and a 30min delivery turned in 1hr 30mins...finally after 2 phone calls to chase it finally arrived... COLD! Pizza had hair in one of the slices, that box went in the bin. As the manage their own delivery uber eats does not support you. Mr singh's... Never again!!

Placed an order just after 5 they told us it’s going to take 45- 1 hour ended up arriving at our house at 7:25 but it was cold. The lady who delivered our food then began to blame us that our food was l”cold as we don’t have a house number. However once she touched the box she continuously argued with us even after admitting it was cold. when we called back to mr Singh a lady answered the phone and politely told us we could get our food re send freshly made. The driver was rude and didn’t listen to us while also saying that we should just re heat the food up as it was our fault it was cold.

Wish there was more sitting space. However, the good part is that it's quiet and clean. Service was great and food is nice as always.

I ordered thin crust but it wasn't. it was thicket based so not as enjoyable as it would have been on thin base.

Once the pizzas arrived they got the order incorrect, making the Vegan pizza non vegan, even though this was stated on the order clearly!! We were sent a replacement which came over 1 hour later. Clearly they do not take allergy and dietary requirements seriously! Never ordering from them again!!! Would be giving 0 stars if I could!

Pizza was good but some of the wedges were outside the box and when tell to, the delivery person he just throw the wedges, and the pizza box was also half fold which is not quite nice

I ordered a chunky paneer normal pizza. Instead I received the chunk paneer hot. I cannot eat food which contains chillies and hot. I have been calling mr singhs number provided by just eat and the 525 7466 number. No one is answering my call. I did bite into one slice of pizza and realised how hot it was when my mouth started burning. That’s when I realised they had sent me the wrong pizza. I could not eat it and will return the pizza to mr singhs on Saturday for a refund.

Customer service was very poor. On the 7 th of the December I ordered 1 margarita pizza 1 half and half tanduri paneer pizza and half just with paneer nothing else I received that half just only margarita I spoke to member of staff she said we will give you 50% discount on your next purchase she said I’ll mention in system but today I order just tanduri wrap and I ask member of staff for discount she said there is nothing mention on system and she was so rude and she was not ready to listen me then I showed her photo from my device and she said she can only 29pence discount. I was so surprised. And she was saying my manager can’t do anything as well. I’m soooo disappointed with their service

UNDERCOOKED PIZZA DOUGH! Please avoid if you value your health. I originally ordered from Mr Singh's on a weekly basis but on one occasion, their dough was raw/undercooked but they wouldn't accept fault. They offered another pizza which would be take 1hr 40 minutes to deliver or a 10% discount on my next order. Staff are polite and friendly but their offer for this shows a lack of customer service. They just didn't seem to care or accept that it was undercooked so I went a few years without. Hoping things had improved, I ordered again recently but they definitely cook the pizza for less time during busy periods. Had good pizza when ordering during off-peak periods but raw dough again when ordering on a Friday evening. A few of us have food poisoning as a result. Will be reporting to trading standards and whoever else I can given how dangerous their food is. Absolutely despicable. Cutting cooking times to meet high demand. Shame on them.
