We have bad experience with mr Singh pizza.

Disappointing. Ordered a wrap absolutely dry and chewy. Couldn’t even eat it as it was hard to swallow. Make you wait at the shop for an additional 20-30 minutes when you are given a time to collect by.. no one has the time to wait around be accurate so people can choose a different food outlet to order from. Answer the phone and then hang up because they are busy.. treat your customers right they are the reason your business is running. Simple manners are easy to learn. Overall wouldn’t eat from here again.

Absolutely beautiful food! Potato wedges are always piping hot and crispy but fluffy on the inside. So happy to have a place to order and have many Veggie/vegan options. Thank you

Ordered half vegan meat feast and half paneer hot pizza for takeaway ,, service was great,still piping hot when I got home ,,chilli sauce in small pots was great ,,will definitely grab another pizza passing by again 😁

Got a fulll sugar coke instead of one suitable for diabetes. But these guys are fab and everyone should try their pizza at least once.

Ordered the food at 3.30pm then had a call from the restaurant and was told will here at 5pm it arrived at 5.55pm after I asked for it be cancelled at 5.45 pm as it even later which they refused to then arrived cold the worst experience on this platform by far

In conclusion, Mr Singh's offers a vegetarian haven for those seeking flavorful meat-free options. While there are areas for improvement, such as updating the ambiance and refining the milkshake offerings, the delicious food makes it a worthwhile dining destination for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. I’d go as far as saying in terms of takeaway pizzas it’s possibly up there as one of the best in the midlands & surrounding areas.

Food is great always fresh and tasty however today my mum wanted to order a pizza for herself she went into the store her total order was under £10 they told her she couldn’t pay by card as it has to be £10 or more and had to add more to her order. (She only had her card on her which is why she couldn’t pay by cash). She ended up paying £20 for her total order. However, about 3 weeks ago I went into the store and ordered only curly fries which were less than £5 and paid by card. Not happy about this as I really do enjoy the food but not happy about having to pay more

The food here is so good and amazing, but their delivery service was shameful. Our food was over an hour late, and it was for a birthday celebration. We had to phone and chase and were given updates that bore no relation to reality. They also marked the order as "Delivered" on JustEat, an hour or more before it actually arrived.

Food was excellent as expected, but the delivery lateness was completely unacceptable. The provided estimates were wildly inaccurate, with the food taking nearly two entire hours from order to delivery. Whilst the second person we were eventually connected to on the phone was helpful, the first was clearly dishonest, claiming that the food would be 'just 15 minutes' and that the 'driver is leaving now', 50 minutes from when the food actually appeared. This was obviously a prepared speech intended to placate first-time angry callers. Only on subsequent calls were we connected to someone who actually knew what was going on. The food quality simply isn't worth the 2+ hours of hassle and multiple phone calls required to actually receive it.

4 star this time as pizza without tomatoes and i pay for the topping. cant find any tomatoes on the pizza... disappointed. rest is all good food.

Very poor service!! and the pizza was very disappointing, the toppings were too lesser and always just cover the pizza with lots of cheese!! then one member of staff agreed to make another pizza but another employee disagreed, so all over very bad food and service!!!

excellent food only the think I concerned with there no option available on the app to customise pizzas and take mushrooms off. another thing is there no options to select chilly or mint dips on the app. rest is great. love to eat Mr Singh's foods.

I normally love Mr Singhs Pizzas, but recently I feel like they aren’t cooked for long enough The base always looks so light in colour and feels very soft. Deep pan should have a bit of crisp on the bottom of the base.

Do not waste your money!! Ordered food via uber eats and a 30min delivery turned in 1hr 30mins...finally after 2 phone calls to chase it finally arrived... COLD! Pizza had hair in one of the slices, that box went in the bin. As the manage their own delivery uber eats does not support you. Mr singh's... Never again!!

Placed an order just after 5 they told us it’s going to take 45- 1 hour ended up arriving at our house at 7:25 but it was cold. The lady who delivered our food then began to blame us that our food was l”cold as we don’t have a house number. However once she touched the box she continuously argued with us even after admitting it was cold. when we called back to mr Singh a lady answered the phone and politely told us we could get our food re send freshly made. The driver was rude and didn’t listen to us while also saying that we should just re heat the food up as it was our fault it was cold.

Wish there was more sitting space. However, the good part is that it's quiet and clean. Service was great and food is nice as always.

I ordered thin crust but it wasn't. it was thicket based so not as enjoyable as it would have been on thin base.

Once the pizzas arrived they got the order incorrect, making the Vegan pizza non vegan, even though this was stated on the order clearly!! We were sent a replacement which came over 1 hour later. Clearly they do not take allergy and dietary requirements seriously! Never ordering from them again!!! Would be giving 0 stars if I could!

Pizza was good but some of the wedges were outside the box and when tell to, the delivery person he just throw the wedges, and the pizza box was also half fold which is not quite nice

I ordered a chunky paneer normal pizza. Instead I received the chunk paneer hot. I cannot eat food which contains chillies and hot. I have been calling mr singhs number provided by just eat and the 525 7466 number. No one is answering my call. I did bite into one slice of pizza and realised how hot it was when my mouth started burning. That’s when I realised they had sent me the wrong pizza. I could not eat it and will return the pizza to mr singhs on Saturday for a refund.

Customer service was very poor. On the 7 th of the December I ordered 1 margarita pizza 1 half and half tanduri paneer pizza and half just with paneer nothing else I received that half just only margarita I spoke to member of staff she said we will give you 50% discount on your next purchase she said I’ll mention in system but today I order just tanduri wrap and I ask member of staff for discount she said there is nothing mention on system and she was so rude and she was not ready to listen me then I showed her photo from my device and she said she can only 29pence discount. I was so surprised. And she was saying my manager can’t do anything as well. I’m soooo disappointed with their service

UNDERCOOKED PIZZA DOUGH! Please avoid if you value your health. I originally ordered from Mr Singh's on a weekly basis but on one occasion, their dough was raw/undercooked but they wouldn't accept fault. They offered another pizza which would be take 1hr 40 minutes to deliver or a 10% discount on my next order. Staff are polite and friendly but their offer for this shows a lack of customer service. They just didn't seem to care or accept that it was undercooked so I went a few years without. Hoping things had improved, I ordered again recently but they definitely cook the pizza for less time during busy periods. Had good pizza when ordering during off-peak periods but raw dough again when ordering on a Friday evening. A few of us have food poisoning as a result. Will be reporting to trading standards and whoever else I can given how dangerous their food is. Absolutely despicable. Cutting cooking times to meet high demand. Shame on them.

As always the food was delicious and great value for money. We have never had a bad meal with Mr Singhs. Unfortunately, it was delivered incredibly late. I ordered about 2 hours before the food arrived.

You can't fault the pizzas. This place was buzzing. Excellent systems in place for quick turnaround and the turnaround were just something to see. You could see how the staff were operating as a team.

19/07/2023 - We have ordered from Mr Singhs a few times and have never been disappointed, but the excellent streak did not continue, and the food this time wasn't good. The food arrived and when we opened the box, the pizzas had folded on one side, and this was because the food box got knocked side to side when delivering it. It was early, but the pizza dough was half uncooked, so we had to put it in the oven. The garlic bread is not worth it - they are the size of nibbles so not worth what you pay. The delivery staff member was courteous but I think they need to secure the food boxes as it was clear the pizza had been knocked side to side, so I chose to give a 3 star for service. It was just one of those days - I should have known that the continuous streak of excellence was impossible.

Still food is good but not best. Food used to be very good few months back. In past few weeks their supreme pizza is like thin base pizza.

Worst food really unhygienic. I had ordered a veg piza . When i bite a slice the onion 🧅 skin stuck in my throat and I wasn’t able to breathe . When i call them to report they said we can offer you discount instead of apology.. and the lady was laughing and said sometimes it happened ..

I have been a customer of Mr Singhs for many years now and I must admit its my go to if we ever fancy a pizza 🍕 as a vegetarian it's nice to have so many options to choose from their menu. Not the best, requested more paneer but like last time was let down and had more pizza dough than flavour. Its a shame as times gone on the quality has dropped more and more and we only come to Mr singhs for the gluten free Pizza now but we might not bother going anymore either. Was worth it, but now its not even value for money.

I placed an order over the phone and stated ‘collection’ twice. I arrived at the shop 20 mins after ordering as this was how long I was told. Got there girl upfront said there’s no order for me and answered the phone for more ordered while still dealing with me. In the end the order was put down for delivery there fault

Amazing vegetarian food- the tandoori paneer pizza or salad is my personal favourite. I recommend trying if you haven’t been here before, the only con i would say is the delivery times can be quite long during busy hours.

Today I went there ND ordered fries and it was really yuck one uncooked and some of them were mix with old cooked fries ND when I asked the girl (covered head) at till to change it she started argument that we dnt fry once its done apart from this the girl at till was really rude and doesn't know how to respect customer.she thrown the fries in the bin ND left us unattended. Most rude was when she denied to give our food as well she denied for the refund also.
