After a 50 minute wait being told my order would be 40 minutes max , i was told i would have to wait another 15-20 minutes after explaining i needed it delivered at that time, the worker began shouting “u dont tell me ! U dont want i dont care” which was more than unprofessional and childish . Pizzas are ok from here , abit small and always flys in the shop , one of my pizzas also came really undercooked before . Will not be returning due to the rudeness and disrespect to a customer

Used this service for the first time via Just Eat. Greek Salad was lovely! And the cheeseburger pizza was delicious; also ordered BBQ meat feast.

Forget about any hype or big brand names, Luigis is one of the best Pizza outlets in town. They make the most tasteful pizzas.

Food poisoning from the chicken Tikka kebab , was meant to have salad in , it had 1 slice of cucumber, 2 bites chicken tasted off, Ill the next day! Stick to pizza!

Order was meant to arrive at 7pm (having placed the order at 6pm). Rang after waiting for 35 minutes and was just told it was on it's way, I then went on to try explain that the app had stopped showing it as 'on it's way' 20 minutes prior, but was hung up on. Have never had a problem ordering from here in the past but was really disappointed this time round. Didn't end up arriving till 7.50pm. Pizza itself was good, just slightly on the colder side.

food tasted fine and was warm. Large Kebab is not a true description. £7.00 for large naan kebab.. Naan weighs 125g and is not huge, filling including salad and sauce weighs 143g... total 268g.. This is the smallest out of eleven local shops. Combined naan and filling smallest next to this 268g was Olivers at 497g. I actually thought we had missing items when meal handed over. Poor show! I have pictures as proof incase anyone disputes this!

Ordered so much from here tonight of all varieties for the family and all everyone could say was ‘wow`! The whole order was amazing hence the opening sentance of my review. Accidentally discovered the pizza parlor last weekend. So far only tried Margherita pizza and chips but kids loved it very much. We went again few days later to have the same thing again and didn't get disappointed. Order in person cheaper than order it online.

Food is normally really good (depends who you get cooking the food on the day). The only disappointment is the level of overpricing they do online. For Example, Instore a 12" pizza is £7.99 but expect to add around £5 onto that if ordering online.

The cheese burgers were fine but the mixed kebab was really small for a large for £8 hardly any donner meat and 2 sliced of cucumber and 1 slice of tomato was the salad. it really was not worth it for £8

Food was not the best it came dry and almost cold.the chicken strips tasted weird.We ended up eating half the stuff we bought.food was delivered late.on the app they changed the status that it was delivered I suppose something had to do with keeping their delivery time on point when it was delivered much later. I think I am being fair with my review. I'm only leaving this review so they can become better.

The food was very spicy. Nowhere in the world is a recipe for spicy Bolognese. Nowhere in the order was saying that anything we bought is spicy. You should ask, and warn people, because not everyone eats hot food. I definitely don't recommend your take away to anyone and won't order again myself 😞.

Usually order from here with no problems. This time Pizza was stone cold like it had just been left on the side for hours! Mozzarella sticks were burnt and not edible.

Very impressed overall with the food....just a shame the garlic bread was missing and the food was delivered 5 mins after the 820 to 840 estimated slot. Despite this we would definitely order from Luigis again

I was expecting something really good after seeing the reviews. Maybe they are not that good with vegetarian food. It was just a patty of potato in between bun. Personally didn't like it.

PizZa was really lovely I asked for my free pizza to be tomato base they sent both bbq but when I called they sent out a free pizza with tomato base and extra toppings great service I always have my pizzas from here would definitely recommend thanks again

I was out late and on the way back home and I was hungry. Stopped by and ordered a Luigi Burger on its own. It was cooked fresh. The burger was juicy. It was a double with a hash brown and onion rings. I wish I took a photo before hand but was too hungry

We usually love our food from this restaurant and order from here regularly. Tonight's food was not good the pizza was ok but not as good as usual, the bbq sauce tasted more fruity that bbq. I had to throw my bbq chicken wings away as they tasted off, both me and my husband thought the same, so didn't want to ear them. We are very disappointed as like I said we usually love your food.

I've received delivery's from luigis pizza quite often in the past, but work commitments changed everything lol The food always arrived on time, hot and fresh ( non of that sweaty business). Although the store is primary a pizza shop the side extras are still beautiful and filling. Burgers, chips, Donna meats... the list goes on. I will be definitely ordering from here again at some point, highly recommended 👌

I oreder 2 12 inch pizzas and 2 icecreams. The pizza, absolutely tasty although I had sausage stuff crust and the sausages was cut in half. Last time they was whole. Apart from that minor change it didn't change the taste at all. Excellent job guys. Well cooked and delivered in brilliant timing. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌

Let yourselves down tonight. Kebab tastes different like you’ve changed the supplier but it’s not good. You need to change it back or have a look at what’s going wrong because it’s usually nice. Both pizzas were burnt and toppings were on top of the cheese, again Pizzas are usually nice but tonight really bland and zero taste except the burnt taste. Majority of the order went in the bin but as long as you got paid all is well I’m sure. Waste of £32 and looks like I be finding somewhere else from now on. Not a great start to the year guys you’ve just lost a loyal customer
